Twice recently went to this McD's to get a hot coffee with sugar-free vanilla syrup. Twice they did not have. The first time I ordered they said they were looking to see if they had it and then they took the rest of my order like they did have it,but when I went to pick up my food they asked if they could sub in the other vanilla syrup instead. I said no, and asked for the $ back for the coffee. The next time, two days later, the very first thing I asked was if they had the syrup. They did not so I said "Thanks, See you, and have a great day!".At least they did give me the $ back the first time- But they should not have continued with my order without knowing. Also I don't usually carry cash, so receiving the money back in cash was a little bit frustrating.

Used the app as I do most of the time and needed to make a small adjustment to my order. Nothing that would have cost anything more, but the drive-thru lady was extremely unhelpful. We hadn't even gotten our food yet, but she said it was already paid for and ordered, and she could do nothing at all; it was done and paid for. Keep in mind, we hadn't even touched our order yet; we were still at the speaker! Once up to the payment window, she didn't even open it to hand me a receipt. So we went on to the next food window, where they did fix the order for us but then forgot both sides. Oh well, I guess it's McDonald's; they know everybody always comes back, no matter whether the food and/or service is good or bad.

Poor customer serviceStood at counter in am for over 4 minutes before anyone asked if I was waiting to order, then the order wasn't correct.Then the hot coffee was cold...OMG 😳Puzzled to say the least

It took forever. No one at window to take money. Later no receipt. Food took forever and EVERYTHING was cold. I didn't have the time to wait for new food. I went inside briefly. Staff seemed perplexed by what I was saying. Had Filet of Fish, combo. Because it took so long I couldn't understand why it was cold. It was expensive. Why do most McDs sell band, cold food. I don't understand it. Mad at myself for spending my hard earned money there again.

The lobby and play area appeared to be quite unclean, with ketchup noticeable on the floor, surrounding the drink station, and in several other areas. Moreover, there were food and drinks left on numerous tables as well as on the floor in the play area. Additionally, all the trash cans were filled to capacity and overflowing. I informed the workers about this situation, but unfortunately, the mess was not addressed.Kid-friendliness: Play area

This McDonald's provided an awesome " throwback' experience! It was very reminiscent of long ago visits to McD:s( back when I enjoyed the experience! Back when all crew was super nice and helpful. You know when a human actually greeted you when you entered the building. I got to place my order w a human that did not require me to hunt them down. He was super pleasant and didn't appear to hate the world or his job! They didn't cater to drive thru and doordash . The word kiosk was never uttered! Service was prompt and order was correct! Restuarant was clean and they even had the indoor play place ! Their ice cream machine worked and I did not see a single person come inside w their order from drive thru to get it corrected! If they just had the little boxes of McDonaldland cookies or happy meals in cool shaped containers or Ronald McDonald or Grimace working the birthday parties in the special birthday party room.....lol! But this location definitely gave me the warm fuzzies of memories and I also got correct order from a good employee!!Kid-friendliness: It had the play place and while I didn't enter the area it looked clean and had several happy kids playing. Nobody yelled at any kids and no kids were fighting or being little terrors disturbing others!!

I wanted 2 cheeseburgers with no onions... they gave them to me with no onions or pickle... I like my pickles... the wait was a bit long, and I was almost charged for a sandwich I didn't order. When I told them they apologized so it was all good. But I don't like onions... I do like my cheeseburgers with pickles. I also ordered plain cheeseburgers... those were for my dogs, and they loved them... they got a treat for being good dogs.

Unbelievably ridiculous. No fountain drinks. Lady in drive thru would not just ring up food items without a drink. After third request I just left. Twilight zone.Filthy.

I side was kinda dirty, not sure if maybe they just had a rush and didn't have a chance to clean up yet? 🤔 There were flies every where and food on tables and the floor. The play place is hot! No AC in there... Thr fries are either over cooked or twice cooked. We were here for an hour and not once did anyone sweep. The floor in the play place was clean though, but crazy hot. Otherwise it's ok.

3rd- Update - 95 Degrees Outside and it was Misriable inside Everyone Came in Said it was too Hot in the Restaurant to Eat ! And Can't Imagine people working not being over heated unless it's just not working in the Lobby? No Manager around Frontend just Kids ! They weren't asking if it was Dine in ? Management in Evenings not Checking and Tables Weren't being wiped Down ! Last 2 weeks this Way!Liked the other Mananger that went to 76 she Cared ! Get Air fixed even if You have to Run people off that stay too Long? Don't make Regulars Suffer with the HEAT in the restaurant ! ( Corporate Fix the Air Conditioning ! ) May 12, 20224th Update -Finally got some air-conditioning in their ! But, Soda Went up Not Happy! I Didn't get a Raise 4years ,Inflation and Gas is Going up ! It's Cheaper to go to a Sit Down Restaurant now then Mc Donald's for Noon and Evening Meals ! Short handed except Evenings ! Hire some morning and Day people ? Or scheduling is Bad ?5th Update- Air Fixed ! Now to get people to listen when ordering ? Most times Wrong ? But, Management fixes it !Customers inside is always last ! Need to keep tables clean !12/2022 - Little to No Heat ! Air-conditioning Running ! Fix it ! It's Gets Worse Everyday ! Not Air in Play Place, But Freezing inside.2024- It wasn't cleaned the night before? Floor was a Mess ? Morning person Cleaning up, because the Place Wasn't cleaned night before? Night Manangers are to lax on keeping it clean ? Most Places Don't let their people leave until it's wiped Down ,swept and Mopped? Sorry, Truth !

Friendly drive thru employee. Food was warm and about what you would expect.Ice cream machine was working which is a 50/50 proposition these days. My understanding is that the employees are typically too lazy to take the machine apart and clean it properly which raises the question... the ice cream machines that are working, when was the last time they were cleaned?I suggest if you do order ice cream and McDonald's you ask when the machine was cleaned last. It's supposed to be cleaned every day but I think that is a rarity.

I just came in the Drive-Thru and I ordered 9 sandwiches and four drinks.. I was asked to pull forward which is understanding as all but three of them were special my issue is that the stop the game all of my drinks and then asked me to before without giving me any straws this is not the first time they have been this incompetent when it comes to doing simple tasks and yet they want to have 15 or more dollars an hour I'm not saying that some of the employees don't deserve that but against you a lot of them don't.

Would have been a 5 star but the air conditioner was broken so my little guy was disappointed that he couldn’t play in the play place. The employees were all very helpful and they were quick getting our order out!Parking: The parking lot is not painted so it’s a little difficult to know where to park, but other than that there is plenty of room.
