Most of the crew here are phenomenal. I have only 4 stars because the other side of staffing has no clue how to interact with the public . Everyone is short-staffed, so I understand. The core staff members have never let me down.Parking: Next to Shell gas station. Very close to ambulance base. Safe place to meet people selling/buying things online.Kid-friendliness: No playground

Came through the drive-thru at 10:30p. Wife commented "I wonder if they closed themselves early again. Waited for 6mins for them to even take the order 2 ahead of us. Car in front of us abandoned even sitting there. Hours said dine-in and drive-thru were open til 11 but doors were locked. Finally ordered. Guy in 2nd window was having a heated convo with truck in front of us, and told them "it had been a long day". Got what we ordered and I think left around 10:50pm.Don't even bother stopping after 10pm. It's likely they aren't even going to help you, despite posted hours. Since this is about the 6th time this has happened in a row, I think a convo with the owner is in order.

Tried to time our drive all night through the storms and really needed coffee and breakfast.Pulled up 2 minutes to the 5 am opening time that was posted online and on the door. We tried to order on the app for 20 minutes then went to the drive through and the door. We could hear and see the employees laughing and playing around but doors were locked. We watched numerous cars pull up to the drive through and leave frustrated.Wasted 30 minutes of our time and sure messed up our schedule trying to punch through the storms, hail tornados down the road. Super frustrating!

Worst customer service ever received at a McDonald's anywhere!!!No associate at either drive thur windows. Parked, went in to pick up order. Associates acted totally rude and put out.Here's a tip, take care of the customer,keep your nasty attitude to yourself and won't receive reviews like this one!

Worst McDonald's I have ever been to! Staff was rude and slow. Not busy and took 9 minutes to get my food in a take out bag (when I said eat in) after I placed my own order. Can I not get a tray? The flies where insane! There was so many flies in dining area hate to see how many were in back on the food

Very unsatisfied with the service and the rude employees and managerS there in a drive-through contest today and instead of being nice they were very rude holding my food out the window, shaking it at me arguing with me whether or not kid mills can have two apples and no fries even though I’ve done it before there and they even got told by another employee that they can do that then I asked them when I picked my food up I said, are you guys worried about drive time today and they said yes were in a contest very rude and slam the door in my face. I do not recommend this McDonald’s they’re not nice people whatsoever never have been , they really need to hire other people that are nice instead of family members that are not nice the general manager there hires all of her family members to work there. It’s ridiculous and makes them supervisors. I do believe her daughter is the assistant manager, the owner of this McDonald’s franchise owner needs to look over all of her restaurants and not hire employees that hire their family members.

Clean, friendly service, and a newly renovated interior. What's not to love. It's a McDonald's, but it seems like the employees lately must have new management because they have been so friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to give you a positive interaction. The girls at the front working the register was kind, and the service was quick. I even saw someone taking orders outside because the second drive through needed repairI will say, the fact that they no longer serve salads or parfaits as a (maybe) healthier option deeply saddens me as they were a lunch favorite of mine

Need to go through another staff recruitment for the entire location. I understand when grills "go down" or the short staffing across the country. But when you're working...get your phone out of your face. Everyone has the same work ethic here. Customer Service is a joke.I know it's NOT fine dining by any means. But it's o longer fast, convenient, nor good.

Pulled up to go through the drive through, waited 6 minutes without anyone saying anything through the speaker. At least 5 other cars were waiting. Went inside to see what was going on and employees were just hanging out in the front part of the restaurant. They said “her battery was dead” then we waited another couple minutes to have our order taken. Then waited another 20 minutes for our food. Would’ve been fine having to wait had there been a busy rush or something but looked like the employees just didn’t care.
