We absolutely love Grand Haven! They take such good loving care of our three pups when we travel. We have a senior little old guy, a lazy lab and a crazy Shepard mix - all with unique personalities. The staff at Grand Haven knows exactly what each one needs and we know our babies are loved and well cared for so that we can relax and enjoy time away. We highly recommend them for your kenneling needs!

The staff is very friendly and great with the animals. They know all the personalities of their guests. Our dog Gracie seems to do very well there. I feel it's the best place for our Gracie when we need to leave her. I feel very comfortable leaving her at Grand Haven. I appreciate the staff for taking such good care of her

Staff is very friendly and responsive to calls or emails. They genuinely care about your animals. Our 2 dogs stayed here 4 nights while we were out of town - they were content and well fed when I picked them up! We will definitely use them next time we need a kennel.

We had our recently acquired rot mix boarded here for several days. She was a fairly high strung and anxious dog at the time. We had just adopted her and she had to have hip surgery right after adoption. Our dog seemed very happy and well fed when we picked her up. The staff was nice and took a genuine interest in our dog.

Our dog Bentley absolutely loves it at Grand Haven. We have had nothing but a fantastic experience here and you can tell the staff genuinely love these animals. Cannot recommend highly enough.

We left our dog for 5 days with the team at Grand Haven. They were loving and kind and attentive to him. He was lively and happy when we came back and looked clean and healthy. We will use them again!

Just couldn’t find the right kennel for our Golden Doodle when we travel. She came home sick a couple of times, came tearing out in fear one time. A friend of ours recommended Grand Haven so we gave them a try. I could tell you 20 reasons why we go there but I will just say that we have been going there for 3 years and will never go anywhere else.

The staff is great and we never have to worry when our dogs stay here. When we're out of town it's great to have one less worry. We've used them 3 times and will continue to do so.

I love this place! It's a little but of a trek for me to get there, but it's definitely worth it for the peace of mind knowing your dogs are taken care of. They are priced reasonably, have large kennels, and they let your dogs out to play a minimum of 4 times per day (more if they're not full for a busy season). Other places I called were very unreasonable compared to this place...the kennels are smaller, they don't take them out nearly as often, they can be more expensive, and they all want to charge more for more frequent times out. Some insist on buying daily "play" or "daycare" packages. Ridiculous! I will always make the drive to Grand Haven. Sending them anywhere else would be like putting them in puppy prison.

They always do their best to get our dog in and one time he was having issues over night being alone and they even took him home to watch him! Great customer service and you can tell they truly care about your dog!

This facility is poorly maintained and unsanitary for any animal. There are many other options for your pet and I would definitely strongly suggest you to check them out before subjecting your furry friends to this place.
