This Dollar General is a disaster. They NEVER have milk and half the time I go in there it looks like the place has been looted. Boxes thrown haphazardly in the floor. Shelves that are half empty. The icing on the cake was today when three employees are standing behind the counter and the only checkout that is open is the self checkout.

This store has been a blessing to our rural town of Fordland. The employees are extremely helpful and courteous. In my opinion this is the best Dollar General in the Ozarks.

Competitive prices with walmart good for quick in and out also good place to buy all your cleaning supplies and coupon shop. Usually can get electronic 5 off 25 on Saturdays. I generally save 30% or more buy using it and coupons.

Its a grest store. We live in a rural area and this store is like a mini Wal-Mart. They have a great little grocery section even stocked with milk eggs and bacon. They have pet food shampoo gifts and household items. They would be missed if it wasn't here. The people are very nice also.

Lots of stock, variety and bargains. Even groceries. Easy to reach for travelers needing baby supplies, something you forgot to pack or extra snacks. From Lambert's exit pass second intersection East...then on left across from Orscheln's Farm and Home.

This is by far the cleanest, most organized Dollar General I have ever shopped at. The management and staff are very helpful. I never liked shopping at Dollar General before they built this in Fordland.

I went in there for a particular sale that they had at ALL stores and nobody knew what I was talking about. There were even signs posted that I showed them. Then when I checked my receipt a day or so later they hadn't given me my discount. Then I called and made a complaint and we are on the 4th day of trying to get the problem solved......not happy!!! I just want my $18,75 back

They are always out of something and there’s an older woman that works there and I think she makes up her own rules and policies about DG. They are not very friendly or genuine.
