Used the Order Online and Pick Up in store feature, much to my dismay. Checked in at the front entrance and they told me, pull down under the awning and someone will bring your order out. 10 minutes later I go in the store and ask an associate for help. They tell me that they will go look for my order. Well another 5-10 minutes go by and they inform me that they re-shelved my order and are pulling it again now (on my order email it clearly stated that I had until March 29th to pickup my order before that happened). A few more minutes go by and they finally bring out my order. Almost a half hour. I could've gone the items myself and checked out several times in that amount of time, but it's supposed to "save time". I also did all of this while entertaining a 5 year old with severe ADHD. Will not be using that scrappy online ordering service again.

I love coming to this Home Depot because the employees leave me alone! Lol Jokes aside, they're super helpful whenever I've needed help finding something. We ordered new kitchen cabinets awhile back and (we didn't realize it until later) the man helping us order them stayed late after his shift. We felt bad, but he was extremely helpful, and courteous. He even checked back with us later after they'd been delivered to be sure we recieved them in good condition, and that everything was correct! Just a couple of weeks ago, I bought a new grill there and I didn't want one that had been sitting out in the rain. So they went and got a new one from the top of one of the shelving racks with a forklift for me! I bought too many light fixtures once, and they were more than happy to help me return them without any issues. Overall, great place. They have almost everything in stock, and always make sure to look around for the clearance/returned items for sale! There's good deals to be around there!

Very disappointed in this location of Home Depot. My partner is a pro member and has spent over 1M at this company in the last year if not more for business related purchases as well as supplies for our home Reno. We go to this establishment a minimum of once a day for the last 8 years, and often make 2 separate transactions one for business one for home. As he was checking out his second transaction an employee came over and accused him of attempting to steal, which is hilarious considering he had paid for his first portion and was in the middle of scanning the second. He tried to explain this but they became very hostile and refused to re-run the footage or listen to him. He was then banned from said establishment for 3 years. This is disgusting and unacceptable behavior as we have put millions into this company and there was no evidence to lead to this idea of him stealing. Maybe get better employees who know what they’re talking about and you won’t lose some of your best customers. LOWES IS BETTER ANYWAY !!!

I was buying red, white and blue paint and preparation supplies to rejuvenate our Patriotic colored entrance trash cans at the local Amvets. Pride in America is how I felt shopping at the local The Home Depot. Great layout, friendly kind competent service and yes, joy.

Bought my third fridge from HD on Black Friday. It was delivered yesterday. Install was not completed citing the waterline shut off was not close enough to the fridge. This was not a question or subject covered by our sales person and it was assumed fine since we’ve had two previous appliances installed without issue. Called HD to get assistance and the store assistant manager was ZERO help and in fact acted bothered by our call for help. I called the help line and rescheduled the install for 12/11. So for the next ten days I have two refrigerators sitting in my kitchen. Further they refuse to move the old one because I didn’t pay for it at the POS. I didn’t know I had to but was very clear that it needed to be moved and would have been fine paying for it had I been advised I needed to. I offered to add it to the cost today so I could have it moved and they refused saying it had to be in the original order ?!? I understand things happen and things get missed. But how this was handled via HD was not acceptable. I do not recommend shopping at this store if you are not helping yourself or may have any unintended problems that may require customer service.

Home depot has everything that I needed. Got super helpful customer service from Emily. She spent extra time helping us with a large purchase of tool benches. Was super friendly. Customer service has really improved over the years.

The store was clean and well-lit. Associates act like they don't want to be bothered or that it's a huge inconvenience for you to ask them where an item is located. Twice I've been there, and both times, the service was awful. The first time, I asked the associate working in the garden department about a specific product that clearly showed "in-stock" online, yet none were showing on the shelf. Instead of assisting me, he shrugged his shoulders and said "I don't know what to tell you." I finally located the item high up on the top shelf still in the box it was shipped to the store in. Instead of assisting me when I told him I had located it, he called for someone else. He literally couldn't be bothered to step out of the air-conditioned booth he was in, even though he was THE ONLY associate assigned to that department! I won't be returning!

By far the best Big Box hardware store. Lowes is for the house wives and Menards is basically a Big Lots store. Forget about going to an independent, they won't have what you need or you won't be able to afford it. The ladies at the customer service desk are always helpful. The ProDesk check out and desk are also great. It's the best HomeDepot I've been to.

This place had the equipment I needed to rent. However you better be able to load it up yourself. When I picked up the guy who helped me had an injury and I had to help load,when I returned it a woman that wasn't strong at all was left to unload so I did It by myself.Shouldn't offer a service if you don't have the employees to actually do it. They were nice just not really physically capable.This happens alot by the way !

Was shopping around for a new patio set and umbrella on Saturday 5/20/2023,, Claudine came right to us and helped with the perfect set up and told us the great price deals of the umbrellas with the led lights and we purchased that as well. She was very sweet and called 2 boys over( wish I could remember their names) and they were great with helping load them onto a cart and load them into our truck. We were in and out fast with a great experience… very happy with both of our purchases 🤗

Went in to get a couple of things. One of the items I was looking for I was having trouble finding. I stopped one of the employees and he took me right to it. Every time I have been in this store the employees have all went above and beyond. They seem to always have what I went there to get in stock. Always a nice experience when I go in.

I had an issue trying to find a specific tape measure and got some great help from the sales associates. Unfortunately we could not find the specific tapes I was looking for, even though their system said that had about 60 in stock. I ended up speaking with Mike, who I assume was the manager, and he made me very happy with another deal! Thank you!!

Home Depot is sort of the standard to me as far as home improvement stores go. If I have the option, I always choose it for tools and supplies. Materials too for the most part but, that is more client specific and typically not my choice. It's still what I believe other stores strive to be like, and Festus is the Home store for me so it's like going to a mom and pop hardware store. We know everyone there. All the employees know my dog(and love her), and have petted her. She even loves it there.
