1:45 pm Easter Sunday, I walk in and ask the barista at the counter about how much caffeine is in one of their drinks. She was extremely rude, would not tell me the answer, refused to ask the other baristas if they knew, and so on. I ended up walking out without even ordering because of how horrible her attitude was. This is my first bad review I have ever written and hopefully will be my last. Do not come here if you want to be treated with respect and courtesy.

I stopped by on a Friday noone inside person at the end of the counter sees me come in asks my name I told her I hadn't ordered yet she tells me I have to go down to the register area and order which I knew this already then I go there there was 4 more employees not a 1 acted as they saw me to take my order even though they would look right at me so after standing there for 20 minutes being ignored I had to leave because I had a drs appointment and told them straight out how bad the customer service was being and all I got was 1 saying by have a nice day and I think it was the same one that spoke to me as I came in the door

I really like their spinach wraps. I usually get a caramel macchiato with an extra shot or I might get a Java chip frappuccino with pumps of peppermint. I used to like getting their cookies and brownies but the prices are just hilarious on those right now.This time was different I actually got a vanilla frappe because I knew my wife might want a sip or two and she doesn't like coffee.

I love Starbucks. Just wish they weren’t so slow. Sometimes it takes 20 - 30 mins to get my order.

Poor. The quality has gone Hill sadly especially in the last month. The psl had little to no pumpkin and the London fog I got was steamed oat milk with no tea bags. :( this is very disappointing honestly because scooters is further way but honestly it might be worth the drive for the cost of Starbucks with such poor quality.

Placed 2 online orders, 1 came out, 1 still wasn't ready 25 minutes later and we had to leave. Called and talked to the shift leader whose response was "we make drinks in the order they come in" even though we watched car after car come into drive through place an order and leave with their order. Her resolution was to tell me to have a nice day when I told her I didn't understand how there could be a 25 minutes delay in an order. Awful experience, very unprofessional staff.

Coffee is generally good but service often leaves a lot to be desired. Employees are usually talking and you may or may not get what you ordered. Sometimes it's not hot enough. Sandwiches are frozen and heated when ordered so not fresh. Ambiance inside is more like a cafeteria.

Everyone on the crew at the Farmington store has been great when I've interacted with them, and today was much the same. I typically use the app to make my order and then walk in to pick it up (the drive-thru line is almost always waaaaaay too long to be my choice!). Today (Monday evening) was REALLY busy, but the crew members ask seemed in great mood as they hustled around. They were MOVING ! It's a good store and a good crew! Drive-thru line was quick today!

Didn't really get a very welcome vibe.The cashier and another worker were too busy carrying ona. Conversation.They had two online orders before my order and the drive thru was pretty dead .It took them forever it seemed to make my drink.And I ordered a warmed up chocolate croissant, and they kept it behind the desk until they made my drink so by the time I got it.... It was cold again.But it could have been a better experience for this day, bc I actually went in and sat in and had my coffee and pastry and it was just not a warm visit .

It’s always hit or miss with my drinks. I order the same thing every time, every where I go, and never have issues anywhere else, but this time was different. I went into the store after my drink wasn’t made to according to Starbucks recipe standards but also spending nearly $8 to be missing 2 ingredients. So she proceeded to take my drink back behind the counter after I have already drank out of it and added what was missing and gave it back to me but was also telling me that they’ll get in trouble for adding whipped cream on a non dairy drink, all while fixing the drink that was handed to me through the drive thru window. People do things that won’t make sense to you but it’ll make sense to them because like myself, I only order almond milk because I love the flavor that it adds to the coffee, not because it’s non dairy. But that’s why you’re always supposed ask the customer while they’re at the drive thru screen, because it’s still part of the drink regardless. I honestly wouldn’t be writing this review had I not been approached so aggressively when I walked into the store but then to be condescendingly educated by the barista on what they’re rules are while taking my drink back behind the counter and adding what was missing. I appreciate my drink being made right, I just didn’t appreciate the treatment I received when I went in to have it fixed.

Friendly staff, quick service. I use mobile app for ordering. I usually order Carmel Frap and it might just be me, but it tastes different when ordered from here. It's more like drinking ice and no carmel flavor. The staff is always so nice and service is quick. I recommend!

Placed a mobile order when I was about 20 minutes away. I waited another 20 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready. Which is fine. I understand that things can get busy. My only suggestion is maybe don't make the food first if the drink isn't going to be ready for that long after. Wasn't too thrilled to eat a cold hard breakfast sandwich.
