Mel and Jeff have been grooming my Diamond for 6 years and they are truly aiming to please.Their family’s business aims for excellence and they display that in their workmanship!!!Bottom line the service is definitely ROYALTY and a step above the rest.. My poodle Diamond and I are always pleased.She is so pretty and well groomed each and every time. I have even tried groomers in St. Charles. Hands down their is no comparison to the ROYAL treatment received at Pet Planet!!

We have been coming here for nail trims for years. Our pups have short hair, so they don't need any specialty grooming, but every pup we have seen has been treated with kindness and attention. I love eavesdropping on the conversations the groomers have with their doggie clients. I've been recommending them to all my dog owner friends.

This place is great...excellent service and great work. They are dedicated to there work. They listen to you and your pet...they take care of your pet while they are in there care. The cut and shampoo is wonderful. My dog has been going now for the last 4 months and I love there work. I appreciate there dedication to there work.

I have a Pug, Chihuahua and a Jack Russel and they each have their own unique grooming needs and they do a perfect job with each of them. The staff is always friendly and you can just feel the love they have for the animals they groom. Ever since I found Pet Planet it is the only place I will take my dogs to get groomed.

The prices for service are more than reasonable, however, what overshadows the prices is the outstanding customer service you get from the owner and her son! It is very clear they have a passion for what they do and the customers they serve. This family has an official groomer and Pet Planet Grooming won that by a major landslide victory!

Pet plant are the best and most friendly people I have met and my dogs are like my kids and I only trust them to take care of them. My dogs love it there and they treat/ love my dogs like they where their own. I would highly recommend going there if u need ur pets taken care of.

If you want good old fashioned friendly service, then this is the place to get your pet groomed.My dog (worlds greatest Boxer) loves to visit Pet Planet, even when we don't have an official appointment, as she regards all of the groomers as her friends.I would also like to mention that pricing is very competitive.

I seldom post reviews but I just made an appointment with Pet Planet Grooming and thought I should thank them sooooo I have been going to these wonderful people pretty much from the beginning , about 13 years. The owners are wonderful caring people that treat your fur babies like their own. They have cared for my Gizmo until his passing, and I then brought them my Buddy as well as convinced my sister to bring in her Cupcake and now her Oliver. Last year without knowing it they indirectly were involved with the adoption of my Carmel so know I have two of my children in their care. If you are looking for a groomer you can not go wrong if you choose Pet Planet.

I called to make an appointment for my golden retriever (13yrs old). I told them he has bad hips and they sounded sincere about taking good card of him! We haven't had a good experience with a groomer for awhile, but he was smelling really bad so we tried pet planet. When we went to pick him up he seemed so happy and his hips didn't seem to bother him when we got home. Very happy and would definetly go back!!!

I called the day of early morning to see if they had an available appointment. She told me to bring our 5 month old Poodle/Bichon mix right away. He is still a puppy and very much all over the place. She taught me a thing or two about teaching him obedience (free of charge lol). When we picked him up, he looked so good! He is super fluffy and he just looked adorable. Thank you so much to the owner who was patient with him and for the service. We have a new pet groomer in Florissant! #Blackownedbusiness

I walk in with no appointment and they clip my puppies nails very gently and quickly. They groom him too...always satisfied great customer service and my dog likes them too, he even gets excited when I pull into the parking lot, that means a lot to me...

I was referred to this place. The workers where very nice however 2 days after they cut my dogs hair he started acting sick. He was very aggressive and wouldn't come out of his kennel. His private area was swollen, red and very irritated. I contacted Pet planet to get help on what I should do and the owner was very rude and argumentative. She informed me the dog was matted and to take him to the vet and wouldn't hear me out on all of my concerns. She was speaking over me and kept repeating herself I asked to speak with the previous person due to them being nicer and she said no she owns the place and she has the right to refuse. I would have never thought the call to see about my dog would turn into such a mess. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Had similar experience as the other guy. Picked up my dog, she was obviously very frightened. They said they couldn't groom her because she peed on herself and got aggressive. That was baloney. If she got vicious it was because they did something to scare her. Later that evening, she was acting even more strangely so we took her to the vet immediately and he said she got injured and was having seizures. She died 2 months later. She was an older dog, but the vet said that her injury probably contributed to her passing earlier than she would have. When we walked in to this groomer to pick her up everyone in the whole place stopped what they were doing and stared at us. They knew something happened to her and didn't even bother to tell us. We wound up finding out when she started having seizures later that night.
