I've been to 20 Mcdonald's locations throughout my life rounded up. So far this specific location has been the best one I've been to. I'm very impressed with the customer service and the food quality. The employees are constantly on their tiptoes and still somehow are very respectful and kind an easy to get along with. If they mess up on your order, they do not hesitate at all to replace your meal. If you request fresh food, it is always handed over to you steaming hot. I cannot complain about a single thing besides some of booths not being clean, and that is on the busy nights. Their team is amazing at this location. Because of this, they have gained a couple of regular customers that come in every other day.💖

Drive thru is a disaster and they're extremely slow.I get that it's so hard to communicate with the outside delivery service that you decided to pair up with and I know people make mistakes.... with that being said, your mistake or Door Dashes mistake should not equal my problem, but for some reason it is my problem and my job to fix it. I probably should have looked in the huge bag you put one shake into and not assumed it was the correct order, but guess what? I'm busy too! So I just paid $30 for a shake and nobody wants to take the blame for it and this Mcdonald's still sucks 😒

Love being able to use the mobile app and place an order and it’s ready as I’m pulling through the drive thru. The deals are always good and it is a quick easy breakfast with a good taste.

I ordered two spicy McChicken sandwiches. It took them 20 minutes from the time of ordering to get my food. When I received my sandwiches, they weren't the warmest and they were either old or very overcooked and then it tasted like they just microwaved them. They put a whole gob of mayonnaise on them and they were really messy. I took two bites of one and then decided to try the other. They were both trash. Only gave them two stars bc I did come right after a lunch rush.

The McDonald's on W is the best McDonald's in Farmington I wouldn't go to any other McDonald's personally I've never had an issue at this location and if I did they always fix it no questions asked only McDonald's I'll go too I drive from Desloge to this location because they have the best food and service around here they're also very friendly and helpfulParking: They have a huge parking lot and plenty of spots also have room for bigger vehicles and vehicles with trailers great place to stop if you're coming down 67 towards Fredericktown or Poplar BluffWheelchair accessibility: Very wheelchair accessible have ramps to both doors

The service in Karsch rd. is ok and not ok, they more prioritize the drive thru than the inside customer and that’s sucks. We’re waiting more than going to drive thru and it’s dirty everywhere, table, floor and bathroom. Management is very poor.

In Fredericktown, Mo if they would change the oil or maybe was just nice to their customers well, they wouldn't be as bad as we all see this place. This place only has a few people that work there that have respect for others and takes peoples concerns and comments to heart and tries to fix the issue. Get an entire new crew or you could do something new and try to get the votes from the community about the services or what y'all might do when it comes to achieving the goals that y'all are wanting to achieve.Parking: Where McDonald's is located here it's got horrible parking. When you pull from the drive thru. You gotta hope you don't hit the car in front that's parked waiting for their food. They also got 2 drive thru windows but what's the point, they don't use it and when they do, it is just as bad as if they only had one opened.Kid-friendliness: Coloring books on the tables to keep the kids occupied.Wheelchair accessibility: No steps on the side of McDonald's where a wheel chair could roll in.

Always had friendly service except this last time. Lady didn't give me my drinks, or even ask what I wanted with my combo meals. She was so rude I didn't bother asking her and just left.
