The WORST pharmacist ever. He was so rude to me and didn’t even treat me like a customer. He change my brand of birth control every time I would call to refill it even after I told him what brand I needed and that he has to order it. This caused horrible side effects and a change in hormones multiple times. He was so unhelpful when I explained to him my situation over and over again and I know I’m not the only person this has happened to. I switched pharmacy's because every time I went up there I had issues with only him and I will never go back there.

Every time I go, after leaving the pediatrician with a script sent over...is usually 45 minutes to an hour, sometimes longer before I arrive and they say every time, “oh we JUST got this in, it will be 15 minutes.”Ok whatever, kinda a pain especially when it’s been a significant amount of time since leaving the doctor. But tonight I waited quite awhile in the drive through to even be acknowledged and he tells me 45 minutes to an hour longer wait. I have 2 sick kids in the back seat all we want to do is go home and stay home, now we have to load back up to get the medicine. Disappointed and we will be using another pharmacy for now on, which sucks because this was so convenient.

Two pharmacy techs named Aaron and Autumn went out of their way to help me with a medication I could not find in stock anywhere. They went above and beyond to help me and keep me updated. I've never had such great service from a pharmacy before.
