Very disappointed in this clinic! Our 18 year old dog got away from the house this week. Someone in town saw him and picked him up and took him to this establishment. When the clinic was contacted to inquire our dog possibly being taken there, they delayed in telling us our dog was there (the dog we had been looking for two hours and that we thought was lost forever). They stated "they would get back to us". Shortly after hanging up they contacted us and stated our dog was at their clinic. My daughter went to the clinic to pick up our dog and she was told the "good samaritan" who brought the dog in had asked that "test" be run on the dog for his wellbeing and now they expected payment from my daughter of $73 for the "tests" run. Wanting to get our dog of 18 years back, my daughter wrote a check for the amount. She was not given a receipt or told what the test were for. She was just happy to have her dog back. I contacted them the next day inquiring about test that where run on a dog they had in their clinic for just over an hour and what exactly type of tests these were. After me stating my disapproval of the test run on my dog within of an hour of him being taken to their office, I was told I was not welcome back in their clinic and they would contact prosecutor if stop payment was made on the check that was written by my daughter. No explanation was given for the purpose of the test, other than stating my 18 year old dog was not steady on his feet. Any person who has been around dogs would certainly recognize our dog is old and frail, without having to perform $73 worth of testing. To say the least, they will not have to worry about any of my family using their clinic in the future! Not a good way to run a business in this size of town!

Awesome experience with these ladies!! I have a rescue horse that someone did not care for or want anymore. This horse needed veterinary care asap. We were referred to Katlin through our trainer and she was GREAT! Knowledgeable and informative. I knew nothing of the horse other than it needed a home and some TLC. Katlin took her time and examined the horse. Explaining to me, a complete novice, with lots of questions, the different care and costs of said care along the way. I would highly recommend Katlin and team for all equine needs.

I have had to have 2 dogs euthanized and I was less than impressed this last time. The vet rushed, NEVER came back in to say anything else to me after giving the meds. Do they not realize nor care that we have spent many years with these animals and they are part of the family? She acted like she could have just as easily been giving an annual vaccine. That’s really bad that that’s the last memories I have of my precious girl.

We live month to month, as most do in Ozark County. When our Tiny Buddy ate a piece of beef, it killed him. (Chihuahua) Although he didn't make it, we appreciate that the Veterinarian didn't give up on Blaze, & allowed us to leave a post dated check, in lieu of payment ($200.00) Thank you. ✨Rest in peace Tiny Buddy, you are greatly missed 😥😪✨

Kaitlin is amazing. She is very competent and compassionate. The male vet is very nice, however I don’t feel he is competent enough to be seeing small animals. The vet tech was way too rough on my dog when we were having her put down. There was no reason for my dog to be treated so roughly in the last minutes of her life. The vet tech should not be allowed to handle sick animals.

Was not impressed, will not be back.SEE THEIR RESPONSE JUST SHOWS HOW RUDE THEY ARE. It's pretty much how I was treated while in their clinic. No vet works for free , basic common sense 😂** Highly recommended Midway Animal Clinic in Midway, AR. They are so KIND and treat your pet like family. Talked to some people in my church who had the same experience with this vet so they recommended Midway.

I can't say enough amazing things about Dr. Katlin!!!!! This woman is definitely the best veterinarian I have had the pleasure of having. She is the perfect blend of knowledge, compassion, bedside manor, and sweetness. She goes above and beyond to help her patients and their parents. She always lists options of ways to treat which is huge, especially for people like me who really struggle financially. She starts with the least expensive and ends the most costly, but she also includes the implications of each of process so I can make an educated decision. I am so blessed to have this woman as "my people".

I needed to take one of my hens in for an infection in her foot. Now some vets might laugh and not be too interested in treating a chicken, but not these pros. I met both docs. They were excellent! They treated my girl kindly and made us feel at home. Ten stars!

These Veterinarians are excellent. Caring and compassionate. Our 19 year old dog was sent on the Rainbow Bridge with great respect and love. Our 8 year old dog had excellent care during and after her spay.

They quoted one priced but charged much more for things we never agreed to. They are not honest about their pricing. They also charge different people different rates for the SAME service. Lady in the front was also rude. Will not be going back

I first met Dr. Hornig at the emergency vet in Springfield. She was very kind and took great care of my bird, Niwa. About a week later, Niwa was still declining and my regular vet was too overbooked to do surgery, and Dr. Hornig was immediately willing to do it. Unfortunately the problem we thought we were treating was not the actual problem and Niwa ended up being euthanized. However, the entire staff was incredibly kind throughout the whole process and I could tell they really cared and did their best for her. It can be difficult to find a good exotics vet and Dr. Hornig proved she’s one of those skilled ones. Coming from someone who works in wildlife conservation/animal care I highly recommend this practice. Thank you to the entire staff for being so wonderful to my little birb.
