We left our dog there for a week while we were on vacation. I called a couple times while we were away to check on our baby. Each time I called the people were kind and gave good information about her. When we picked her up, she was happy and seemed great. Becky was so pleasant and willing to talk about her, which made us feel very good. I would highly recommend Pampered Pets!

Terrible and sad experience. Been using them for 5 years for boarding but NOT this year. Called to schedule my two dogs for a week boarding over 3 months ago. Thought that we were all set after calling the previous week to confirm. Got there on the day to board and shied away. Ultimately, the rude manager told me that my dogs were too large (one a beagle and other a puppy lab) and not even on the schedule. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. The manager was ignorant and snarky, while the workers were useless.

They have turned off review ability now on their facebook. So I will post here. My dogs have been going here for 12 years and have been told they are no longer boarding large dogs. My dogs have never caused a problem there. Unfortunately the new manager Becky has not run this place like before. Sad. My dogs were always so excited to go there. Should have known there was a significant problem when all the long term amazing employees left. Definitely disappointed!

They had my Dog for almost 5 hours and waited til I called after 4 hours to bathe him. They didn't do a good job with the nails or blow drying. They were NOT what I call efficient or wanting to take care of him in a timely manor. I will NOT be going back to them.

We have been boarding here for 12 years now they will not accept our dogs. No notice, just new policy. Only the larger dogs because someone else's dog was a large dog and caused damage, so they have banned all larger dogs. This place has been in steady decline for years but has finally hit bottom. The new manager Becky has an attitude that would be better served in a drive thru fast food window. Such a shame.

We use Pampered pets for both grooming and boarding. They have always taken great care of our Blue Heeler. He sheds alot so they do the shedex on him and everytime we pick him up he looks younger! Lol They're all very friendly and will try their best to get you in for grooming, our dog has never been burned or injured while being groomed here. Never had any issues with boarding either. Our dog doesn't mind going here as we've taken him other places and he seems to have anxiety when we walk in.

We haven't found a better place for our 2 dogs to stay when we cannot be home. I think my dogs are more excited when I show up to drop them off then when I come to pick them up. Their boarding prices are very reasonable as well.

I cant believe the negative comments I guess only negative comments are posted. I have boarded my dog there for 5 years. Recommended by several friends. Pricing has always been reasonable as well as grooming. My dog has always been well taken care of. They are frequently full with animal that are frequent flyers. Too bad all the people who board there dont write some comments. Very clean...great place!!!!!
