We bought a bunch of building supplies here and we were blown away at how knowledgeable, friendly and helpful Micheal and Nick were out in the lumber yard. These men were amazing! Not only were they great at helping us load our supplies but they made sure the lumber was straight and actually impressed us with their efficiency. Thank you Micheal and Nick for making our experience much more pleasant than what we expected.

I have shopped at Menards for lots of items for my projects and for the most part been happy with the quality of the products until I purchased the master craft slip jamb doors. DO NOT!!! Buy master craft doors!!! They are built like crap!!! The reveal where the trim is attached to the jamb is not even. The jamb is inconsistent at the top of the doors and requires shaving the door to fit and operate properly with out rubbing on the jamb. Staples not fully set and requires setting them in leading to additional work to fill the staple holes.in my 25 years of working as a carpenter I have never come across a more poorly built door. Do not buy the master craft doors they are junk!!!

Well I ordered online which I know better but my legs don’t work very good. I thought what the hell it can’t be a disaster everytime. But they proved it can be. About 20 min ago they went to look for my order now they all just seem to be driving around on forklifts.

I think I got a good deal on this 276 PC rotary tool accessories kit. Marked down to just $12.99 from $17.99 (it was the last one...sorry) and now me and my dremel tool can go crazy! Menards was open early (630am) that's when I like to roam stores with no congestion. Masks were required so they are doing their part as well in regards to covid safety.No complaints, check them out you won't be disappointed.

The customer service at this location is out of this world! I’ve been here twice in the last couple weeks and have been blown away by how friendly everyone is and how quick they are to offer assistance or help you find something. Simply amazing. I just wish they weren’t about an hour away - I’d shop there every weekend.

This is usually my go-to place to get most of my home improvement needs. They usually have everything I'm looking for and then some. What I really love about this place though, is the employees. They are extra friendly and super helpful. I wish I had caught the employees name but last night while I was shopping with my husband, I picked up a box and it slipped and I ended up with a pretty gnarly paper cut. The employee in the aisle overheard, went and got a Band-Aid, and then found me elsewhere in the store to give it to me. I thought it was super nice.

I'm about 50/50 here. I've purchased a few items that worked for me and had a few that I had to return due to defects or didn't work. I like the selection but quality control is starting to look sub par. Hopefully this was just a coincidence.Also ordered a stove that never came in. Little disappointed.

As usual you walk in needing help to find a certain item and no one to be found it has been like this even from my very first visit wanting to buy windows i walked all the way to the back counter and their was 6 employees at the other counter just standing and laughing and having a good time not one person asked me what i needed i ended up walking out going to Giffords, all together it has happened 5 times they have lost so many sales from this practice......once again I left disappointed I needed a propane tank refilled customer service really wasn't to excited about helping me get it done I went outside and waited by the refill station was there 10 minutes and a no show going to Dollar store

Hands down... there is no competition. This store had everything,including the kitchen sink!!!We've been making repairs to a camper, and a trailer. From floor to ceiling, Menards has it all. Also well stocked with wiring & fencing for around the homestead. Tidy shelters help keep the animals happy and healthy.As big as this store is, it is always clean, well stocked, and maintained. If you need help, or just have questions, there is a friendly associate working in every department. Always ready to assist.Great prices. Some, even better, with rebates.

I love the fact that they do everything they can including masks to help stop the spread of germs while still keeping the store open. They have everything there it seems and the staff is amazing, kind, friendly and knowledgeable. It's also very clean and organized so if a staff tells you it's here or there that's where it is and most times they will walk you to the said item as a courtesy. It's very relaxed and laid back so if you don't know something they do not make you feel inferior and are very patient. I have 0 complaints about this place.

Over the past year I have bought a lot of material at this store to build our new house. I have always found the material to be excellent. On the rare occasion when I needed to exchange or return an item, there was never any problems. The employees have always been kind and very helpful.

Exactly why I don't choose Lowe's, Home Depot, or Walmart. Everything I need, clean store, friendly and helpful staff. Sometimes I pay a little more (totally worth it) and sometimes not. Either way, it's a win. Will return.

Placed order Farmington for my rock and I was sent to Sullivan Missouri and they sent me this information by email that said my rock was ready for pick up I went on a Saturday afternoon before 3:00 PM and was told they’re closed for the weekend I paid my employee $28 an hour to drive down there and was not able to get my product so I was at the gas money and the money for my employee

Its pretty big and carries just about everything but don't go in thinking ur going to walk out paying the sell price when checking out u pay full price and only receive discounts if u feel out rebate form and mail it in and then when they get it and everything is correct they mail u a check for ur rebate amount it takes forever
