I’d give no stars if I could. They refused to sell me the rest of their Christmas items on their floor still on shelves they didn’t scan 1 item and told me they can’t sell it because it was no longer in their system I won’t be going back to the Fulton mo store

I went to Family Dollar looking for birthday and Mother's Day cards because they are only $1 to $2 each instead of $4 to $5. I found a Mother's Day card and birthday card for our daughter and a First Communion card for our grandson. I even picked up a sandbox tool set for $5 to give to the 2 year old grandson. Very positive shopping experience! Even found things I wasn't sure they would carry.

I can always count on this place for a quick and convenient shopping experience, not everyone wants to deal with the congested space of Walmart.. it's usually clean and well stocked.. Staff is friendly and helpful.. although I'm noticing new faces despite being told several times they're not hiring 🤔.

I have not been in the Fulton Family Dollar for several years now. The hateful person calling herself the manager secured that for your business. She was standing outside the old store smoking when I needed to run in quickly before work one day. It was 2 minutes after 8am. When I parked, she ran in locking the door behind her. I suppose she went to get her cash drawer. She showed back in the front a few minutes later acting as if she was doing ME a favor. My money is now spent elsewhere.So today, my husband needs a quick in and out, lo and behold, there's the same sour face. Looked right at him and went about her business of talking on the phone. Her usual priority.He won't be back either.When she destroys your business maybe you'll replace her with a smiling face.

This place offers terrible customer service. They were more interested in putting up Christmas decorations than making money and checking out customers. Expect poor service from them always, quality of workers very disappointing! Gave 1 star because it was the lowest, they deserve less.

I like the store ok but they have restrooms that they won't allow the customers to use. My visit there was shortened because of that. I would have bought more but had to leave to find a restroom somewhere else.

New building - clean and well organized. Wide aisles and good selection. Get most of my paper, cleaning and some personal items here - good prices

I’ve given multiple opportunities, but this stores employees are need a class in customer service. EVERY TIME It appears that customers are a complete inconvenience to check out, I’ve heard multiple times also don’t even acknowledge that I’m a person! I will never return to this store.

There is an older lady who works the store and she is very rude..she is always outside smoking and when checking out your receipt would print out she would walk away not hand it to you or nothing..this was before covid hit and the receipt printer on the customer side now
