Rude cashier rolled her eyes so many times I felt like I needed to help her look for them by the time we were checked out. Asked about an item, was told she had no idea and then she turned back to her coworker to complete their very important conversation about someone's hair color. I'll go to the Columbia store next time, if there is a next time.

This transition has not been smooth. I blame this on Tractor Supply who mostly forced the purchase on Buccheits. However, the employees here are exemplary and do their very best with the utmost care and quality of service to help smooth the bumps in the road!

Very helpful and respectful at the fulton-mo location. Ray was very helpful loading me with the forklift , also Bill. Courtney was outstanding also. Even being shorthanded and going through store changes everyone had good attitudes.

It’s the same as the Orscheln‘s that one stood there. Absolutely horrible customer service, the management is disgusting. Anyone you talk to obviously hasn’t been brought up on farm because you ask them things and they have no knowledge of what you’re talking about. Katie the manager is absolutely rude as all get out and has no respect for customers whatsoever. Definitely would just skip going here and go to tractor supply. If I could give it negative stars, I would.
