Just a wonderful place. To take my 3 big dogs to. The middle age lady at the counter. I think her name is Stephanie, she loves when I bring them. He knows her stuff and the best thing is she is polite to the customers. The company needs to keep this person

The store was clean and neat. I needed help finding an item. So I asked an employee that I saw filling and order. He was friendly and helpful. He took the time to take me to what I needed and handed it to me. That was excellent customer service. The cashier was nice as well .

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The grooming department doesn't take pride in their work or your pets. Services that you are paying for, are not being rendered. It was obvious that he had not been bathed as he should've. He had an abundant amount of dandruff and the same odor as he did when I dropped him off. They cut his hair without bathing him and thought that I wouldn't notice! After questioning the groomers work, she smirked and assured that she bathed him. That was unbelievable so I asked for the manager. The manager advised that she could bathe him again, but I would have to wait until all of her other appointments were complete. After a few harsh words, she agreed to re-bathe him and this time it was obvious that he had been cleaned. This is not the first time that I have been dissatisfied with this location. I will no longer support and do not recommend.

Groomers are the worse. It literally looked like a hack job. My dogs eyes were not cleaned. Her ears are the length of the hair prior to the cut. It’s a mess. I would never go back to pet smart. First and last time I would ever let them groom my dog.

Used the grooming center, so VERY pleased. Most groomers wouldn't take Baby because she's elderly and a grump. Pictures are both from today of the same dog. She's so happy without all that extra (grimy) hair!

PetSmart Hurt my baby took him to get groomed for his birthday and he hasnt been the same since he came back ! Everybody that knows Snickers know he is a energized dog ! He has been mopping around hiding under the bed and couch he hasnt ate ... he doesn't want to go outside he shakes really bad he cries when you touch it! They even cut the hair on his tail and when i dropped him off i told them dont cut it ! Guess what they did Cut it!! and then said oh it was matted i asked well why didnt you call they sat there with a stupid look on their face! He wont be going back if you love your dog dont take him to PetSmart in crosskeys shopping center!

The smelly store manager Brayden is rude and has a nasty attitude especially when you ask him to do job. I was harassed and followed around the entire store by a prejudice associate named Jess. I reported the incident to corporate and they made me out to be the bad person. I’m STILL waiting on my $199 refund. Beware of these two when shopping at Petsmart!! Especially if you’re a person of color.

Grooming service was the worse. My appointment was at 9am. Arrived on time with my cocoa the young lady informed me that our groomer was running late. She checked cocoa in and I left. At 2pm I hadn't heard anything so I called. They then informed me that our groomer never showed up and they didn't start on cocoa until noon. Which means she was locked in a kennel for 3 hours probably not pottied nor no water. I asked why I wasn't contacted because I would have picked her up and rescheduled. She was complete until a little after 3 and it was a sad grooming job. We will never return to PetSmart grooming again. Oh and we left she drank 2 large bowls of water, like she hadn't had water all day!!

I am disabled and when I Go in to get my supplies for my 🐈 and fish they will always have some one help me with everything even loaded up the car. And the rewards are great 👍.

Well I didn't visit PetSmart but Banfield and they were pleasant and took care of my baby very well I have no complaints and also I wanted to add I called in to make appointment for my pet later in the week but they called me and made appointment for me the next day they didn't want to take any chances that my pet may get worse and I love that, I feel much better bringing him in and thank God he is okay, I will always continue to bring my baby here.

The groomers are not good. My dog looks unseasoned…she went in well seasoned if you get my drift. The cashier was bubbly with the customer before me but treated me as if I wasn’t a customer or as good of a customer if you get my drift on that. Stay away from this location for grooming I’d say is my best advice.

I love this store! I drive from Illinois to Missouri to go to this store to get my dog his prescription diabetic dog food, and I myself am disabled, so I have called Braedan, Brian, and I think his name was Demetrius(not sure about that last name) but these 3 guys and the ladies at check out have always been SO accommodating to me and went out of their way to help me get this food and the card I need for the prescription.Every. Single. Time...they are so well mannered and helpful, and believe me, that is VERY hard to find these days...I have mostly worked with Brian & Braeden when I have been there, and thus last time I went there, they were even low on help, and Braeden STILL took the time to help me and walked my 2 cases of food out to my car for me...and being disabled, this was a God send for me, and they are like this every single time I go there.Kudos to whomever is the General Manager of this Florissant,MO store, because you are doing it right!!! I don't know how many miles I drive to get to this store, but I will continue to purchase everything my dog needs or wants from this store just because of the amazing customer service they impart on their customers...like I said before, you just can't find this kind of customer service from retail stores anymore and they are doing it like no others out there...#HIGHLYRECOMMENED

They gave my sweet baby all the care and shots they were needed for her. I highly recommend going in the Morning to avoid traffic on Lindbergh, ugh but we made out without a bite or a car accident. 😂

Bought a Harness For my Pitt bull, he wasn't with me to size it up, so I got a bigger size then need so I took it back the next day, to get a small size samn harness I had to pay a extra $20 nd use my points to get the size I needed which was smaller, I'll go back but no time soon

Took my dog in for a nail grind. We have been going here almost 4 years, this time the clerk said she couldn't grind his nails because he was too upset. She just didn't want to do his nails. She said she clipped them "as best she could" but they looked worse than when I took him in! I requested a refund which I got, but this was an incident I never expected to happen and it makes me not want to go back, ever.

I nearly cried after picking up my dog that was butchered at the grooming dept in Florissant. The person that accepted my dog took pics that I had and listened to me attentively when I expressed clearly how I did not want her head, face, ears cut short. Grew out hair for Yorkie face cut. So to see all her fine hair cut uneven and choppy short making her look like a bald headed Chihuahua I was speechless. I eventually got a gift card but that means nothing. They got busy was the excuse and the person who cut her obviously had no training as you don't cut a fine hair dog that short. Never ever will I take my dog to any PetSmart. This was so traumatic
