I was email scared saying I had 20.00 reward pt to use. Got to store said I had no points call Corp I did .Corp rude very rude. Said th we number I had points on no exist but in store it did. Then said my other number had 25 cents reward pts which in store.neighter number had ptsI will never recommend Walgreens again can't even keep stories straight store vs corp......

I want to be clear from the get go that I don't blame the individual workers at Walgreens for the way their pharmacy has fallen apart over the past few years. They've been struggling with staffing issues for a long time and corporate clearly refuses to take better care of their employees.That being said, I don't know what day that hasn't been mentioned by others. The wait times are completely unacceptable. I feel like it's a revolving door and half the people that are there are unable to answer questions customers might have. The way they've slashed their hours, while necessary, has only exasperated the issue people were already dealing with regarding wait times. They're not even open at all on Sundays anymore. It's a shame what the powers that be have done to this pharmacy because it used to be so easy and so convenient.At this point, I highly recommend you switch your prescriptions to another place altogether. It should be fairly quick and easy. Your doc can probably assist you if you don't know what to do. I'd rather just see this Walgreens location close altogether at this point, honestly.

Went to pickup my prescription today and the pharmacist was there alone. He was working so hard. I believe his name was Blake. Thank you for being so helpful today! You are truly a wonderful person.

This pharmacy is absolutely horrible. You will wait in line for an hour minimum, and you will deal with rude staff. Not to mention, they will tell you that your prescription is ready even though it is not. I have sat at the drive thru window several times waiting for 30 minutes before I’m even talked to.

My wife and I really enjoy getting our prescriptions here. ⭐️ No long lines, just friendly service like it should be. It’s a scaled down store, just medicine.👍 Their hours are convenient enough for me, even though it’s not 24/7. 👍They are closed on Sunday. One reviewer said he sat for 20 minutes or so, in the drive, on a Sunday. I guess he did.🤣🤣🤣⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars 👍👍👍👍👍

AWFUL!!! Staff is extremely rude. Not helpful at all. I tried to express I wanted to get it worked out and I was getting frustrated at the situation. And she said “that’s fine, I ain’t afraid to be mean back”

The absolute worst customer service I have ever dealt with. The staff are very rude, and dismissive of customers, the place is grossly disorganized and poorly ran. If you have literally ANY other options that to go to this place save yourself the headache and take it. Don't think, "Oh, it can't be as bad as everyone says," like I did, and take your chances here. You will regret it, I assure you.

I saw an ad saying the pharmacy was 30 min turn around. I dropped off a prescription on Saturday and Sunday came to pick it up. I was completely mind blown I had to sit in the drive through for an hour and a half waiting to pick up. Even once I was at the window I still sat there for 20 mins waiting to be seen, I will continue to use Walmart after this experience.

False notifications!!!! They'll say scripts are ready for pickup, then when you go they say it'll be another day. NOT RECOMMEND for reliable care!!!!

This Walgreens is terrible. The employee working the drive thru is rude. CVS is a better option.
