I'm new to the area and chose this salon on a recommendation. I have a large dog that requires a lot of time. My appointment was scheduled way out which tells me they have a lot of clients. It's inconvenient but a sign they have a lot of satisfied customers. She was true to her word and contacted me right away when there was a cancelation. My pet is shy so I'm THAT kind of furkid Mom with a written list of "how to groom him" and lots of "this is how you have to treat him". (Aren't we all actually like that??) The groomer was very nice, went over each request to be sure she understood and off they went. He didn't hesitate which made me comfortable. His behavior after will tell me whether he had a good or bad experience. He needed a lot of work since it had been a while between moving and such. She did a fantastic job. A Great Pyrenees groom is not for the faint of heart. He's actually small at 125 pounds. He was bright white, fluffy and his feet trimmed exactly how I asked. Costs are pretty much the same everywhere since it's by breed, size and time and was right in line with other shops. Our next appointment is already booked. Her communication is timely and her patience is endless. Please be generous on the tip. They deserve it.

I have a dog who hates baths, but loves Chandra. It was difficult her first go in the bath, actually getting her in but with the calm voice of Chandra she soon calmed. I've known Chandra all her life. She loves animals, has 4 fur babies of her own. She takes real good care of hers and better care of others. She has a sweet disposition and mother's them all. She is always looking forward to her job as your groomer. She is always going to places to learn all she can and better ways to take care of your pet. She will always do the best she can to make your pet feel at home away from home. She is a first class place. 🛁😻🐩🐕 🐕‍ 🐈‍⬛🐶

I have been taking both my small dogs to this groomer for a year without problem. Their cuts were ok. I had no issues at all with them until yesterday and would never write a bad review about anyone but after talking with my veterinarian and a lot of thought I’m writing this one. I just did notify them and let them know my fur babies would never be back and why. When I picked them up from their grooming appt she was nervous, trying to tell me that my morkie was having problems standing, having panting episodes, and that they had trouble grooming her. I thought that unusual and told her. She was not making eye contact, hurrying me to pay. My dogs were the only dogs there. My morkie was panting heavily . I said nothing, left drove to jc where I live. She was still panting. I got her in with my vet before they closed. So glad I did. Her temp was elevated. Her heart rate elevated she was over heated. They took cooling precautions with her , she was still panting excessively an hour and a half later after picking her up from the groomer. So yes, she did survive, I had the common sense to get her help. No thanks to Champion Pets. The least they could have done was to be honest and to get her help instead of trying to cover it up. If she would have died, I would have become their worst enemy, a bad review would have been a drop in the bucket. These fur babies are our families . This is not acceptable. I’ve not even got an apology from them. That tells me alot about them. So I hope this review helps at least educate people on dangers of dryers and groomers and overheating animals. Shout out to Chandra and Mara for another job well done on my little guys getting them all dude-it-up for the holidays. I want all the folks to know, Fulton is the place to go, Champion takes care of your furry pals needs. The drive is easy and the service is awesome! My Black lab hates missing out when his little bros get to take a “ride”. Ranger will be quite a work out for the ladies at Champion as he weighs 118lbs. They said my big boy was no problem. Anyway, I will let everybody know how that goes, in the mean time, the ladies will start “pumping iron” to get in shape.

We travel all over the United States. I have an all black German shepherd, most people are scared of. These ladies did a phenomenal job with him. He’s not still shedding which is what happens most of the time. He looks beautiful and they actually got his under coat out. I highly recommend this business.
