Nice cash grab at this store. They charge Soliders staying on base $5 to pick up packages sent via UPS. They can't have them delivered to the barracks and have no choice to pay for the package. This is disgusting.

A lady helped me and she didn't have much desire to do anything, not the best attitude, and along with that she didn't want to close the box while I was there, I waited and she moved the open box to another point without closing it even though I already had all paid and ready. It is assumed that if everything is paid and ready, she had to close the box immediately but she started doing other activities.

I am giving the ups store 5 stars because every time I go into the store there’s an employee that helps me out and he’s super! Very polite welcomes you into the store and helps you out every step of the way. So polite I am incredibly thankful for employers that hire people like him! He needs a raise I wish I knew his name. Doesn’t accept high value electronics. Privately owned. Don’t have a flatbed cart. Maybe they are new to the business of shipping. Their height and weight restrictions are not publicly posted in the store, their restrictions on high value electronics are not publicly posted in the store anywhere which is a disservice to the military community as a whole, as nomads we rely heavily on the ability to ship our possessions around the world with high frequency, I will be using FedEx from now on.

You will get your package eventually but do your homework. The surrounding towns may have a UPS store and I would have gone that route if i had known how crazy the service is at this store . The ppl are sweet. You can have packages delivered to their address without renting a box for a smaller fee than the rest of UPS locations . I would only recommend this location if you’re not in a rush to receive your stuff.

This is without a doubt the worst UPS store I have ever dealt with. I thought it would be a good idea to get a mailbox with them while I was here for training for 6 months but I was very wrong. Every package that has been delivered isn't available for pick-up for 3-4 days after it's delivered and they always make excuses. We don't get deliveries on Saturday even though the tracking number confirms delivery then. Well it's Tuesday and they still don't have my package. They gave one of packages to someone else and the manager stated she would "get it figured out and call me" but never did. Horrible customer service, lost packages, waiting extra days to pick up packages because they're behind is all unacceptable. Don't waste your time and money here.

I absolutely love useig this store! The manger goes well above and beyond to help me when I ship all my large wood American flags! I’ve mailed over a dozen over the past year and they have all made it no problem! She has earned my business!

The workers in this store are beyond lazy. It takes 3-4 days after your package has arrived for it to be ready to be picked up. During this time they will continue to tell you that it hasn't arrived. I write this review as I sit in the bench outside their door where I can clearly see them just sitting in the back playing on their right this moment. All while there is a giant pile of boxes waiting to be sorted and located.

I heard a legend of a UPS store that has great customer service and does not require a compromise of boundaries. Sure, I looked around at a few local print shops, played the field. First it started with a simple, 'how bout a quick copy.' Followed by a two sided non binding collation, it just didn't feel right. Finally though, I found a professional copy center that satisfies my needs with printing, copies, and faxing. Thanks UPS!

Our business conducts commercial shipping activities to/from UPS Stores all over the USA and specifically on or near military installations. The UPS Store on Post at Fort Leonard Wood has been exceptional not only with their professional customer service to our Company, but also to the recipients who arrive at the store to retrieve shipments from us. It seems that some reviewers here do not understand that this store is independently owned and operated by a franchisee and is not related to delivery or business dynamics anywhere off Post. This store provides a remarkably valuable service to the Fort Leonard Wood community at large and I am grateful for their conscientious approach to customer service.

Always put my packages in front of my garage door like they dont understand how a garage works. I have a front door like everyone else. I even think it's a nice front door, but taking 10 seconds to go to the front door is to much work for them. Beyond tired of them already they keep saying they dont know why it would happen and it shouldn't but here I am. Having to complain online because nothing changes. Hopfully they get new management sometime or something or a new company takes over since they dont really want business or want to do their job.
