Fairly new location. Excellent curb appeal! Stopped to fuel our semi. Good diesel. Parking lot clean. Polite cashiers. Organized clean store, well stocked shelves. Clean spacious bathroom with manual faucets, auto soap, and paper towels. Taco Bell inside with fast service and fresh food.

Really nice selection of snacks and drinks here! The newer Pilot truck stops are very nice. Clean, spacious bathrooms make this a very pleasant place to stop. They have a Taco Bell attached and plenty of seating to take a break.

Not a bad place, but why do you always have to wait half an hour for a shower???. I don't understand Pilot executives. Moreover, there was no queue at all when I reserved a shower. I was informed that I was next. Gorgeous new shower rooms, but what is someone else's hair doing in there? One gets the impression that it is likely to get some kind of infection.

This is how stupid pilots are they let them bring a generator in after the power was back on .. I talked to the power company an they said everything was full power .. power has been on for 30 min an still not open up ..

I arrived on a Friday night to find a fairly new Pilot truck stop with a spot to park. The store and restaurant bathroom were clean and inviting. 5:00 am I go in to shower and find out this is a towel change only no cleaning truck stop. The floor was not swept toenails behind the door ect. Toothpaste hair and shavings in sink and on counter. The A/C vent was black and fuzzyThe fan above the sink needed to be cleaned. It's sad to see a newer truck stop this way

Parked in what should have been a whole row of parking with a whole row of trucks there. At the perfect time to make sure no parking could be found anywhere else, they kicked us out. I'm so mad that I fueled here!Also everything inside is self checkout and it's an absolute nightmare. If you try to wait for a cashier, they walk you over to self checkout and ring you up themselves. I passed on the purchase and I will never stop here again.

They changed the oil, it seemed a little more expensive than usual, after talking with the manager, he was very kind. Gave free wipers. Nice to have such service, we will definitely be back. All staff were friendly👍

I was there a couple weeks ago when they had a man come to the store with a gun and his companion came in scared to report he was sure he was going to do something, the man with the gun stayed in the car. Your pilot manager did nothing for our safety (the customers in the store) she just continued to stock cans of pop. Didn't lock the doors so he couldn't come inside. But one of the workers a very tall man took over called the sheriff and had the know all to usher the one man to the back. Kept the men apart.All the while the manager did nothing. When sheriff's arrived they arrested both men and unloaded multiple bags ofwhat looked like bags of guns from the car. Yoy need to seriously look at what you hire for managers she didn't have a clue as to what to do.I stopped back in a week later to thank the worker to tell him I felt safe that he was working that day and found he no longer worked there what a joke. I will take my business elsewhere as you definitely don't know how to run a business as to which employees to keep. And will tell all my fellow kc travelers to travel a little further to trex

Wouldn’t normally post a review for a “gas station” but this is no normal gas station. Beautiful, clean rest stop with awesome amenities and options! Including self check outs, big clean restrooms and lighting on the shelf’s which is just fun! Way to make something necessary i stop something fun and interesting!!! 👍👍👍

Ok, so I stayed at this pilot because of Thanksgiving Wednesday night through Monday morning and on this night November 26th at midnight went into the men's restroom and was absolutely shocked because all the other nights these restrooms were pristine. But tonight, November 26th at midnight they are absolutely disgusting. No paper. Dirty filthy soiled toilets trash all over mirrors filthy and I was shocked. I guess they have the worst workers at night on this night. Very shocked. Don't let that stop you from coming here. But please pilot officials talk to these workers that worked on this night and tell them they need to do better a lot better. So ashamed. And I did not want to add photos because this is not like this store to be in that condition

Pumps Will not take a phone number. Will have to contact support witch takes days. Showers are 17 bucks witch is expensive after just spending 800 bucks on disel

Lady who works there wants me to use the self ringer . I told her I don't want you use that thing. She insisted . So I left 6 teas on the counter and went to the love's and got them and the three cartons of cigarettes I needed

A brand new store that is already basically trashed. Summer time and 3 pumps are down. No toilet paper in the mens room so you better check for that before you sit down in the stall. Water for the showers are not hot enough. The staff either don’t know how to work their terminals at the front desk or they just don’t know how to use them. Probably combination of both. Taco Bell people are clueless. They say their systems don’t work and have to close early every night. Truly a pathetic excuse for a business. Do yourself and your family a huge favor and avoid these corporate run stops at all cost. The picture I am posting was taken at 9pm on a Monday night for this Taco Bell. The employees either went on strike or they quit cause they are sitting outside smoking. 2nd pic is just one of the empty stalls with no toilet paper. They couldn’t even print my reserved parking ticket after they rebooted the computer 2 times while I waited. Absolutely pathetic.

Updated store but needs to be cleaned…. Bathrooms was ok… drink area dirty… floors need to be cleaned… no soap in buckets to wash windows off… and closed pumps who knows

The Pilot seems nice and clean. I'm here for Taco Bell. The wait time for food is ridiculous. Not sure if I would recommend this place for that reason.

5 stars!! Customer Service at Taco Bell and Pilot was by far off the charts! No other Pilot has customer service like this one. The guys at Taco Bell went above and beyond. Will always make this my place to stop

Great variety but the taco bell attached is always closed. And there is not a ton of coffee variety options. When I visited they had just updated their self check out, they had 2 employees working and neither made an effort to say hello or help me out. They were more interested in what they did during the day than the customers.

The nicest pilot I’ve been to! Super nice, big and clean. The staff at both Taco Bell and the register at pilot were super friendly and sweet! Don’t pass this one up on your route if you’re a trucker because you’ll love it. Lots of good stuff in there. I regret not taking a pic but I will next time.

Southern Tire Mart at Pilot. in Faucett, MOWe blew a tire on our camper on our way home. We couldnt find anyone to help us except them. Will (Admin Mgr.), Rashad (Tire Tech), Geronimo and Ted (Mechanics) were absolutely wonderful and worked hard to help us and got us back on the road!

Today's September 4th 2023 Labor day I was told all the parking near the fuel pumps will be paid only in the near future they're already marking the pavement for reserve. There is free parking behind a tire shop.

Clean, well stocked most what you might need for the road and pleasant atmosphere. The Pilot Company #1in the business. Parking lot is half way clean only reason for 1 star. Inside floor is disgusting, bathroom was really bad, no paper towels at 0600 and stuff all over the floor. 3 fuel pumps blocked cause they allow ppl to park wherever even blocking the quick exit after fueling...making you drive all the way around the parking lot. This place should never be allowed...missing Farris...sad this is what's left. Disappointing honestly...pilot do better!

I live right down the street needed ice. Thought I run to pilot well there were 5 employees behind the counter and instead of running in and out I had to wait in line cause the only registers open were the self serve. I heard an employee ask if they needed to open the drawer and they said no. The manager had it closed all day they said. I should not have had to wait 5 minutes just for ice. From now on I will drive the 5 miles to Trex.

I’m a truck driver. It’s 145 pm now and the restrooms were so clean, I had to review while still in it! Lol. Nice job and the Taco Bell was on point too. They could have used another hand on deck, but it was still straight. It’s 2022, everyone is short handed. I don’t usually review, I am just that impressed with how clean the restroom is. Great job to the staff.
