I take my cat here for her hair cuts. The staff is always so friendly and they are fast. It’s also fairly cheap. I highly recommend this place especially for cats!! :)

Happy experience for us! They always squeeze my french bulldog in on the schedule. They trim and bathe her very well and I love the little bandanna they put on her. They are excited to see her when I drop her off and all so nice to me.

Happy Pets does a great job grooming my pups. They are always happy to see me and my dogs and work with me on times I can bring them in since I have a few. They are very professional and friendly and I always trust leaving my dogs in their care. Thanks especially to Holly who makes sure my doodles always look super handsome!

I’ve been taking my goldendoodle here for almost a year now and they always have done such a great job! I love that I get the same groomer every time, she is so nice! Our dog Ila absolutely loves seeing her every time! Very well priced for the amazing job they do in my opinion! She also always smells good for like a month after! I recommend every dog owner to come here if they ever need a groomer! Always a 10/10 experience!

Terrible Experience I choose this dog groomer because of the reviews BIG MISTAKE. My pets had an appointment @10am for a bath ,nail clip and cut for a small dog and a bath and nail trim for a med dog. After about 4 .5 hours my husband called them several times without an answer he drove 25 minutes to the groomer. Once he arrived and ask what was going on they stated oh we have many pets to do and it will be another 30 minutes.Well we had an appointment our pets sat there for 6 hours.Are pets our children and I will not let them be treated like this .We will never use them again 1st and last visit. The cut wasn't special at all her face wasn't done correctly. I wish I could of picked them up because I wouldn't of paid for this awful non-service. I give NO * After further inspection of my dog was cut in serval places ,my dog is in so much pain and will not eat. The owner Traci DE Clue was very unsympathetic and down right rude defender herself . If you want a Happy Pet don't take your there.

I been going for years with my dogs to get groomed Tracy is who I have groom my yorkies but all the girls are good and all of them are pleasant I would recommend them for your pets

We will not be going back. I specifically asked them Not to cut our havenese dog’s coat short. There were mats on her legs which I told them about. There were very few on her back. I asked them Not to trim her ears, but they did. They practically shaved her whole body. The information has to be relayed from the receptionist. We never talk to the groomer directly, although the groomer was 10 feet away when we were talking.

UPDATE: We FINALLY got what we asked for and everything was taken care of, we will stick with Happy Pets for our grooming needs.Sadly we will not be returning. We have used a different groomer for about two years but they are almost 25 minutes away from us so we thought we’d give Happy Pets a try since my parents bring their dog here with no problems and they are quite a bit closer. Unfortunately, we gave them two tries and were very disappointed both times! I specifically asked for a certain groomer and was given one they decided on, not the one I asked for. I just assumed when they gave me appointment times it was with the groomer I asked for. And then the cut was not what I asked for either. Both of my dogs back ends were shaved and looked like a corgi’s butts! They are Golden’s and I asked for them to keep their hair long and for them to just TRIM the back and it was shaved....AGAIN! I even called after I left to remind the groomer and was told they would relay the information, it was clearly not relayed. Also, both times I’ve gone they call me to tell me that my boys will be ready and that they will close 15 minutes after they will be ready making me feel like I need to drop everything and rush to go get them. I just hate having to pay all of that money and not get what I ask for.

I brought my two dogs (1 is around 80 lbs and the other around 65 lbs) in during the Corona Pandemic (once the state opened back up) and this place was really amazing! They had no contact pick-up and drop-off and all members were wearing a mask. The staff was really friendly and professional. The prices were comparable to other groomers I have been to. My dogs were so clean and smelled so good! They even let me know that one of my dogs was starting to get an ear infection so that I would know and be able to keep it from getting bad! I will definitely be bringing my pups back in!!

Because of COVID-19, I had to wait a couple weeks to get my dog in, and it took 5 hours to get him groomed. But because of the times right now, and everyone doing the best they can with the precautions they are required to follow, this is expected. Be patient with company’s right now everyone, things are taking a little longer than usual everywhere. I did not mind waiting on my appointment nor the time it took to groom him because I know times are difficult. And the wait was worth it! Jenna was beyond helpful and pleasant! Very personable and compassionate. She made sure to tell me how good my dog I just adopted was! Which as a puppy mommy, feels really good! Nicole did an amazing job grooming him! He had lots of mats in his hair, the Humane Society did not groom him for the months he was there. Nicole made him look like a brand new puppy & he looks so much happier! As I was driving away, I noticed the calac in my dogs hair was bothering me a little bit and asked if I could come back to get it trimmed just a little shorter, and they were more than accommodating and I didn’t not feel like a bother at all! I highly recommend using this groomer. Wonderful staff, and extremely reasonable prices!!! Be patient during the times right now everyone, we all are doing our best, but Nicole and Jenna are worth the wait!

Will not be returning. We have taken our dog there for 1 year, sometimes very happy with results, other times not as much. Today I asked to have 1” trimmed from our dogs hair. Instead, 3” were cut off leaving little more than 1/2” of hair over her entire body. I had brushed her the day before so was aware of a few mats. I feel this could have been handled better if the groomer had called and discussed options with me. When I asked why the mats weren’t just trimmed out the response I got was, ‘did you want me to cut the back legs short and leave the rest of her hair long?’ I didn’t appreciate the sarcasm. The groomer did say she was sorry for my dissatisfaction. The person that comes out to get your pet and the one you give instructions to is usually not the groomer. Again, I feel that this situation could have been handled better or avoided with better communication.

These groomers seriously know what they're doing. They're extremely nice, professional, and have the best prices in town. They're extremely patient and gentle with tougher situations- I watched them do nails for the most stressed out little dog I've ever seen and they did such a great job holding him still and not hurting him while still making sure his nails were taken care of.I took my dog to Holly and she made Remi look amazing and always seemed to know exactly what I wanted. Remi was a nervous dog and Holly was super patient with her. Now I just have two cats, but I still take both of them here to get bathed, brushed, nails, and sometimes a cut for my super fluffy one. Tracey is super good with them and and they always come away looking great (and the fluffy one always feels super special when he gets his lion cut- he thinks he's a movie star or something).I love that they require proof of vaccinations, so I know my animals are safe when they're there. They're very up front about their policies and keep us customers informed on any changes. They're also really active in the community and do events around town, including fundraising for local shelters, coat drives, and pet food drives.Bottom line: I cannot recommend them enough. These people love animals and it shows.

First time here with an elderly mini. Couldn't be happier with the grooming. Holly did an excellent job! You can tell they care about their clients, human and furry. The shop is very clean, everyone is very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend Happy Pets! I will be back!

I had high expectations for this pet spa. I saw good reviews online, so I hoped they would do a good job. I just adopted a cat from a local shelter and she desperately needed a bath and a cut. The cut they gave her was great, but I don't' think they bathed her like they said they did; she still had feces on her butt. When I called to let them know, they insisted they got it all off, but they clearly did not. I should have inspected her more closely when I picked her up; they gave her back in her carrier.I paid $48 and tipped $7 and went home with a dirty cat. I canceled my next appointment as no help was offered to correct the mistake. I am going to have to find another groomer, one who actually gives me back a clean animal.

I have a senior dog who is pretty skittish around people and other dogs. When I called to schedule an appointment to have my girl's nails trimmed, not only were they able to get us in that same day, but they had me bring her right as they were closing, so that all other animals would already be gone. Very accommodating and friendly ladies!

This review is a year late but I can't get what happened out of my head and the fact that I paid for it when I should have refused. They accepted my Pomeranian clearly not knowing how to groom a Pom and shaved my dog when I asked for his hair to be trimmed. My fault for not asking if they knew how but shame on them for accepting him when they did not know how to groom him properly. Now my Pom has patchy hair and it does not grow longer than an inch or two on his back. Just check that they know how to groom your breed.

Made appointment with specific groomer for my goldendoodle. Was called the day before my appointment saying a groomer had quit & needed to reschedule. I told them I had a specific groomer that I requested. HPG said my doodle was scheduled with a new groomer. I wouldn't trust them with my fur baby! They're deceptive!

My dog sat in crate for hours due to groomer late for work. My pup was cut on leg and the groomer cut hair uneven.I received three different prices from three different employees.Seems they are very unorganized as to phone calls, who’s grooming who and each price quote was different.Extremely dissatisfied.

Well I don't know how you treat animals but the gal in Walmart w your shirt on w the name Amber' on it treated her 2 small children so poorly, I would never take my animals here. Both the cashier and I were shocked to hear her screaming at her girls when she was the one bumping the cart w the cake in it.
