Does anyone know if this business is open anymore?We have been coming here for years and always have thought highly of them, however they dont seem to be keeping posted hours anymore?Phone number says the box is too full for messages.Different web sites are saying both open and closed at the same time?Thanks in advance for your time.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Directed me too exactly what I waslooking for in a canister vacuum. What was nice I actually got to see how the vacuum worked on the spot. I like that they supply all my vacuum needs from bags to filters even carpet fresheners. Plus also do repairs in the same location. And my Riccar canister vacuum is Made inAmerica.I am all about supporting Local Businesses and American Made Products.

Great service! Got my machine in and serviced same day. Rewired the machine and light. Also gave me a new peddle and package of needles. Gave me some advice about oiling my machine every six months and how to do it. Very helpful, thank you.

I took an embroidery machine in to have it looked at and asked them to call with the cost before they did any repairs. I called a couple times to see if they had an estimate yet. Never did. Then I got a call to say it was finished and it was almost $100. I personally know other people that have had this same ripped off experience. I don't reccommend them to anyone.

Do NOT take anything for repairs , tried to scam me and now realize they kept parts to my rainbow vacuum as well . The most unprofessional people . Person working in shop pretends he knows nothing and had friend pretend to be owner on phone .
