Great Ribeye Steaks & their big hotdogs! Cooked our Ribeyes reverse sear style & they were melt-in-mouth tender & so flavorful. Awesome customer service. We will be repeat customers! Get ya' some!!

I’ve known this family, company and their product for years. The negative reviews are false. First of all, do you think you get 1500 lbs of meat from an animal that weighs said amount? It’s a butcher shop, not Walmart. You will get high quality cuts of meat, and anything high quality you will, and should, pay more for.This shop never had horse meat. An absolute lie.The final review just said gross - at the same time the person complained about the amount of meat and price. Again, false reviews that google should remove.If you want cheap meat with fillers and who knows what else...go to Walmart. If you want it done right at a good and fair price, go to Rains!!

I took a 1500 pound fat cow and ended up with 438.65 pounds of beef total.359.80 hamburger70.80 roast8.05 in filletWas charged $826.81 in processing$125.00 of that was kill feeMy hanging weight was 906I got charged $.65 a pound to process boneAnd $0.31 additional to grind my hamburger.$1.88 a pound to process is absolute robbery.
