Every time we go into Culver's we are waited on quickly and the staff is courteous.We like that you can pick your toppings and we don't usually have to wait very long for our food.The food is consistent and hot, which is a pet pieve with me. And the cost is easy on the wallet.The place is always clean.Wheelchair accessibility: The spaces right outside the door has no curb where you park or when you walk in.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CULVERS!!! The over priced burgers that for years I have loved are complete trash at this location. They will mess your order up everytime. If you go through the drive-thru and order an expensive butter burger. They will just wrap it in cheap paper like a McDonald's cheap $2 burger. So it will be smashed like they stepped on it. The fancy box that protects your $15 burger does not exist at this location.. been several times and every time its a huge disappointment. Our last time there my whole family got food poisoning after eating it. This is hands down the WORST Culvers!! Save your money and go to Burger King next door. Thats how bad this place is.

We always get the cod dinner, 3 pieces, and that comes with 2 sides and a dinner roll. I always ask for malt vinegar and extra butter because I always get broccoli for both sides. We went on Saturday,and they gave me 1 packet of vinegar and 3 tinny things of butter, which are for 2 sides of Broccoli and a dinner roll. This place hasn't been here for a year yet, but if this is the way they are going to treat customers that use the drive-thru, then I won't go back to that one.

I went yesterday 7/15 to the grain valley Culver's. Absolutely amazing. The staff was polite, respectful and professional. The food was hot and fresh. Atmosphere was amazing. This Culver's will for now be my to go to. Parents if you have a child working there, you raised an amazing person. Management, you have a great staff . A place doesn't make a place great. The individual in the place is what makes it great. Please give my thanks to the staff working yesterday around 2 my thanks for making a great experience and let them know what an amazing job they did/are doing. A little recognition goes along way.Parking: There is a lot of parking space and great enter/exit routesKid-friendliness: The staff was amazing to my grandkids. My grandson even gave one girl his pokemon cards. She took them graciously and made him so happy.

We had dinner at the newest location in Grain Valley, Missouri. It's right off I-70.The food is wonderful. You can get meals (fish, shrimp, or chicken) or have burgers, chicken sandwiches, or fish. Best is the concrete (a custard like ice cream), you can add different things into the concrete.Great place for the whole family.Kid-friendliness: Children's meals and seating.Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking at the door and wide entrance doors.
