This is my second time here and the people in the service area are Awesome. I like coming to this Freightliner because they work quickly and don't leave you sitting around waiting days on end.This time my truck back up on Halloween colored ladies had on cool winter onesies.

Words cannot express how grateful I am for the Truck Centers Inc in Floristell!! I never fails to happen that the check engine light comes on after I have gotten into a trip, but one call to this dealership and they started my intake immediately by the time the truck rolled up to the service write-up bay. In just over 7 hours they diagnosed and repaired my issues (DPF filters was at end of life) and I was close behind it.There is a great drivers lounge with showers, laundry, quiet rooms ans great recliners. Great way to rest before getting back on the road.I couldn't have been happier with how I was treated as a customer to top notch care to my old Freightliner Cascadia. When you need important and detailed care I couldn't have been happier!

Everyone I encountered was very friendly. My starter and intake sensors was done in 24 hours. I checked in February 20 at 19:30pm and work was done February 21,2024 at 22:30pm. I’m so happy there was no delays. The building and driver room is so clean. They made everything so comfortable.

two and a half days to change the DEF pump and other insignificant things. 1022 in parts and 3010 in labor. The way they work is abusive. If we continue like this, soon there will be no truckers in the USA.

Very easy to find. Big parking lot. nice lobby. Friendly staff.Clean bathrooms. We got an Inspection on our class a motorhome. Very fast, in and out. We dropped it off late in the day and picked up the next day.

I can't say enough about the service and experience with both the on-site dealer staff and their remote repair service. This has been an outstanding experience with every person from the first call, service advisors and repair techs. In a world where excellent service is a lost art, this service center went above and beyond. I can't reccomend them enough. If you are passing through, or need to schedule service truck or (RV) they are wonderful.

All I have to say is... it was down to crunch time. The day before Xmas Eve when they closed. I got my truck out prior so I didn't have to spend a fortune getting a hotel til Monday or later (thank you!) Nice driver's lounge with comfy seats, laundry room & even showers!Christina was awesome! Kept me informed & up to date. Also thanks to Dennis, Dominic, Niko & even (I believe it was) Dave (in parts). A well-oiled machine in place at this Freightliner shop!💯✔️

Very nice clean shop. Very respectful customer service. Had me in and out in a day n half. Would recommend this shop to anyone. If I break down again I really hope I'm in their area. The very lovely lady behind the counter with sleeve tattoo is exceptionally nice.

My truck was under warranty I wait two days for them to be open when they got open I was checked in but the didn’t do all software on my truck and I got de rated to 55mph in Joplin mo when I called them back they said we can’t do anything on top of my warranty they charged me above $300 so kinda scamming here

This shop should be the standard for all shops across the US. I showed up with a possessed truck that Noone can understand why my bunk air I directly backwards from my cab air but these guys tackled it gladly. Had no lights on my truck except one headlight and my truck was in the shop within 30 minutes of arriving. The place is exceptionally clean, free showers and laundry. The staff is simply the best. Professional and polite, knows how to listen to the driver and see things from his or her point of view. I will definitely come here again for any problems I have in the future. Loved this experience!!

Traveling from Tennessee out west we had a failed air relief valve on our motorhome. After checking with 3 places that gave us the runaround we contacted this dealership. Upon arriving, we were taken care of immediately and we found the entire staff here very knowledgeable and respectful. We were back on the road within 3hrs. I highly recommend them if you find yourself in the area. Can't thank them enough for getting us back on the road.

RV Owners Beware when taking your RV to Freightliner Truck Center (FTC). I was charged $571 “diagnostic labor and supplies” to replace a starter switch that was 100% covered (parts and labor) by my warranty! The service manager told me the reason for the outrageous $571 charge was because on the service writeup I told them the switch was Broken and the manager said I should have told them I wanted it Replaced. After paying I went to start the RV and the starter would not engage (reason I brought to FTC). I went back inside and got a service writer and after several minutes of manipulating the key, they got the engine started. We start/stopped the engine a couple of times and I drove my RV home. A few days later I tried to start the RV and after about 10-15 minutes of playing with the key, I managed to get it started and drove back to FTC. The same service writer who had helped me get the RV started before came out, played with the key for several minutes and told me that I needed a new key set because the old set was not compatible with the new switch. This FTC does not have any parts and I did not have a car. So, I called someone who had to drive 60 miles, purchase the part, and deliver the new key set. The service writer showed me how to remove the old key set and after much effort (not easy to remove since it had been forced into the new switch) we were able to install the new and compatible key set into the switch. Now after $571 and two trips to FTC when you turn the key the engine starts 3 out of 4 times. If you take your RV to a Freightliner Truck Center make sure you write, in very fine detail, Exactly what you want them to do! Also make sure you have your checkbook; they charge 2.9% credit card fee.

The people here are pretty nice. Brought my truck in due to a def issues. There were a few other issues as well. But It all pretty much boiled down to needing a new starter and a positive wire needing to be secured. They worked really hard to get me out fast. They offered me a shuttle to a hotel that was pet friendly while I waited for my repairs. Overall I’d say it was a alright experience. I’m not sure they could’ve done anything else to make the experience better…. Other than come down on that hefty bill lol

Terrible service! I came to the service with a certain problem, the mechanics looked at the engine, began to disassemble it, and only after that they said that they refused to fix it. I was told a high price for something that was essentially not necessary to do. I only paid for having a couple of tubes removed, but they refused to do anything else, and leaving the engine open, I had to leave. I asked how long it would take to understand if I could deliver the load on time, but they didn’t tell me anything understandable, but only dragged out time. In the end, I wasted my time and my money for not having any work done.

I can't express how awesome my experience with Truck Centers in Foristell, MO was. The staff was amazing, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. They got me back on the road fast and the driver facilities are immaculate for you wait time. Beware of the loungers up stairs, you will fall asleep.

Worst place in the worldThey changed speed limit and turn off engine idle 6 HOURS!!! Is it 20 minutes maximum!!!My appointment was at 8amThey didn’t have trucks before my unit!!!They finished work and don’t call me, I just waited 1:30 hour in lounge room after they done, after they did paperwork 1 hour, after they had lunch, after they changed our job 1:30 hour

UPDATE: Thus far, I've been in the service department for six separate issues (not my choice), of which they have fixed none. Not one. ZERO. The incompetence of this dealership is truly epic.~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Rude, incompetent, and did not check their work. Had my truck for two days and left with all the same issues I came in with. The only thing they actually accomplished was misplacing my truck. Very nice facility though.

This place is awesome! From the outside appearance you can tell they take pride in their facility. I really like how they accommodate the drivers from the huge host of amenities to the turnaround time of the repair of your equipment. The staff was friendly and saw to it that I was driven to and picked up from the hotel that's about 5min from the dealership. Timely updates and willingness to exceed the drivers needs is why I give this place five stars.

Wow! What an absolutely wonderful place. My husband, our baby, and I our were on our first RV road trip, and seemed to be having a little trouble with our generator. We stopped in, they happily took a look, and fixed a loose belt in no time flat. Only 20 minutes before closing time, they welcomed us in and made sure things were good to go before we went back on the road. Outstanding customer service! We recommend this place completely.

I can't say enough about how amazing the service department staff are! They communicate and provide updates. They are accommodating and knowledgeable! The customer service skills are superb! The facility is clean, has free showers and laundry. The driver lounge has very comfy recliners as well as a quiet room. Definitely THE BEST shop we've ever been to!

Took my company owned service truck here for enterprise fleet management PM was told it would only take a couple hours and they had 2 techs working on the PM Services. First attempt I was told they had no filters when a service person told me earlier that day they would have everything and could get me in and out quickly. The next day I came back because they said they would have parts and was told to wait in the lounge. I waited a couple hours and came down to check the status and was rudely informed, “ There working on it.” I then asked for more detail and was told they didn’t really have the correct filters in the first place and had to wait a total of 4 hours for regular maintenance to be completed. All they could say is it not sure how this happened and then said everything was complete and handed my keys over. Not to mention another service truck from our same company had the same issue. Will not be returning for service.
