Nice break on the highway road trip. Stopped for a restroom and a 1$ drink. Also had a Sunday nice treat. Very friendly staff. In the area say high to the waving muffler man just a little east of McDonald's on the frontage road.

This location is NOT 24 hours. Twice now I have driven from Wentzville at 11:30pm and they are completely closed. I even attempted to submit a change of hours on Google and they verified my claim as “false.” This is the sign posted on their door.

I have never left a bad review, this is a first for me. We were on our way home from Chicago and stopped here because My wife and I needed some McDonald's fries. This McDonald's happened to be attached to a Phillips 66 gas station, so the restroom was shared between the two businesses. The restroom was horrible, compared to anything I saw on the rest of our trip. Since the restroom was shared, I thought McDonald's might not be responsible for the cleaning. After ordering our food, we sat in a booth by a window. (The lady who took our order was very nice.) I noticed a dead fly on the window, then another on the sill, then more. I thought maybe they sprayed something to kill the flies, but they should have cleaned them up. It looks like the window sills are never wiped since there were cob webs in the corners. Our food came and it was great, just as I always expect McDonald's food to be. I happened to look up at the light above our table, and there was another dead fly stuck to the fixture. The 2 stars are for the lack of cleaning. The food and service was great.

I’d give this location zero stars if possible. This is the WORST location in the area. The food is either half cooked or old and cold. I usually check the food and send it back most of the time. They’d rather look at their phones than serve customers. I’ll be glad when these restaurants are 100% machine operated. The machines can be programmed to provide fully cooked, hot food. And I won’t be made to feel like an inconvenience to someone more interested in social media than helping someone. I’d rather interact with humans but why bother when you’re not treated like one.

I ordered two officially sandwiches and what I received was too dry hard pieces of bread with a slice of cheese barely any tartar sauce and fish fillets I do believe what they forgot to do was microwave it before serving it to me so the bread was soft not only that they need to learn to put more tartar sauce on there there's barely even a teaspoon

I work overnights in wright city so there are few options on getting food. Its either the wright city mcdonalds which isn’t fit to feed a dog, gas station food thats about the same or this foristell mcdonalds. Every time I’ve been there to get a bite to eat on my lunch break (5am) the food has been fast, fresh and hot but the problem is telling if they’re open. Google still says 24 hours but the best I can tell they open at 5am most of the time. If they don’t, I wasted my lunch break driving down there just to find out they’re closed.

Everything is gated at this McDonalds. You can’t get your own drink and it’s just poorly set up. I would skip it for the next one unless you are using the drive through unless you want to leave a bit more irritated than you were before you exited the highway.

This is an update to a previous review that I left a year ago. My first review was scathing and one star, however I believe there must have been a change of management or staff because I am happily surprised by the service they have been providing recently. This is closest to where I live but I would drive 10+ minutes out of my way just to not go to this location. However, I have been giving it another chance recently and they have been doing a great job. The staff are friendly, they get the orders correct, and the place appears clean. Huge turnaround from around a year ago. Great job guys.

Drive through overloaded. Went inside for one sandwich waited almost 20 min after ordering.People are nice and workers are hustling but can the cheese ever actually land inside the bun?! It’s only half a slice now so it shouldn’t be that hard people!!!!

This place is bad the staff was nice but when telling her my order she forgot things so I asked to make sure I had all my things and she lied to me and said yes everything was correct I got to my car and the food was just thrown in the bag fries not fresh and caramel frappe didn’t have the things I asked for in it and I ask her again and she lied and told me it did will never go back

The frappe was okay but the cappuccino had an odd flavor to the point of pouring out. You could tell the young lady wasn't happy about "having to change the milk" and wonder what happened to the drink. Staff don't realize that their actions (slamming doors) speak loudly along with facial expressions (mouthing to other staff). Everyone has bad days, but.....

We puke up and ordered a couple of sandwiches, one of them with special requests. Line moved very quickly and we got what we ordered. I was pleasantly surprised, we got the right stuff, quickly, and without hassle.

It was a very much a bad experience they were unable to fulfill our order so we took one thing and just went to another place so un organized sat at the ordering station for five minutes as no one responded so we backed up and moved too the other station and was only to place a order for one burger and pulled forwards to the window and no one atting it after a few minutes pulled up to the other window at that time ther was no order present and the employee handed the bag out and said to my paRtner just take this no charge so I pulled off with nothing to eat except a cold burger my friend took as it was free after 20 minutes of waiting so I would have to say my last several experiences with mc Donald's has been very disappointing at the least never have I seen mc Donald's as unfuctional as it has been in the last couple of years, not believe able from the best serving fast food drive through ever Ronald McDonald would do a back flip over the way his business is crumbling with the employees and management has been for the last couple years unbelievable for sure I hate to see this I rember when we could purchase 10 burgers for a dollar that is how long I have been going to mc Donald's and never seen the store being ran in such a man or so depressing at least, what ever happen, and one star is over the experience of stars
