The card readers often won't work at the pump. Tried 3 different pumps and getting courteous, efficient service inside is difficult. Finally, just left and moved on down the road to a different station. Won't return to this station.

The young lady working as a supervisor is straight up dumb. She called the polie on me because she was pissed I asked for my points and asked her to cancel the transaction if i was not getting the points. She could not give me a cancelation receipt for $600 she charged.The officer came with threats of arresting me if I did not leave immediately. Officer Edwards from Foristell police department.

I was wrongfully fired because they said I was on drugs they refused to give me a company drug test I'm on parole I don't understand that an they talk bad about eachother an they try to get eachother fired I honestly saw managers smoking weed in front of the store you'll see alot of chefs but not enough Indians too many managers there 💯

This place somehow collaborate with Pilot. They have an excellent deal on beef jerky right now, two big packs for 15,99$ ( buy one get one free). They're right across the street from TA, and they have much cheaper fuel prices. Very clean restrooms and crispy chicken.

Pump number 6 is fraudulent. I got scammed 151$ just by putting my card in the machine. Clerk lied and told me it's just a pre gas fee. Would not stop here by any means unless you want a fraudulent charge on your card! (All pump tamper stickers where removed{didnt see they were gone till to late})

Purchased fuel earlier this week....then Temps dropped last night to -10⁰ and woke up to gelled fuel. I called to ask if their fuel is winterized and the attendant said several people have asked that question and she still was not sure? So if it is...it's not a very good winterized product!

It’s a smaller truck stop so it doesn’t have as many parking spots as some, but the ones they do have really easy to get to with plenty of room to straighten out and back right on in. Store is small, but it is well stocked with most things truck drivers need. No resturant, but they have some basic things like chicken and fries and some sand witches etc.

I stopped to get a cuppa coffee and use the restroom, the men’s room was closed, but the sign says use any open shower so I go into the one shower. I lock the door and a lady starts beating on the door. You need to get out of there and I said well then you need to open the men’s restroom and she’s like well I got to clean the shower, that lady got serious issues and then she told me don’t come back. Well I won’t. Just like pilot and T/A they charge to park so they don’t need any of my business.

People are nice here, the employees. They sell chicken and gizzards. I didn't want that much gizzards so I didn't buy any. The store seemed cleaned and crowded with lots of products. Basically they used every space they could.The showers not so well nasty andbut I have seen worse.Pros:- Small heater under the sink in shower 3 not sure if the rest have them.- I was able to take a shower.Cons:- Shower pan is nasty and dirty. Look at the picture. I always put sandals on where ever a public shower is.- the shower soap dispenser picture shows soap. Guess what I haven't showered yet they picture is before I even got in the shower.- tolet was not cleaned.- this bathroom was not cleaned correctly.I will always post from places at been at if and when I get a chance. Pilot cooperation should look into this franchise. 2 stars because it didn't meet the proper effort of a 4 or 5 star. If the managment can't figure out why two star, its time for a new manager. Cheaper than any other gas around at the moment. It says it's 4.64 a gallon on here, but it's currently 4.59. it took all day playing music in the sun for tips, but I filled my truck, finally. Thanks!

So I've been using this gas station for 30 years. I've never been charged more than the cost of a cup of ice 55 cents for a glass of tap water. So today I was charged $1.79 I told that's ridiculous then pointed out the sign that says 55cents. The girl says " That's drink price ,you put water in it, its a drink now. And you don't have to be so rude about it"..I was flabbergasted that some little girl has the gall to be surprised that I was shocked that they are charging more than their posted sign of 55cents for a cup of ice.Then to hear the little twits start talking about me as I refuse to pay for the water and walk away is insulting.I have bought thousands of dollars in gas and products there maybe 10s of thousands over 30 years. I will never use this store ever again.

Staff very friendly, helpful, was patient when I thought someone had left gas unpaid and my card got debited, she pulled last 4 transaction to show me, very very helpful, made me feel at ease. Offered me a drink to help me out, very friendly.

I understand it 3 am on Christmas morning but to the young black lady working the least you could do is smile and say something bak when someone say good morning and merry Christmas. Come here twice a week and never been treated so coldly and rude. If you don't like your job quit and find something that you don't have to interact with the public. Gives the franchise a bad reputation. Next time I'll go to the ta across the street.

My niece accidentally threw her wallet away in a plastic bag in the middle of the night. Donnie found it for her and Candy for it sent back to us. We live more than 250 miles from there. We are very grateful cherry took the time to go the extra mile for us.

This’s truck stop is the dumbest design ever made. Only one exit for the trucker. That’s difficult and extremely retarded. The bathroom are down right filthy disgusting. They need their sea beat.

My neice accidentally threw her wallet away, we called the next morning and spoke to Candy, and she had Donny out looking through the trash.. about 40 minutes after the initial call, Candy and Donny called with great news.. he had found it!! Candy has put the wallet in the mail, and Donny, we owe you a ton of thanx too!! It's great to know that there are still great people in this world!! We will definitely use their station every time we travel in direction!

It was an absolute pleasure to stop in here and see friendly faces and smiling staff even if they were short handed ! Let's talk about the showers !!!!! OMGGGGG they were spotless! Mirrors cleaned ! Toilets cleaned ! Mopped! Showers were CLEANNNNNN . I will definitely be stopping here again ! The cashiers were an a solute shinning example of engaging with the customers but keeping the lines moving, making us feel at home and smiling from ear to ear !!!

The Pilot/FJ/One9 app discount for fuel and gas isn't usable. The pumps won't even ask for rewards information. If you're hoping to save 10 cents per gallon, you'll have to go elsewhere.

I don't know who the main manager is but you should be ashamed of yourself... Those young people who were working tonight had the best professional attitude despite having no heat. A family member brought in a small heater for behind the counter and these employees are bundled up in outside winter attire. A small heater. Brought by a family member. That is your responsibility to keep your employees healthy and safe while they are on your premises. Were you not able to bring in some heaters? It's an icebox in that store. 25 degrees outside and less than 40 inside and I took a pic of that thermometer. Shame on the manager. I bought them some hand warmers. If those kids get sick, it's on you, Mr. or Ms. manager.

Uploaded video.The entire video is two and a half minutes long showing illegally parked vehicles that were blocking turning radius and parking lot.Commercial driver. Although my vehicle was parked legally, they insisted on waking me up throughout the night to move the vehicle. Not only were the vehicles that were parked illegally allowed to sleep, but it was also requested of me that I moved from my legal parking space to basically the center of the lot where the trucks need to be able to make 180° turn to leave the lot. This would not have only changed my legal parking to illegal parking, but would have severely increased my chances of being hit.I just decided to risk life and limb, literally, and drive to the next refueling station up north.You all lost 180 gallon fill up that next morning, as well as any future business from me.It is literally one of those situations that it is so asinine it is hard to believe. I wish I could have uploaded the whole two and a half minutes of video.After dealing with these locals, I would suggest strong caution about drinking the water around there.

4 pm dinner time deli meat is not for sale... Stopped her for that and coffee none made ... Good thing I didn't want fuel... By the looks of the pump activity I guess they're out of that. Didn't bother asking about cigarettes they probably aren't selling them yet either. I've been waiting all day to eat just to overpay for a sandwich because it's what I wanted.... You can get hamburger band chicken sandwiches at the pilot or loves...

Extremely nice folks working inside. More than your typical gas station these guys have a deli and great lunch type selection. Word of warning: don't use your card at the pump unless you have to, the holds for pay at the pump charges seem longer than normal. Otherwise a great stop.

After I purchased diesel at this gas station twice I have 2 extra $500 charges on my credit card!!! So check your accout if you use credit card there!!!
