A bit overpriced and confusing signage for prices. Went to purchase dog shampoo today and the sign said if I bought a shampoo of a certain brand, I got the cologne spritz half off with my membership. I have been a member for almost 10yrs. At register, it didn't ring at half off but the cat litter I purchased did give its discount for membership.

I love Petco. The cashier was friendly and asked our pet's name when we purchased a new tag. And I love that they sell Pride toys 🏳️‍🌈 for pets! We bought some for our cats!

Brought my dog in, and some lady brought her goats. Lady says her goats are certified pets . They tried to attack my dog employees of petsmart, acted like my dog walking by was the problem.

Very helpful and friendly staff.. only thing that needs improvement is how they catch/handle their small animals.. not a big issue. But as rats and mice may have big grabable tails, and are hard to catch any other way.. it is extremely unhealthy for them to be picked up by the tail, and can even dislocate their spine, killing them in the long run

Cory was so helpful in showing me how I can save money through price matching on the app and online he def saved me some money and was so friendly, he was such a positive guy and upbeat that he just puts you in a good mood. I think the cashiers name was John he was also awesome for being patient while I scanned my items to price match he was super nice about it and helpful! Such a great pet store. Will def be going back again for my pet care needs. Ranger had fun trying on hats too 😊

The employees are nice and they have a wider variety of animals; I rated it three starts tho because some of the enclosures are not suitable for the animals they have in them. The leopard geckos are housed with calcium sand which is a very big no-go, some of the plants are facing death, and the smell is not so pleasant. I also got some feeder fish for my turtle and when they gave me the bag the water was very, very cold. I plan on going here for emergencies (like food for my reptiles and fish if I run out and don’t have the time to go anywhere else), but there’s other pet stores that are a little further away but the stores are in much better condition.

I have purchased 3 reptiles from this Petco and all of the employees are beyond helpful and friendly! The manager Rick is my boyfriend and I’s personal favorite! He is very knowledgeable and always provides us with the best customer service and advice! We are in there almost once a week purchasing food etc and I have never had a bad experience.

Went to get frozen mice for my snake. Was clean inside and workers were very nice to me. A good shopping experience over-all. However, I don't feel that this Petco (or any for that matter) take proper care of their reptiles. Please don't buy reptiles from Petco or PetSmart 🙏

Bought a fish. The person back in fish department saw us 2 feet away from her needing help and she just kept gabbing with her coworkers, nothing important and non work related, fir at least 3 or four minutes, occasionally looking right at us, but not giving a darn. She was so unfrofessional.

The young lady that groomed my dog did a wonderful job! My dog was so happy when I picked him up. All the staff was great. I will definitely go back and use the grooming services again.

All the fish I have gotten have died within 30 days or less, the only good fish I have gotten were the bettas, Dalmatian mollies, and snails. The fish are always under observation yet they still use the same net that they used on the sick fish. The workers are nice and helpful though but overall I would only really recommend some things from there.

Such friendly and courteous service! I have a child with autism, and Jeff spent so much time running around showing him the animals and even letting him touch the animals.Sweet Courtney the cashier also showed us such kindness and treated us like family.

It's alright. There was a half dead gerbil though, which makes me worry about how well they take care of their animals. They also need more options for cat toys.
