I had requested my medication via app on a Thursday. Two of the five got filled. On Monday, I stopped by after having an appt with a specialist to pick up my new meds. I am on the sync program and all five should have been filled. I ask them about it and they filled everything while I was there waiting. Because they did this, I did not have to go back later to pick them up. I really appreciate all the staff there.

I LOVE this place. Previously I was forced by insurance to use another chain pharmacy for 90 Rx. My cost there was about $80 per 3 mos for 2 Rx. At Parkland, I pay under $2/mo. The people there are so nice and helpful, rarely a wait!!

Lady accused me of throwing an ID at her, despite a big plastic wall between us, making this impossible to do. She was so rude that I'll never go back. Also they don't accept good rx and only use their own discount savings for prescriptions so it costed me $100 more than I would've paid at Walgreens or Wal-Mart for my 1 prescription.

My insurance has a simple rule, use anything other than CVS or Walgreens and it will be zero copay. I had been using Walgreens for years and always long wait with something always having to be verified.My first visit here and was informed $54 copay. I was like what, not with my insurance. She said oh, let me see your card. 2 minutes later, ok zero charge. Fast and friendly.

I cannot express how greatful I am that everyone is so helpful!! I live 20 mins away and work nightshift in the ER and my Granny has her beloved chihuahua that was very sick and everyone at PHMP was so helpful and kind while putting up with all my phone calls trying to get lasiks for the dog!! They are always so helpful and patient with making sure Granny gets everything she needs! And communication is awesome!!!

Finally, a happy ending to my pharmacy saga in Farmington! I initially tried Walgreens/CVS because of their operating hours, but I would have spared myself a lot of anxiety (and hours in the drive thru line!) had I just started at Parkland when we moved to town earlier in the year. I am very impressed by their kind and efficient service! They had my prescriptions transferred and filled almost immediately. They are everything a local pharmacy should be! I highly recommend them.

The pharmacy is incredible! When we moved to this area a year ago, I was very concerned about leaving the small and very personal pharmacy we had been going to for 30 years. I did some research and then called the Farmington store. After talking with Bill about our needs and concerns, I was confident that this was going to be our new pharmacy! Every member of their staff is amazing!! I refer anyone I know to this pharmacy!!

Hello! I can not rave enough on how amazing the staff is at the Farmington location. I’ve called several times from St Louis last week and came in person this week. Not one time did I feel I was being rushed or I was inconveniencing them (even though they are very busy!) when there was some confusion from my end, I was given such one on one treatment that I called my family on the long ride home telling them this is a must visit. I bought preserves, candles and plan on coming back for more. Thank you so much for calming my worries and making me feel at home while I was there. The entire staff reassured me that there are still honest businesses in this world! Thank you again, you are greatly appreciated!

The staff went above and beyond to save me money. The doctor called me in a burn cream for $150.00. And they tried all day to get me something cheaper and they did for $6.99! Awesome place!
