Our sales associate that we went through (Dave) was absolutely a pleasure to work with is a very hard worker and holds on to his promises. I purchased a 2021 Lincoln Aviator in October 2022. A few months after purchasing the vehicle, I started having problems with it. There were issues with the electrical and the lights. Since then there have been issues with the drive shaft. The repair shop told me that I had been sold a lemon, that the vehicle was a dealer buy-back and the warranty history on it was significant. Before I owned the vehicle, apparently there had already been countless repairs. None of this appeared in the CarFax. At this point, the vehicle is currently garaged and undriveable due to the drive shaft being so bent and beat up, the vehicle shakes uncontrollably. The part will not be ready for 30-days, so I am vehicle less.With that being said, Sneed Ford contacted me via telephone 6 months ago to check-in and ask if I was still loving my vehicle. I told them no and described everything that had gone wrong with the vehicle. I was told that they don’t like their customers to be unsatisfied and the sales girl who called me assured me she would address this with the owner and get back to me. It’s been over 6 months and they never got back to me. At the end of the day, Sneed Ford sold me a lemon and, because I purchased it when car prices were sky-high, I am now upside down on the loan vs. what it’s worth. So I can’t even get rid of it on my own without bending over and taking it. It only has 24,000 miles on it and, since I’ve owned it, has been in for repairs six times.

Update: Changing from 2 stars to 5. Sneed Ford gave me a call to make it right and my wife ended up picking out her dream car. They worked hard to make it a pleasant experience. Thanks Chad.Great selection of cars but terrible service. Was ready to purchase an Aviator and they said they would get back with me the next day on my trade in and they never called back. Disappointed but, their loss. I’m not a fan of wasted time and unresponsive service.

Had the worst experience ever I bought a 2017 gmc thinking they would take care of the car but when I got it radio didn’t work ac went out bad break and rotors bad wipers bad tires the button to the hood wasn’t connected. I know I’m a women but cmon they should of told me or at leastgave me a discount and not pay 27,000 for this car if they can’t even maintain and take care of there cars will never buy a car from them bad business!

I just procured a 2020 low milage Lincoln MKZ hybrid from Dennis Sneed Ford. Jacob Peters was the salesman I dealt with. I live in Lenexa, KS and had never been to Gower, MO before. The drive from Lenexa to Gower was an easy trip to make and only took about 40 minutes. Jacob met me at the front door. We walked around the car and took a test drive. He went over all the features of the car with me and explained how everything worked. Settling on a fair price for the Lincoln and my trade-in was a professional and friendly negotiation. Jacob took detailed notes of everything I wanted done to the Lincoln to prepare it for me to take ownership of it. Jacob called me two days later advising that the car was ready for pick-up. It looked beautiful and was sparkling clean. Every little thing I requested be done to the car was done and done well. I found Dennis Sneed Ford to be user friendly and a customer friendly place to buy a car. I am absolutely loving my new Lincoln!

I just bought a Mach-E from them and the experience was amazing when I went to the ford dealer in Topeka KS I was treated really bad and they did not want to work with me at all so I called up sneed and they not only had a mach-e that had what I wanted they even worked with me over the phone so when I drove the 100+ miles from Topeka all I had to do was sign some paper work and I drove away. over all they are a amazing dealership and well worth any traveling you might need to do just off of how they treated me I will definitely be taking my business to them if I am ever looking for another vehicle.

I am an 80 year old buyer so I've been to a lot of dealerships in my lifetime and my wife and I think that Britney was without a doubt the kindest and most helpful Sales Person we have ever worked with. She reminded me of one of my daughters very kind and answered all the questions that we had. I would recommend her to all my friends if they are in the market to buy a car. My wife was really not on board with buying a car until we met Britney and after talking with her she said she was the nicest sales Person we have ever worked with. I brought my 2018 Mustang GT in for its first and complimentary oil change. The Sneed service team was able to fit me in on a Saturday and had me in and out in 30 - 45 minutes. The only reason it took as long as it did was because I asked them to look at a minor issue with the car. They addressed the issue without hesitation and consulted me to ensure I was happy with the outcome.Very happy.We would definitely recommend Sneed Ford to family and friends and would not hesitate to purchase another car or truck at their dealership.

Bought a car after looking at least 1,000 cars everywhere else. Spencer was the best salesman!! The entire staff was extremely helpful , knowledgeable and you can tell it is a team effort for your entire transaction. Baron was so great to work with closing my paperwork, explaining things I didn't understand and a complete professional!! Unfortunately, I had to keep them just past closing and they were such troopers and gracious about it. This is not a high pressure sales car lot. I would highly recommend!!!
