I've traveled the entire country as a commercial driver, and this BY FAR THE BEST antique store I've been too. The prices are very very reasonable. Somethings you can't believe their selling that cheap. If it was made back in the day, you'll find it here. It is a huge place. Planned to stop for 30 minutes, Turned into 3 hours. They have rewards and different specials everyday. I can't wait to go back.

Today I got in the car and I ventured to the BRASS ARMADILLO. (This review is actually edited and I first visited while on vacation a week ago) I think I had been there before but I don’t remember the place being so big! So maybe I hadn’t been there before. Anyhow, WOW! Halfway through I was getting tired but there was so much to see! The memorabilia is amazing! I especially loved the lamps, quilts, linens, and antiques. AND, I even saw a VIETNAM training torpedo with a propeller! Again, WOW! The thing was taller than me! As I was coming to the last aisles of this wonderful adventure, OMG, 😳 the ANTIQUE FURNITURE! I found the nicest antique oak two drawer lowboy dresser that was beautifully refinished and was only $135! I was not leaving there without it! As I wandered to the front of the store to get assistance with the furniture, I remembered I drove my VW Beetle Bug, LOL 😆, (I thought to myself how am I going to pull this trick out of my hat) I asked the young man if I could borrow a tape measure and between he and myself we “got it done” (got the dresser loaded into the Bug) and another man helped also. The dresser fit into the car like a glove! I’m so pleased with my purchase and I had a great visit at the Antique Mall in Grain Valley. If you’re passing through Kansas City make sure to stop and check this place out, and hey, don’t be driving a Volkswagen Beetle Bug! LOL 😆 Oh, and to put the icing on the cake, 🎂 there is a booth that sells “DIXIE BELLE” paints! Oh Yeah! 👍 Take exit 24 from I-70 (Grain Valley) and have a great time!! Welcome to Kansas City 🏙️ too!

I was pretty shocked to see an “antique store” allowing a booth to sell wood. Is this Home Depot?I understand the booths need to be rented to keep up with the bills but this doesn’t fit the category at all. This was my second time visiting, with my first time not being a great experience either. I was going to purchase a small dog statue and when I handed it to the cashier, she took it from me and then she dropped it down onto the counter so hard, it cracked! It was well made but it wasn’t heavy by any means , she was just careless. She stared at me, said “Oh.”, turned around and put the item on the back shelf and WALKED AWAY. It was one of the weirdest experiences I’ve had. No apology, just “oh” and walks away.

Warmed up on a snowy day browsing this wonderful and HUGE antique mall! Greeted when we walked in with a warm beverage and a locker to store our bulky winter coats in while we shopped! Barely scratched the surface in our quick 90 minute visit! We will be back when we visit KC again!

Wow, just wow. So many cool and beautiful items. My daughter and I were here for two hours and didn't even make it through half the store because there was always something cool to stop and admire. It definitely made me nostalgic because I saw many things my late grandparents had and I remember from holidays and visits in their home.

I love coming here. I have a case and sell coins here but I love shopping here even more. I grew up coming here every weekend and still do it to this day. Bring your pups they love to say hi to everyone

I've been going here for years. I had to stop when I was back in town. It's clean and well laid out. So many vendors and stalls. Lots of variety. If you have time you should stop in. Might take an hour or two though, it's pretty big.

Love this place. We do this as an almost all day affair, every time. We love to walk the entire building. Always interesting and unique items for everyone. Vending machines with tables and chairs if you need a break. Always great staff around for questions or to lovingly wrap your finds for travel home. That jar of buttons came home with me, along with many other interesting pieces over time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great atmosphere and selection. My biggest disappointment is that vendors think it is okay to have items in a glass case and the price not be visible. I am not going to spend 15 minutes of my time on a single item to get someone to unlock a case so that I can see the price. I buy certain things. Today, I found 4 items in different cases that I was interested in purchasing but couldn't see the price, so I walked on by.

Perfection at its finest. Loved the amount of vintage Soda advertising. I’ve been to the one in Des Moines but this one! In Kansas City is superior. I’ll make it to the other ones eventually.

Come on down to the best antique mall in the world , hands down ! It may take 4 hours to go through and look at everything , but it's worth it . I am a dealer out here and there's lots to see and buy. Check out booth 101 ! Happy antiquing and I'll see you out there !!!!

Overall 9.0 - Top of the line mall, constant rotation of quality products. There are some "flea market" type booths, but the good way overshadows the bas here.Staff 9.0 - Greet you when you come in and always attentive. They have buzzers to alert personnel when a case needs opened. Always willing to help. Top notchPrice 8.5 - Overall they are generally in line with the current market. There are always a few dreamers when you have this many vendors.I bought a handful of things, almost always at this location. They also have a free points system as they are a national chain. I had a $5.00 coupon on mine that I was unaware of. Highly recommend and they are open until 9pm

Brass Armadillo is a gold standard for us when we want to do some antique shopping! We always find treasures and it just makes my hubby and I so happy to walk the aisles and see what’s new or what we can’t leave without. If you’re a first timer, be sure to allow yourself plenty of time. This is not a place to pop in and out of.

The Brass Armadillo is a well established antique mall just east of Blue Springs Missouri that haw been serving midwest collectors since 1992. The mall offers convenient hours from 9 to 9 seven days a week with ample parking. While visible from highway I 70 you must exit the highway before you get there , the last blue springs exit or Grain valley exit just past, east of the mall. Check your map before you go to avoid any confusion. Everyone is very professional and helpful. I didn't have to wait long for someone with a key to open a case or to check out and pay for my items even though they were very busy Bezza the labor day holiday. Make sure you have a least an hour as this mall is huge! I imagine most people need 2 hours. I actually prefer smaller antique malls but I do drop in here occasionally. Worth the stop.

This place is awesome!!! From the outside it doesn’t look near as big as it is when you get inside. Just make sure you budget enough time because there’s a ton to see and you can easily spend hours in there! From what I can tell everything is sold on consignment so you have everything from furniture to old gaming systems, to signed jerseys. You name it they have it.If you live here, or you’re visiting from out of town this place is definitely worth the visit especially if you like finding hidden gems!

Nice friendly staff. Takes a bit long to check out due to having to input every item under the correct seller but this is my kiddos favorite place to shop!

Things. A lot of things. And a good amount of stuff. A fair amount of trinkets and whatchamacallits too. Only a few doodads. Great experience.

Although we didn't find the miniature tea set we were searching for, it was a pleasant visit and an enjoyable trip down memory lane with all the various items of days gone by.Our only concern is the rugged entrance drive. Much of the road is more pot holes than road, so approach with caution unless you have 4wheel drive and even then you may want to take your time getting to the parking area.

A very broad range of items through all the available booths. You could literally spend hours looking through every nook and cranny at this place. There are so many items, and some vendors have discounts available. Definitely would recommend checking it out.

Our least favorite Brass Armadillo after visiting 4. The selection is of course huge and expansive, as you've come to expect from BA. However, prices here are very high in most booths, which may be out of their control - but definitely impacts sales. There is also no snack bar like some of the others have. Just seemed to have a lower quality of items at less desirable prices than other BA's. If coming back to KC, we wouldn't go out of way like we did this time around. As a result, I knocked off a star - not because they were rude or didn't have ample parking, but because it just didn't feel as awesome as the other BA's.

Brass Armadillo is one of the better antique malls in Missouri. It's open all week and long hours. I got there once a month or so.Found this new vendor this week while we were there. They are in booth 278 in the far back corner. Shore cool booth space, done very well. Lots to choose from!
