I dropped my dog off at 2:10pm for his 2:15pm appointment. I received a text at 2:40pm stated he was ready to be picked up. He was to get a bath, haircut, nails, etc.... I then got a call saying he could not get a hair cut because he was nipping at them but was able to cut his nails. I goes to pick him up and he looks a mess and scary the way they cut his hair on his face. His nails were still long. So they lied and said they cut his nails.I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO PETCO AND WILL INFORM MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS NOT TO GO BAC AS WELL. HORRIBLE SERVICE

The groomers are always happy and cheerful when we bring our pup in. They're the only people who can trim his nails without any drama. 10/10 recommend this location.

I've been a long-time customer for years. The continuous change in and lack of management shows. The staff is wonderful and do the best they can under the circumstances. Buy more towels, allow the staff to go wash towels on the clock, unless the goal is to send your grooming customers to your competitors. Petco must do and pay better to decrease the constant turnover. I wish my groomers and check out lady the best.

Went to Petco N. County Lindbergh location last Thurs. Was 15 mins. Late. They would not take my pet for grooming said they need to reschedule. Ok no problem. They reschedule for today the next Thursday same time. Get there I'm not on the schedule. Apparently they didn't write it down. No apologies no nothing. Would not recommend to anyone. Totally unacceptable. Two ladies at the desk just like last week. Neither one was particularly busy just like last week. Customer Service horrible. Do not recommend.tel

Makayla is always welcoming and professional. My baby Copper enjoys his spa days with Makala. He is always happy to see her and her staff. When I pick him up, he is clean, cut beautifully, and smelling good...Makala is a great groomer! Me & Copper give her a 5 star review.We don't want to leave out her staff, they are also great..... Thanks for always being good to my baby....COPPER!

I have had my dog Simmons (Tsai) groomed here at the Florissant Petco 2x now.....and everytiime they absolutely SLAY my dog!!!!!!! He is super clean front to back & more importantly my buddy is not over stressed when I pick him up! I recommend them to the fullest!!! Keep up the great work!!!!!

WE WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!!!THE ONLY REASON THEY GET 1 STAR, IS BECAUSE I COULDN'T GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE 100!!This was our first time going to Petco. We chose the North Hwy 67 location.When I called and talked to set up a grooming appt for a small dog, I felt a weird "vibe" coming from the groomer, whom which I was talking to, but because we wanted to get the grooming done within a week or so, I went ahead and booked the session.When we went to drop off our dog, we were told to expect a pickup time between 2-3 hours later. However, within an hour or so, we received a call telling us they were finished with the grooming and we could pick him up.Oh Lord?!?!???To our dismay, the dog LOOKED WORSE THAN HE DID WHEN WE DROPPED HIM OFF?!!His coat looked ragged and his hair jutted wildly in ALL DIRECTIONS?!! There was no uniformed grooming to his coat and it was radically uneven. When we questioned them about the way he was looking, we were told that the groomer had just left work so they didn't know exactly what she had done to our dog?!?They really didn't seem to care about their quality of customer service!They gave us the impression that it was a Saturday eve and the groomer was hurrying thru the job, so she could leave and get ready for weekend partying/Funtime?!We now feel that we wereSCREWED out of $50+ dollars and we'd have been able to accomplish better results, had we attempted this service AT HOME!!Also, WHY WASN'T THE SERVICES RENDERED, DOCUMENTED??!They acted as though because the groomer had left, they couldn't really tell us what was done... If they had any issues or problems, etc.BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE TO US!!Now I have to try and find another grooming facility that has a bit more compassion towards our baby boy.

Been calling the Grooming Salon for over 2 weeks. Not one time have they answered the phone. If they are as negligent with their dogs as they are their customers I might as well keep letting Petsmart do the cut. They are far out but they are willing to pick up the phone.

Nikki is the only groomer I completely trust with our dogs! She does an amazing job and she shows love to them which I appreciate so much. I definitely recommend Nikki and the team at Petco in Florissant!

The young lady did a wonderful job on Porter. Also she was very patient with me, I was caught up in rush hour traffic and was late. She was very pleasant and I appreciated her for this. Porter and I will be back.

I was very disappointed with my last visit and overall ability to schedule grooming services at this location recently. My puppy is now 8 months old and has been groomed at Petco by Melissa since he was 8 or 9 weeks old. Per my invoices, he has always been identified as a short haired XS. But, for this most recent visit he was suddenly identified as a long haired SM and suddenly the cost for his grooming doubled ($62). He is and always has been a Shi Tzu Yorkie mix (Shorkie) with more Shi Tzu characteristics than Yorkie and is actually classified as a short haired puppy with a long hair undercoat. Whereas the long hair undercoat is not evident, his short hair is. Consequently, suddenly doubling the cost of his grooming is absurd. This in addition to the fact that I just recently had him groomed by another groomer in the area for the cost of a short haired puppy. In addition, scheduling of this appointment was almost impossible. There appears to be some serious staffing issues at this location and the grooming area is not always staffed. I am very upset about the cost and the fact that I can no longer schedule grooming with "his groomer" like I have in the past. Therefore I will no longer be using Petco grooming services. I need reliable professional services for my puppy and I will not pay an arm and a leg for the same services offered elsewhere at a reasonable cost and without scheduling nightmares.

I was disgusted with the pricing of the grooming. The groomer explained that they have to shave the pet so far and stop then charge extra for the rest like an add on package.

My first time using Petco has a grooming service typically I use PetSmart but as of yet they haven't opened their grooming services again was disappointed when the technician told me that she couldn't trim my dog's nails because my dog wouldn't hold still I don't understand I cut my dog's nails done at least twice a month for the past 8 months was very disappointed
