BEWARE. Their toys and collars are very cheap and not worth the money. I bought 2 cat collars $9 a piece. I didn't try them within in 30 days. They both were broken. I've been a good long-term customer. They wouldn't even give me store credit.This is not the first time I bought some that broke right away. BEWARE.

Fantastic alternative to other big box pet stores.Offers a variety of regular and premium food brands for cats. A small, but solid collection of treats. Toys are okay, as is towers and other accessories.Litter has a wide selection, as well.A very generous rewards program, definitely helps save money on a multi cat household. Frequent sales on various wet and dry foods, too.The staff have always been helpful and keen to help customers save some money.

My first time was great! This pet supply store smells so much better than others! The staff was very friendly, the store was clean and I got signed up for rewards and my first discount! Closer to me than the others too! Found my new pet supply home!

I took my dog in for a 9 am haircut at this establishment. It was her 2nd visit. I had $25 coupon. I was offered the Senior package. I inquired about the price and was told it would be $70 the same as a full grooming. I was not told that the $70 was after the coupon. I was also told she would be ready around 11. It was 1:30 before she was ready. I will not be returning.

I've been coming here for over a year now, store is always well stocked with any and everything you made need for your fur babies. Staff is always friendly and helpful! I always get coupons in the mail, on Facebook or even on the back of my Schnucks reciepts! So thankful to be a neighbor

Absolutely love this store. As far as I know the staff was always nice and respectful. Always help me with answering questions if it had to do with my dog leopard gecko or my fish.

We love going here the staff is so friendly and nice and helpful if needed. My pup Lola is very picky when it comes to eating and treats so the fact they are so close to home and she actually likes almost everything we get there is a WIN for me.

We made grooming appointments two weeks in a row. Both weeks the groomer didn't show. The second week we dropped the dog off and went home before we found out the groomer didn't show up. Needless to say they have lost our grooming business.

I support this pet supplies store over the big box stores. I’m sure the big stores do the same but when my cats refused to eat the big bag of food I had bought the took it back no questions asked, refunded my money and put it right into the bin to donate to a local animal rescue. 😍

I use to love coming here because they had better deals than PetCo, but they are starting to be too expensive for majority of the treats and the sales aren't really good ones. The staff and atmosphere is awesome but balling on a budget so might need to start seeking other places for the fur babies treats and toys.

Love shopping here. The employees are so nice. We went in early one morning and the manager offered our dog a giant treat that was damaged for free. The self service dog was is convenient and well worth the money. My pup always leaves happy and smelling AMAZING. We don't shop at other pet stores anymore. Love Pet Supplies Plus. So happy we discovered them!

My children & I went to this location looking for a Guinea pig. We fell in love with this long haired Guinea pig immediately. When the store helper was letting us view him , she noticed he had ringworm. So she stated we would have to wait for the ringworm to clear before getting him. All of us were sad we couldn’t take him home that day, but was determined to get him. I called EVERY WEEK FOR 4 WEEKS. Every time I was told he was still healing & they’d call once he was ready. I called today for them to tell me they sold him.We’ve been waiting for him for a WHOLE MONTH. Purchased a habitat for him & all! To be told now he is gone.The manager Alisha claims they called & left a msg but I didn’t receive either.All she said was sorry & that they couldn’t hold the Guinea pig. Just saying sorry doesn’t fix anything. She didn’t try to compensate or find another solution. She couldn’t even give me a name of person or day/time they supposedly called. At that point I don’t even think they tried calling me.All this time we waited & money spent for nothing. This is the closest pet store to me & after today I will drive the extra time/miles before I ever step foot in that store again to spend any money.

Love this place !! Used the self pet wash area twice now. They provide shampoos and a conditioner plus towels. You may want to bring your own since they are a little on the thinner side especially if you have a fluffier dog. Blow dryer is good. They have a wide range of supplies and fun toys for cats and dogs.

Very nice place. Convenient location with plenty of parking. Wide variety of food, toys, treats and whatever else you may need for your pets. There is even a do it yourself grooming area. The workers seemed very knowledgeable of where things were located through out the store. Their prices were reasonable as well. Definitely will shop there again.

I shop here for my fur baby, because they have the best selection of pet foods, treats, toys, & supplies!! They are like the Super Center for pets. Prices are reasonable compared to other pet supply chains. I like that they have ways for U to save on products every month through coupons & also answering questions on their website. I used to get my fur baby groomed here, but I had problems a couple of times with their services due to unorganization. My fur baby weighs close to 10lbs, if I give U my dog at 10 or 10:30 in the morning, it shouldn't take until 3:30 or 4pm to complete her & when I come in to check on her the person that was Grooming her has left to go to lunch & nobody can tell me if my dog is completed or not?? There's a problem there, that should never happen!! Pet Supplies Plus is the place to go for anything that ur pet might need......

I really love this pet store. It has a lot more variety of healthy pet food, healthy treats, and great deals.I especially love the dog self wash. The only thing that I dislike is that they recently raised their self wash price from $10 to $14. They also lowered the % of discount you get if you buy the self wash discount card. For me, the discount card is not worth.

The people who work at this location are always friendly & willing to help, without being bothersome or in your face. They are kind to customers, their pets, & do what they can to help locate, inform, & make you feel comfortable. At a time where customer service is on a decline, it's nice to know when I walk in here, I can expect it. Shout out to Paige who did a fantastic job bathing my dogs ;)

Christian the groomer was amazing! They took their time with my very nervous girl Ava and tried to make her more comfortable. Christian was so kind to her and I truly appreciate it! Ava was actually calm (not panting/shaking) when I picked her up which was so great! We'll definitely be back to see Christian!!
