I'm convinced the people who wrote the good reviews are friends or doing it for favor . The ONLY redeeming quality of this location is the service was DECENT . I had to sit at the window for a few minutes before they even came but they were nice when they did . ANYTIME I go , no matter WHAT time of day , they are out of ANY special donut. I swear I asked for like 6 different donuts and after every one " I'm sorry , we're out of those " . The sandwich was too toasted and bread was hard as a rock.

I went to dunkin here on 7/2/2023 at 5:42pm. I typically enjoy dunkin, but this time I was disappointed. I ordered two drinks through the mobile app and there were two cars ahead of me. The line took over 15 minutes to get through. Normally this would be just fine because I understand being short staffed. I received my drinks and the girl was polite. However, they didn’t put any flavoring in my drinks. One was a vanilla latte so I thought my tastebuds were broken, but then I tried the caramel one and also tasted nothing after the cold foam. I attempted to call twice, not because I was mad but to let them know, but they never answered. I’ve worked in service for 5+ years and understand bad days but this was pretty bad lol. Photos as proof of time and that I did try to get flavoring.

I love Dunkin’ coffee and the staff is always very sweet! However, I did get a coffee today and when drinking it, I found a large piece of hard plastic or glass in my cup. I nearly swallowed it.

This is the worst dunkin there is. They can’t make a drink right to save their lives. I am never a rude customer to these people I just expect to get what I paid money for. When I politely ask for them to remake a drink they make wrong every single time they give me a dirty look and hand me back a customized version of the same wrong drink. This place needs some serious management help. I will never be coming here again and everyone save their money and take my advice.

I come here every now & then & when I do, it’s always an uncomfortable experience & my order is either missing something or it’s wrong in general. Today, I ordered the carrot cake muffin, when I got home, I noticed the muffin they gave me isn’t what I had ordered & when I went back to ask if they had the one I originally ordered, all that was said was “No.” & “Can I get you anything else?” So disappointing.

I just purchased donut holes through the drive through. The kid at the drive thru handled my cash money and gave me my change. And then proceeded to put my donut holes in the box with the same unwashed hands he used to handle my cash. When I called the store to speak to the manager she proceeded to gaslight me saying I didn't see what I saw.

I am an avid lover of coffee, in fact I’ve worked for Starbucks for over a year, so I know what coffee should taste like. At this location the taste is very hit or miss. Not only that, but half the time my food is either almost frozen or not complete. I just went through and ordered the Snackin’ Bacon and a Toasted White Chocolate latté and not only did I have to wait unattended at the window for over 5 minutes with no one else in line while the employees goofed off, but I only had half the pieces of bacon that I paid for, as well as having a bitter coffee. Like I said, I’ve worked in fast food, I know you need to blow off steam sometimes, believe me I’ve done my fair share, but this has been several times just while I have been attending this location.

I ordered 12 orders of mini everything bagels, making it clear that it would be 24 pieces. I take it to my daughter, at work. She looks at the bag, and instantly knows it is not big enough for the order. She checks it out and finds out that it is only half of the order, but the receipt shows that I was charged for the full order. I take them back to the store, talking to the manager and voicing my complaint. She said that her worker misunderstood. I gave her back the original order and told her I needed 24 fresh everything bagels, as the original ones would be cold. She handed me out two bags so I felt sure that everything was OK. When my daughter puts them out on a plate, at work, there are 18 everything bagels and six regular bagels. By this time I am angry. I go back to the store, again talking to the manager and voicing my complaint. She tells me that they did not have 24 everything bagels and that is why she put the six regular ones in. I told her I thought it was very bad business practice to not have informed me of that, letting me leave thinking I finally had the correct order.

The coffee was good, can't tell you anything about the chocolate donut holes, that I paid for but didn't receive, and the glazed donut holes were not bad, but obviously someone doesn't know how to count because I didn't receive 10 of them as I pd for, tried calling. Lady didn't give a receipt & can't find a # anywhere to call them. NOT happy as how do you tell one kid got yours, and the other ooooos sorry they decided you didn't need any (especially since he is special nds). NICE JOB, or NOT.

There are never many donuts here. Donuts is in the name. How do you not sell donuts all day? This location is 45 min from my house, so I go out of my way for the experience. One minute you sell Butternut donuts next minute, "not sold at this location." Plus this location. Yikes. The parking lot is a free for all.Why is there no POP or menu listing on what donuts I can order? Why when I'm listing off which variety I was trying to buy, did the lady at the box interrupt me asking me how many donuts I'm getting total. Idk...I barely know what you have. I'm never really assured what I want is what you'll have anyway.

I gave this particular location a second chance after rude service when I asked for light ice in my coffee the first visit. I was again disappointed and will not return. It’s called dunkin DONUTS yet they did not have a simple cream filled or any donuts with sprinkles. No list of the available donuts and no way to go into the store to see what is available, so I had to keep asking what types they had. I also ordered a coffee with creamer and sugar. It was cold by the time I got home to give it to my husband (less than 5 minutes). The munchkins I got were subpar and the “sugar coated” donuts barely had any sugar on them. I will stick to my local donut shop from now on.

Ordered a caramel macchiato with cold foam since their frozen drink blenders weren’t working and it was the worst coffee I’ve ever gotten. Not to mention I got a small and it was almost $6. Starbucks is better and cheaper. Super disappointed and wasted money for nothing.

40 minute wait in drive thru-My dozen of doughnuts were wrong and I am assuming it was someone else’s order but who knows because they were already out of half of their stock. Very disappointing doughnuts- watered down chocolate topping on the doughnuts running down off the sides, could see thru chocolate layer / watered down glaze on the doughnuts- it was bad. I’ve worked in the baking and doughnut industry and know when corners were cut or someone just awfully bad at their job. I ordered a coffee as well. After ordering, waiting to pull forward and then receive my wrong dozen order- they told me they were out of coffee and had to brew some. Which I still don’t understand why they waited to brew coffee until I got up to the window, before 10am - which I would still consider coffee brewing times. They asked me to pull forward and wait for the coffee and they would bring it to me- another 8 minute wait.This trip wasn’t worth it in the least- not only that, there isn’t even a phone number listed to talk to anyone or to even make this right.Don’t bother going there until the craze dies down some and they start getting orders done correctly- you’re better going down to QT and grabbing a doughnut there

This place literally opened yesterday, so it’s to be expected that they are not gonna be the greatest.I was a little bit frustrated with how long it took to get through the drive-through, I noticed the person running the drive-through seemed a bit new. It took them a good minute or two just get my order up on the screen.But I’m very excited to have this place in town!Keep up the good work guys!

Their donut variety is apparently pretty small and when I ordered lemon filled donuts (VERY CLEARLY AVAILABLE ON THEIR MENU), the lady said we don't do lemon filled donuts here so I settled on "jelly filled" donuts per her suggestion. I got the jelly filled donuts home, pulled them out of the bag and would you believe it, there was only a VERY SMALL smear of jelly outside the donuts near the fill hole and there was NOT a speck of jelly inside the donuts. How pathetic is that? I won't be back here. I should have taken pictures to post.

The donuts aren't any better than Walmart and the coffee is so so. What really makes this place just okay is the fact it's drive thru only. Waiting in line for almost 20 minutes for a few donuts is ridiculous and the walk up window sometimes takes 5 minutes before anyone even comes over to take your order. Should have been a full size dunkin'. Save yourself the time and money, go to Walmart for your donuts and you can get better coffee for the same price and wait time at Starbucks.

When they first opened, the service was great! Friendly employees who got you thru the line quickly with the CORRECT order. Now, the new employees make the order wrong every time. It's so frustrating. Please DD, train your employees. Hire people who pay attention to what they're doing.

They always mess up my order when I come through. accidentally made me pay for the person behind me instead of my order then refused to give me my money back. I also had to Pay for my order after them making me pay for the person behind me. Always has the right type of coffee sticker on the cup but never makes the right one. I asked for a Pumpkin spiced latte and they gave me a caramel latte instead.

I don't like to leave reviews like this but from the messed up mobile orders to unfriendly customer service, I think I might have to go elsewhere. Also, the coffee has been tasting very off the last few times I've ordered.
