UPDATE: I spoke with a guy who was very polite. He told me don’t worry about the expired bag and they’re giving me another one. Great customer service at the Farmington store!Check the expiration dates on your dog food. Bought Blue Buffalo last night & it’s expired. $80 for expired dog food. Calling the store at 8 and hoping they’ll make it right.

Was in there today and my wife paid for a pair of boots and cowboy hat online. They handed me a ripped up box with the wrong size boots and no hat. They did refund us for the boots but refused to refund us for the hat even though we had proof they charged us for the hat. The staff was about as unhelpful as unhelpful could be and I'll never shop as this store again. Talking to these people was like speaking to a brick wall and they just blame everything on corperate.

We love shopping at Tractor Supply. They are usually very helpful. They have decent deals at times. Their Blue Mountain jeans are of exceptional quality. I have bought other cheaper jeans from other farm stores and they rip or fall apart quickly. These feel like they're made the way clothing used to be made.If we could do all of our shopping at Tractor Supply we would.

Employees are always very friendly and helpful. The reason for three stars is the fact they are always out of stock in at least two items every time I go. This means I have to make another stop to get what I want. It's not the same items each time so that makes it even more frustrating. I just tried to place an order for 5 items and 3 are out of stock. I understand everyone is going through shortages but this has been happening for a couple years. I also know they don't get to order their own supplies and things are auto shipped. This process is EXTREMELY broken.The only reason I continue to shop here is because of the friendly employees. My partner and I would rate Tractor Supply a 1 if not for the employees.

The people here are fantastic! They are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and remember who you are. Some of the staff remember what type of animals you have and automatically make sure you have what you need. The business is also dog friendly and even when you don't have your dog, they take the time to ask how they're doing. We use their 4Health brand of cat and dog food (by Diamond) and have found the price and quality impossible to beat. I highly recommend it.

This was my first visit into TSC. We just recently got a puppy and I was referred there to pick up her puppy shots. I'm new to owning a puppy so I was nervous and definitely unfamiliar with what I needed to get. As soon I walked in the door I was greeted by a cashier named Randi. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She educated me on how to administer the vaccination and really helped me feel more confident about it. She also gave me a brochure about vet services offered at TSC and all of the available dates and options. After she was done ringing me up she pointed out to me how bad it started raining and told me to have a safe trip home. Keep up the good work Randi, your customer service skills are excellent. You definitely gained a lifelong customer. I look forward to future visits and hope the rest of the staff is just as pleasant, although Randi set the bar pretty high. Someone give this girl a much deserved raise 💯💯💯

I like Tractor Supply Industries a whole lotThe items are great and the floors are covered with much merchandise that is always available for sale to the consumerThe restrooms are comfortable and clean and have adequate stocks of suppliesI shop there every month for the specials for my Big Pigs and Chicks that I am raising for my daughters next birthday party at the ranch
