Great selection, great prices, and their baby chicks always seem much healthier than the selection at other large farm stores in the area. Staff are super helpful and friendly. I just got some Jersey Giants from them who are doing great.

Home away from home. Competitive price, but love the small town atmosphere. I'm diabetic and my sugar plummeted. I can't remember the name of the worker, but she didn't hesitate one step and made sure I was ok. My sugar has dropped before in other places and this is the 4st place that actually jumped in and helped and they will always be my go to for everything

Rural King is always good, but the Farmington, Missouri store is so slow when checking out. Like everything else these days, prices continue to go up thanks to Bidenomics/Bidenflation. Hire some more help!!!

Stopped on the road to purchase bungies for my bike carrier. Nice place, free popcorn bar, which was a nice surprise. Well staffed and a fun perusal. Like a farm n fleet.. very friendly staff and service. Nice place. It had exactly what I needed when I needed it.

Had a blast here. This is like three of the stores we have rolled up into one. Prices for the most part were fairly comparable but there was several items that were definitely a better deal than I could get back home

Great prices and friendly service! They have anything you could be looking for if you're interested in the outdoors, farming/homesteading or have animals. You can spend hours looking at the wide variety of items they have. I always love going here!

The Farmington location is quite dirty and unorganized. Bathrooms were downright discusting. Lots of items out of stock on the shelf, but still in bulk packaging on top shelf. We were there at 2pm on a Friday so not peak hours by any means.This isn't part location specific: If you see something listed on sale online and you purchase in store be sure the discount is credited, an item we purchased was not. I noticed before we left the store and customer service was quick to fix it.

I was made fun of due to my disability at the checkout. I will try and do my shopping elsewhere as I felt unwelcomed at this Rural King. Probably just a bad employee... But cashier 104831 definitely need to be spoken to about how to treat guests of the store.

I would not recommend buying a gun on line from these guys. This is my problem. I bought a shotgun at the beginning of the year. It would not go together due to a manufacture problem. I gave it back to RK on 1/2/24 for the repair. For 3 weeks I called RK trying to find out the status of the gun and they told me that it was sent off but have heard nothing on it. They told me that the manufacture wouldn't give them any info on it. I decided to call the manufacture and found out that RK still has the gun. What!! Yes they still have the gun. They have a problem with giving my money back because of there policy. So now I have no money and no gun because someone is unaware of how to fix this. I know you like that gun on line but "Don't do it"I will let you know how this turns out!!

This is a great store, everything you need under one roof whether you live on a farm or in town, it's quite an attraction also (I spent a couple hours in there myself).

I like this store, this trip I only needed rv antifreeze, they had it for half the price of Walmart it was $1.99 at rural King and $3.87 at Walmart per gallon.

We got there at 9:01 they close at 9:00pm The staff actually let us in and were able to purchase some cow feed and 2 bags of corn, chainsaw bar, batteries And 30 T-post. You wouldn’t find a farm and home feed store like Rural King, That would let you do that they would of locked the door on me just like tractor supply did cause that’s where I stopped before I got to Rural King Thank you from Altmann Cattle Ranch

I will no longer buy anything from here. Im absolutely furious I was in this store about a month ago and bought dog food for my dog. We use to buy him victor dog food grain free and they just happened to have so bought a bag brought it home well then victor recalled all their foods if it had a certain expiration date on it well I just went a looked at my bag and it expired on 04/23/2023!!!! I have been feeding my dog expired food for a month now because this store apparently doesn’t know how to take expired things off the shelves

Purchased around $1500 worth of dog panels today. Rented a trailer to bring them home with and was planning on returning the trailer by 5. Get home and unload the first three no issues or damage on them. The last two were the two with doors and those have damage on them. Contacted Rural King and was offered 10% per panel. That’s $33.00 a gate section. Now, I’m driving back to Rural King with their two damaged gates and I will exchange them. I live over an hour away. This is going to cost me additional rental charges for the trailer and I get to spend my day off driving and not mentioning the cost of fuel. Live and learn. Inspect each and every item before you waste your time. Not impressed. Do your due diligence and inspect before leaving!! I will update and add the pictures when I take them.

Only one cashier working and one person at the customer service desk. Ended up leaving my cart as I didn’t have 20 minutes to wait in a 15 person deep line. Selection has been getting pretty terrible as of late.

We have a serious problem. We are not from here, and stopped at this store for a snack and a quick rest. While we went inside, we were sure the place looked nice and we were glad to see most things looked clean. However, once we opened the food we purchased ( we bought the glazed pecans from the heaters.) Inside the store, it was full of moth larve. By that time, we had gotten a good distance from the store. We called them to let them know they have some sanitary issues with their food. All they said was they could not help us unless we came back in. We can't come back from here. But, we used a debt card and have plenty of pictures of the larve. They refused to undo the charge, even knowing they have online features and it shouldn't be any trouble. Terrible experience, and definitely do not ever purchase food here!

this store is so sad. the poor little chicks have poop stuck to them and aren’t able to use the bathroom and this can cause them to die. i have chickens and we had to keep ours clean. also, i told the manager about it and she didn’t seem to care. this is sad. this rural king deserves no stars. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Honestly, the store itself is fine but 90% of the staff is rude & very unhelpful. Very long lines almost constantly & if another register does open that employee is happy to stand there never saying a word about helping the next customer in line. Seriously just watched it happen today. Watched another employee at the service counter obviously & obnoxiously gawk at my 25 year old daughter. Actually made a noise.
