Great service. Great staff. Always open when you need something. Pizza delivery and curbside assistance if needed. I love my local Caseys. Definitely sign up for their rewards program to receive cash back. Seriously its SO worth doing. I don't dl many apps but this one is a MUST HAVE!!!

I am only giving this Casey's a one-star because I have to I would give it -3 Stars I was in there today on I believe this is Friday I'm not sure the manager was Brandy I called to talk to her about her staff I waited 15 minutes for breakfast bacon first off I asked the guy in the back with dark black greasy hair that should have a hair knot on because he has long hair hair net I would definitely want that I'm a regional manager at Hardee's and they would have them on I asked him very nicely is there going to be more breakfast pizza coming out he looked down and ignored me I said sir are there going to be more breakfast bacon and he goes like he Shrugged his shoulders and I said I would like to have some pizza some sorry some breakfast bacon pizza please he said okay like in the most like rudest voice possible they were too busy putting out pepperoni at 9 a.m. so I wait for 10 to 15 minutes doing shopping get myself some coffee getting some cookies for my husband for later waiting around set up against the thing got mustard that should have been wiped down by Brandy the sitting there laughing at it with every customer and not paying attention to her employees whatsoever she heard me tell the guy next to me how unhappy I was and that I did not want the pizza anymore cuz it was sausage and I asked for bacon she sat there and listened to this so then when I called back she was very rude to me and she hung up on me and told me she never talked to me Brandy needs a lesson in management and to stop flirting with the customers 100% she was flirting that's what she does in the morning I didn't see her doing anything else she could have been wiping down counters and then the little boy next to her just stands there at the register whoever owns his Casey's I would definitely be talking to Brandi I am a regional manager Hardee's and she would be fired she hung up on me when I tried to talk to her about it and I asked her for her regional manager and she said she didn't have one so I would get this girl in line immediately she yelled at me over the phone I am a customer I am always right and I was professional I would like Brandi fired

Always clean. The employees are always friendly. The sandwiches are really good. The pizza most of the time is really good as well. The restrooms are always very clean (or at least they have been when I've used them). I do like the rewards app as well.My only complaint is that it isn't unusual to find them out of an item if they have a one day special on it. I realize it's a first come first serve situation, but when you go in at 8 am and they're already sold out...I don't know if Casey's has their store managers doing the ordering or if it's all corporate. Either way I would think that if you're going to have a sale or special offer, that it would behoove you to have enough on hand for the day.

We ordered the brisket pizza last Monday and it was just great. It actually had brisket on it. Today 8/21/2022 we order one and it truly had only 9 small pieces of brisket on the whole large pizza. They were also out of jalapenos and we don't fault them for that with supply issues, but maybe next time when someone pays full price, $18 for a pizza, make it consistent and actually put the key ingredient on the pizza. The customer service at the Forsyth location is always good, but this was not good.Update: I thank the person in charge for responding. We have always loved the pizza. Maybe it is a training opportunity. Updating my star review.

Absolutely worst Casey's ever, they refuse to pay attention to the pumps, can't pay at the pump because they are too busy on their phones to turn the pumps on, absolutely cannot provide adequate customer service, they are the rudest people I have ever encountered and I've worked in the public for 20 years. I would NEVER recommend this store for anything other than a bathroom.

I will admit I love going into the store because it's very clean and the staff are great. But their delivery services are just plain bad and need a whole lot of work. Recently it's even been worse with missing items and always 45 - 90 minutes late. I get being busy but normally if you have the traffic to be this bad off you maybe need the staff to make up the difference. Like my order today was a good 50 minutes late and just barely warm. I live less than 10 minutes away so the math here doesn't add up and I know I can get hot pizza because it has been done before by Casey's.

At Casey's the ordering process for the pizza and other items was a nice experience. They were very patient and helpful in my ordering process and very realistic about the delivery time based on their current volume. The delivery person is very courteous and very kind with a very positive attitude and made the entire experience enjoyable to the last bite LOL!

Placed order for pizza and a bacon cheeseburger. Food was almost 40 minutes late, which I understand it gets super busy on Sat nights. My biggest complaint is that the bacon cheeseburger had no bacon, lettuce or tomato on it. And they charge extra for all 3 of those things. Guess thats what I get for getting a burger at a gas station. The burger tasted terrible. Lesson learned

They are 5 cents cheaper on gas then every other gas stations around. Plus they offer not only pizza but the have sub sandwiches made to order. Clerks are very pleasant.

I lve right outside of Forsyth Missouri and I order pizza at least 3 to 4 times a week. Now they stop making pizza's at 11pm cause of winter hours? I would think being the only place to get food with out driving all the way to Branson you would keep providing for this little community. Every time I would go in to get a pizza most the time after 11pm there was always more than just my pizza way to drop the ball Casey's im Very disappointing.

The best place in the night when you are tired and want to buy some drinks and some snacks , my fiancé and me love Casey’s. The pizzas are really good too and the chicken salad really good and healthy . I love this place because made us our lives easily .I always find my favorite chocolates

Worst experiance ever. Called over and over for 40 minutes and no aanswer. Went to location and 2 people were working and no orders going out. Called tje store number while at lication and phone didnt ring 1 time. Questioned about the phone and was told that well look into it. Waited 45 minutes for 2 pizzas that were sub par. 1st bad visit in several years, but 1 was enough.

Ridiculously clean bathroom.This Casey's consistently has the cleanest gas station bathroom, and quite possibly the cleanest public restroom I've ever seen.The gas prices are usually a little more than Springfield and Ozark, but they are competitive with the other gas stations in town.

Ordered 3 pizzas at 3pm,they said they'd be ready by 5.drive all the way there at 5,no its not ready.told me I should of looked online time ready is 558.so 3 hours for 3 pizzas and its my fault, cause I didn't look online?

The people are friendly enough but the gas pumps are always broken in some way. There are pictures everywhere of breakfast burritos but none to eat. The breakfast foods are disgusting.

Great place to run in and run out! I usually buy gas here since the prices usually follow the big jumps up and slow dives down in gas prices. It's about the ONLY PLACE that will let you pump the gas before you pay! Now that alone saves me steps!! Thanks Casey's!!!

Clean location with wonderfully friendly staff. I stopped for gas and the bathroom. Found that the pumps to be fairly busy. I guess I went at a popular time. The bathroom was clean and well lit.

went and got sandwiches and wraps from casey's in forsyth mo. I wanted the taco wrap and was told it was taco meat and wasn't asked if i wanted it toasted and one of the girls seemed pisted off that they had to make our sandwiches. got home and went to go eat my wrap and it isn't taco meat but taste like chilli powder was put on instead of taco powder. tasted nasty and lost my appetite. expericence was poor the only reason i gave it two stars instead of one is the other girl was trying her best to do it even though it took her 20 minutes to make three of them two sandwiches and one wrap. after spending 20 dollars on them never again at all even if hell freezes over. i will be taking my business back to subway where the people are friendly and know what they are doing.

Friendly staff, generally quick with food orders. Best option for a convenience store on the east side of Taney County.
