Go to the one in schnucks!! Not the one separate over by Marshall’s. I think some people are leaving reviews about that one or they’ve revamped their staff. I went to the stand alone by Marshall’s and it was the crappiest most unprofessional place. I had to get my son’s script which THEIR system told me was ready. Went to get it, pharmacist said the stock just came in he’d have it ready in 30 min and the automated system isn’t his problem with a condescending attitude after I asked why their system would say it’s ready. I wasn’t feeling well so went back the next day where the NEXT rude person told me she didn’t know what I was talking about and they didn’t have it. I said great can you find it? She sighed, went and looked and then came back to tell me they had shuffled it off to the one in schnucks. The one there wasn’t the original pharmacy THEY were. All you have to say is “hey we didn’t have it in stock we sent it to the other pharmacy sorry for the confusion”. Cool problem solved. But no they wanted to be rude as hell and act inconvenienced. And mind you they weren’t busy they were all on their phones. So off I trek to the other pharmacy. I get their expecting the same treatment and it was the total opposite. The young man I spoke to was very kind, very helpful, took the time to answer my questions, and even went to find out why the system said it was ready when it wasn’t. It was a great experience and I’ve had no issues since. I’ll always use the one in schnucks. It’s a sight better than when I lived in IL and used that one and definitely better than the stand alone over by Marshall’s. If you’re burnt out with your job find another one, but don’t be rude to people. I understand every customer is not kind or understanding but don’t shuffle that same energy out to everyone else

The person taking my information over the phone couldn't answer my specific questions and was very nonchalant. We got disconnected. I don't think it was anyone's fault. So when I called back, I asked for the pharmacist.she was incredibly rude then she blamed me for hanging up on the receptionist. She was extremely condescending. Then, she hung up on me!! LOL I have no words. the misinformation, gaslighting and hypocrisy of it all. I do not have the time to search for whatever oz of professionalism she may have left. I could not bring myself to treat someone the way that she treated me.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I would have to be dying before I ever chose to use a CVS pharmacy again. You make an appointment for a specific time you show up five minutes early and after sitting for 30 minutes, they tell you sorry, we’re busy today it’s gonna be longer. I would recommend using a small local pharmacy instead of a big box pharmacy any day of the week.

I switched to the CVS at Schnucks because they make refilling meds a lot less hectic than the local CVS store and they are willing to help without acting like it's a problem.

I have been extremely satisfied since I have changed to CVS for my prescription needs. They are much better than that other big box--Walgreens!~!

Poor service, meds not ready when they said they would be, and also not after they said it would be a few more minutes. This was for two prefilled bottles - no pill counting required. Bad attitudes also. I will be going elsewhere.

Very friendly pharmacy staff and didn't give me any hassle in getting my script. The only complaint is it's inside the grocery store so you have to walk right into the middle of the store to get there. Other than that very good 👍Wish they had a drive thru.

Hey pharmacy lady .... You need to refill your anti-rude meds. Unprofessional as they come. If you can't be nice, get out of a field that requires human interaction. Attitude is felt by all who are are around you .. your aggravation over absolutely nothing made me feel sick and I felt sorry for your coworkers. Have a nice day😊

They don’t tell you they are out of your prescription unless you call yourself to find out. Then they told me my prescription was being sent to the other CVS to be filled because they had it in stock and they never sent it.

I am extremely satisfied with Schnucks as my overall shopping store. But if they can't get this debit card situation under control; I'll have no problem going elsewhere.

This CVS pharmacy at Festus needs to be closed. They are very unorganized and unprofessional and the employees are very rude. Their response to not having prescriptions ready and taking over a week to fill is that they are running a week behind. Running a week behind and letting people's medication run out is not acceptable, this is eventually going to kill someone.

Should be less than 1 star. No one ever answered the phone I was on hold 45 minutes. I then tried to check on the status of one I was trying to call in ‘voice’ said it had already been picked up. Worst service I have ever had ANYWHERE.

Phone service sucks, got recording,, then once you pick the department your on hold for 5 minutes with a recording that tells you how important you are and to keep holding, then you get a person who says they will transfer you to the department, on the phone for 7 minutes to ask a human a question, my time is valuable maybe not to Schnucks,

Antibiotics are free but all other prescriptions have been very expensive here. Always shop around for your medications.
