Small sink area for drivers who may need to wash dishes. Shower had little to no pressure. CSV washer/dryer system not working have to used coin or credit card. Restaurant still under remodel when done it will be an IHOP no clue when. Two handicap truck parking available.

Still no restaurant, due to Covid. Minimal staffing. And the ones who do show up, it’s all they do is show up. It is dirty. Especially around the food counter. At 6 am there are no clean showers. The moron behind the register put a sign on the kiosk after I used my card. This place would be a great location for a real truck stop.

The service is great, but that doesn't make up for the problems.The building itself is a decent size, but it's poorly laid out. The convenience store portion is small with very little selection.There used to be a family style restaurant here, but it shut down a couple years ago, so ignore all the reviews about the great salad bar. They haven't bothered to convert it to more floor space for the store or put in a different restaurant.There's also a Pizza Hut Express, Popeyes Chicken and Taco Bell. The only problem is the earliest any of them open is 9am. So if you're here around breakfast time, you're out of luck. You can grab a dog off of the roller grille or a small, severely overpriced breakfast sandwich or burrito from the hot box. If you're not in a semi truck, go across the street to McDonald's instead.I'd shop here again, but it sure as heck won't be for breakfast.

Most of the parking for Simi trucks is reserved. The restaurant is closed The restaurant next door is locked up at Popeyes. So you have to buy food off the counter.. but the people working here all seem nice friendly

Travel center of America, I pulled into this travel center of America.Store #175 And I spoke to a manager there that did not wanted to give their name. They do not want to help a customer. Especially a truck driver that has a loyalty card that they wouldn't help out to re. Establish ithis is the travel center of America and these are the reason why. A lot of people don't want to do business with them anymore. Because they're not being helpful to their customers. Not even to a truck driver so I give this travel center of America a number one star that it needs a lot of improvement from management and from customer service department. Because they're not serving their customers properly.So to all those who come to this travel center of america avoided as much as possible until corporate could get on their cases and start doing their job

The 2 girls working on Feb 7 went above and beyond to help out a fellow driver. It’s amazing the kindness of 2 complete strangers, helped brighten my day. I would definitely recommend this truck stop.

I would have given the place a 5Star rating had it not for an unflushed, foul-smelling, toilet cubicle with some excrement still in it.I know, it's the customer's responsibility to flush after themselves, but the foul odor suggested a lengthy period of non-attendance.

As a Good customer of TA for long time sharing this very bad experience.First time I left TA with no fuel. so bad experience.Trying to use app to get fuel but this site was not working in the app. Walked in the store to use my company fuel card. A girl Employee are very rude they refused me to use my fuel card and refused to call manager and employee told me to go to manager office to speak with her. She was very very rude and told me stay outside and I asked why I can’t use my company fuel card and she started yelling and hitting the table with hand and keep yelling.She does not know anything about customer service. She does not deserve to be a manager.I have faced very bad experience first time at this TA location and I believe nobody has like this experience before at any TA location.

This review is for Country Pride restaurant- I ordered TBone steak with fried shrimps. SEE pics below, Shrimps were awesome with red cocktail sauce, but steak was kind of COLD.. Salad bar was fresh & soup was hot. Very clean inside, newly restored I assume.

We ate at the Country Pride Restaurant and it was awesome!The food and service were great!Prices are good with large portions. Salad bar is very good!Our server Mary was the best!We will definitely be back!

The manager needs to be here. No showers clean at the time. We needed a team shower and it was only one available and he didn’t clean the other showers. Not cool.

Shower 2. First 10 min were ice cold. Next 5 min were scorching boiling hot. I’ve come to realize the temperature controls are opposite. Hot water is on cold side and cold water is on the hot side. Also the light turns off every 1 minute and 48 seconds. So you have to get out of the shower to activate the motion sensor. The men’s restrooms by the showers has a non flushing toilette and the other stall has no lock. Place needs attention.

Not satisfied, very dirty shower! 🤢🤮 the trash was not cleaned out , the floor is dirty. Also, the toilet was not clean, there’s a hole in the wall, I do not recommend this ta! And the smell in the shower room is ridiculous Smells like sewer. Gases 🤮You guys need to fix this.

Stopped here after midnight with my elderly father who is deaf and handicapped. There was some confusion about getting gas and paying. The young man working was very kind, patient and thorough in refunding money back onto our card and then redoing everything again. He was amazing!

Had a great experience here!! Came in about 4:30am to shower and get some coffee and breakfast before I got back on the road, Showers were clean and smelled great, the attendant Rachael did a great job on them and was super helpful and friendly. I even left my headset in the shower and before I could even reach my truck she came running out after me to return them!! I was so thankful, I didn't even know I left them and she had to track me down way out in the lot just to return them to me!!! The lady upfront Penny was also very friendly, we had a nice friendly chat. Overall it was a very pleasant experience

It's crazy how you guys go from 50% pay to park to nearly 90%. TA is starting to become parking crooks, even getting rid of wholesome cooked meals from country pride

Reserved a spot in advance, none open when I got there, no staff to do anything about it. Trucks parked all over the place that you can’t even get out of the lot to go look for other parking. $22 well spent :)Also contacting TA via the online form they refer you to on the website is pointless because they don’t contact you about the issues or do anything about it when you complete the form…

Not able to book a shower on app or kiosk. Approached first cashier to inquire and no smile or greeting just a finger pointing to other cashier! Approached said cashier and informed her I was not able to access kiosk to use my credit to get a shower. Was informed that she was not able to access using my ultra one card and other cashier said yes you can and walked away! So then she reluctantly typed in my card number to get me a shower! Bad customer service! This happened on 10/18/2023 around 20:30-21:00 pm. Not one person smiled or greeted!!!!😡

Not a bad place to stop on your truck route. However the water pressure seems to be an issue here. Sinks showers and restrooms. Would visit again hope they get this fixed.

Dirty, showers are down nothing says that, I used a shower credit got back there and then they told me. I asked for a refund and was told that's your problem contact ultra one, UPDATE: management reached out to me and very respectfully resolved the problem.

Conveniently located in Foristell. Has all the goodies you’d expect from other Travel CentersHas an all you can eat buffet with actually pretty good food as well as Taco Bell with Pizza Hut options, and a Popeyes.Lots of trucker parking spaces and also many long spaces for RV’s, buses, or Truck n Campers/boats.

I fuel here all the time. But at 4:30 this morning I got a fuel receipt and filled up my water jug. I then proceeded to go into the bathroom to wash my face. The girl working the counter confronted me about my water jug. She said I can't take it in the bathroom and did I pay for it. I told her it's mine and are you worried I'm going to steal it. She said no its just that you can't take it in the bathroom. I said as long as it's mine I will take whatever I want in the bathroom. Guess no personal items are allowed in the bathrooms here??? What a joke! Shouldn't have to get harassed like a criminal over a water jug. I like to keep my items by my side at ALL TIMES! who knows what someone like her would do to it

Super friendly staff. We got stuck here for a couple days and nobody gave us any grief or trouble. If I come back through this way and need a sleep spot again, this'll be my first choice.

So I stopped in here on 10-18, around 9 pm. Staff was friendly, coffee bar was fresh, lots of hot food and coffee. Bethany was especially cheerful for such a late hour, and recognized me from previous visits. Customer service like this is what keeps me coming back. Parking is a bit high, but service was enthusiastic, and prompt.
