There was absolutely no one working in the appliance department. Requested help after walking around store. An employee then paged staff to my dept twice. Still No one came. Called store number but no one answered the store phone X 3. Then asked for the store manager. Anthony Q. Store manager was working a register. 7 other potential customers had been waiting in the next dept (bathrooms) over and finally gave up to leave. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!

Came across 3 employees, 2 that knew exactly where things were and 1 who didn't know anything and kinda brushed it off and started walking away until he saw the knowledgeable guy in the row and asked him to help. Super long line and only 2 registers open and self check our closed but overall there's 20 or more employees that are just walking around. Another girl as the register was trying to look busy but wasn't doing anything at all other than standing there. Home Depot seems to be the laziest job people have and you can feel the vibe that some don't want to be here! But thank you to the 2 guys that helped us, it made our visit as fast and efficient as it could without the line wait.

Never going to purchase again . Waited for my order to be picked . So I picked out order myself. I ordered pallet of shingles. Also everything is staged but no one could find anyone to load the order. I spent over $2000 and I waited over an hour for someone to come load my purchase.. this store has Sense of urgency And the staff are lazy just casually walking around as you’re waiting for someone to bring your order outWill never come to this location again

I had an exceptional experience and interaction with Officer Anson Barney III, who patrols Home Depot.He was very friendly inside and outside of the store, approachable, and went out of his way to protect my truck when walked over to Schnucks.Thank you for your service- he is an excellent addition to our community.

Your policy on not accepting the same price across stores is poor. Your prices should be the same regardless of which store you go to, including discounted prices. And customer service is horrible at Home Depot. I have been to 9 Home Depot stores in my city and customer service across -the-board is lacking. You need to take lessons from Menards and Lowe’s. Train your employees to be kind and supportive of customers, instead of combative. If you did that, maybe you wouldn’t need so many police officers inside your stores and outside in the parking lot.

My recent visit to Home Depot was a breeze. I experienced a quick and clean walk-in, with no hassles in finding the products I needed. It was easy in and easy out, which made my shopping experience incredibly efficient. Home Depot's well-organized layout and helpful staff made it a stress-free trip. I'll definitely be returning for all my home improvement needs.

Would leave 0 stars if I could. Went in looking for a nut that they showed to have in stock, the bin where is was supposed to be was empty. After asking 6 times for someone to come see if they had more, and twice for a manager, nobody showed up to help. The store wasn't very busy, but apparently nobody there wants to work or assist customers. Never once did I have an issue at any of the Oklahoma locations.

Went in today for a door. Prices good, and I picked up some painting supplies as well. Did not need customer service today, and at the self checkout there was a nice lady greeting people and helping them scan if something went wrong.

Ferguson store Clarisa, customer service rep has bad customer service attitude. She shouldn't be at this position. This was my second encounter dealing with this individual.I cancel my orders! She is going to away customer.

It happened by chance to have evergreens, like Junipers and yews marked down 75%. I bought 11 great bushes for my home.The check out lady was very nice and helpful.

Purchased 4 major appliances….all top of the line appliances a stove, a refrigerator , washer and dryer ……refrigerator, washer and dryer were delivered within a 1 week period…purchased stove at the end of December 2023 delivery date was February 14 2024 ….the date of delivery for the stove was pushed back until February 22 2024 I was not notified/ informed of this change …received nothing but lies from in store clerks and more lies upon calling customer service 800 number….they claimed no record of email address to notify me …..I have been a Home Depot card holder for over 20 years …..so I found this quite hard to believe……next step a letter to corporate and the BBB ……

Their parking curb bumpers at the Maplewood store (and probably all their stores) are so high that it scraped my front bumper, and when I pulled back it separated from the body. Body shop estimated the damage at $1500-$1800. Filed a claim and have been getting a runaround. Trying to lowball me for $500. Lawyer says otherwise.Update to follow soon.......

Went in to pick up some items and after spending an hour in the store I went to check out. I looked to see if there were any checkout lanes that had associates in there. There were none and only 3 self checkout lanes open of which 2 only took credit cards. During my self checkout I had an issue with an item. The store associate came over and said she had to override. She asked me a question and I responded.She had the scanner in her hand and I held up the item thinking she would scan it. Big mistake she looked at me like how dare she do the customers job of scanning one item. She shoved the scanner into my stomach area. I proceeded to tell her to cancel my entire order. Being respectful I told her I would place all of the items back. Fifteen minutes later on my way out I passed by her still at the self checkout I had used. She obviously needed more training as she was still trying to cancel my transaction.

Truck Driver reviewEnter from N lindberg Blvd by barns and nobles and drive behind the shopping strip. Makes for the easiest backing to the dock. Once your docked they won't let us wait in the truck. That's a big waste for us. At least when we can wait in the truck we can get something to eat or prep for the next stop. But home depot would rather waste our time inside they're store.

Black Elephant plants in arrangemen containers are infested with SPIDER MITES and they blamed me. I’ve bought tons of plants there this summer and the manager from lawn and garden is extremely rude and told me I caused the infestation by not immediately bringing the plant back. In no way shape or form did I cause an infestation so for a manager to tell a customer that is wild. The plants were already infested and none of my other plants are. I have this on a porch on a raised planter not on the ground. This was a problem when I got it and I just didn’t notice. I bought neem oil to try to treat it for the first two weeks and it’s only gotten worse. They said since it’s past 30 days I can’t get a refund and they don’t even have the plants there anymore so I can’t get another one. They really questioned whether I was telling the truth and spoke with so much doubt and we’re mad at me like I’m trying to rip them off. If anything I’m the one who was ripped off bc I’ve done nothing but spend time and money on trying to care for this plant. The plant is huge and they want me to bring it back there so they can “look at it” but can’t give guarantees. So they want me to transfer it to my car and then bring it there to transfer the mites to their store and infest other plants. This place is a joke. No real customer service at all. I won’t ever buy a plant here in life again due to this interaction.

I asked for help from 3 different people. They seemed annoyed to help me. Then I needed help to my car with what I bought had to wait ask three people again that were different still told me I will get somebody will get somebody when none of them could take me out there. Need to work better on your customer service.
