Sally is a wonderful vet. I drive an hour to go there. Her front desk girl is helpful and kind. She has guided me on information on product for my pet. Sally always knows her stuff. Very knowledgeable and down to earth. She's quick on picking up what is going on with your pet pretty fast. Routine vaccinations are really reasonable, along with other services her office offers. I've been happy with Sally's Vet Services for over 18 years. I met her at a local dog auction . She was the on-site vet. I was impressed how she accessed the animals and quickly caught a few sick pups before they hit the arena. I'm not big on puppy auctions, but I got to take home 2 beautiful long-haired chihuahua who needed a good home for a really small price. Thank you Graff Veterinarian Clinic for your great work with our beautiful fur babies. 🐈

Took my kitten here to get her spayed. I had come from about 45mins away and weather was supposed to get bad later. I was able to pick her up 2hrs later and let her recover at home. She did very well. Very reasonably priced and nice people. Would recommend and use again.

Great prices, HORRIBLE customer service. The front desk ladies are rude. When you call to ask questions they don't seem knowledgeable and have zero personality. It's like you are an inconvenience to them. When you arrive in person they don't greet you with a single word or even a smile. It's like you are bothering them. While in the middle of trying to pay my bill, the receptionist kept pausing and doing things for others, answering the phone and her focus was anywhere but on the current customer. Just an awful experience. They don't make you feel welcome.

Have been taking my dogs and family members animals here for years. Love Sally, but other members of her staff are very rude. Called today and told woman that my dog’s skin condition has not cleared up and she said it takes time. I told her it’s been months and under her breath she said, “ well take him somewhere else.”

Dr. Sally came highly recommended; However, there was much to be desired with this clinic. For one, it's not very clean and inviting. It's a country clinic, so one kind of expects that, and it's something I could overlook.However, one expects to be met with staff that are ready and willing to answer any questions. One also expects the Vet to introduce herself and actually be the one to meet the pet and the owner and be open to answering questions.If you are looking for a clinic that does that, this clinic is not the place for you. I took 3 different pets to this clinic and each time was met with barely a hello, abruptly told to go into the exam room, and the vet assistant did most, if not all the work. One time the vet came in and gave the booster to one pet, and she barely said 2 words to me. I asked some questions, and had I not asked those questions, I would never have known what to expect, when to bring the pet in for another visit, etc.Additionally, I was not told what was in the booster vax’s and my pets were given multiple vac’s without my informed consent. I was under the impression that it was just 2 necessary vac’s. Come to find out there were 5 or 6, with most of them being unnecessary, and potentially harmful. I should have been told when I asked about the booster. I would never have agreed to it.While Graff’s prices can’t be beat, I am extremely concerned about some of the other reviews on here. Needless to say, I will no longer be taking my pets to this clinic. The quote I received for spaying/neutering my pups was a pleasant surprise. After reading about, and seeing the images, another poster’s experience, I will definitely be going elsewhere.

Graff Veternarian Clinic is wonderful. We have taken in our puppy and kittens for check ups as well as spay/neuters. Dr Byrd participates in TNR for her community, which is fantastic.Prices are fair and reasonable. They are not the fanciest vet around, but their are down-to-earth honest. No price gouging here.

NOT your average franchised type of vet! At another place we had a dog neutered - 200 dollars later we looked at the receipt and they charged for bandages and needles like a hospital! At this place I took 2 male kittens in and 70 dollars later I have healthy neutered kittens. And saw someone walk out with an animal I've never seen before. I love it here. In my book real people with knowledge surpass all the fake institutionalized arrogance "facilities" every EVERY time.

My wife and I had heard good things about this vet so when it was time to spay our girls we chose Graff. We wish now we'd have chosen a different place. The staff wasn't really that friendly. When we picked up our dogs they didn't offer any post-op care information or tell us what to expect or anything. Then while I was in the middle of trying to pay the vet's assistant stopped working on my transaction and started and completed another customer's without so much as an "excuse me for a sec". Then the vet comes out with a giant cast/brace on her arm and it's in a fixed position so now I'm looking at her trying to figure out how in the world was she able to perform surgery with that thing on?! I've never had a dog spayed or neutered so I didn't know what to expect. After bringing our dogs home and seeing their condition we thought there was something seriously wrong and we had to EDUCATE OURSELVES. No problem educating ourselves but certainly would have expected some kind of knowledge from the vet. Don't think I'll be recommending or taking my dogs here again. Hope this helps,

Sally has always been there for my animals. She and her staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Her prices are the best in the area, and I believe that's because she wants to do the most good. She makes it affordable to spay and neuter pets and get animals the care they need. I've even been able to pay for the care of animals that don't even belong to me because of her low prices. She is truly making an impact on this area with what she does, and deserves recognition for it.

Very good little country Vet Clinic. The Vet is very knowledgeable in what she does. We've had to take 3 of our animals here in the past month and they are very reasonable on cost. I believe they are limited to what they can do but I do know they go as far as doing surgery. I'm not sure what types of surgery though.

Best place to take any animal that's your family, Sally does the best work and treats your babies like they are hers.We won't go anywhere else and it's well worth the hour drive to have her take amazing care of our animals.The ladies up front are also amazing they worked us in to get our baby fixed and took the best care of her❤The whole place is just amazing!!

I desperately needed to get my cat Loki, neutered. My son found a vet that could do the procedure, but it was a bit pricey, so I made another call. I knew of Sally, my Aunt Sue had used her for years, for all of her animals before she passed away. I was aware of her work ethic. I called Sally's clinic and spoke to the receptionist. She informed me Sally was out for the day I needed to call back the next morning. I was prepared to do so but received a call back from Sally herself that evening and everything worked out so that we could get him in the next morning, at half the cost of the first vet. Sally was great and Loki is doing wonderful.

The lady in there was nice.I called to make an appointment for my dogs to be fixed, here, and she gave me a decent price (money was an issue and the only reason I would drive 45 minutes to get there) so an appointment was set for a month later. They had ended up charging me 15 dollars more for each dog than what was stated over the phone.We had, also, gotten home to find that my male dog's outside stitches had popped out.Not pleased with my experience. I would not be going back.Thanks

Best all around! Sally is extremely knowledgeable and knows her stuff. Goes above and beyond the others. Always calls right back if I need her after hours. She will send medications and etc.. to you. I have used her services for years and she will even leave them in a designated spot at the office and trust me to leave payment or send it via US Mail. She doesn't price gouge you to bankruptcy court like ALL of the others. Worth the drive no matter where you live, without a doubt! Love me some Sally. I've been with her so long for good reasons. Don't know what I would do without her...
