This store seems to have everything you could ever need for decorating your home or doing just about any craft project known to man. Make sure to download their app to have a coupon for 40% off an item. Store is well organized and you can easily spend a lot of time in there. They have a really big selection of season items that seems to be available for a long time.

I was in line for over 25 minutes because the manager decided to move a lengthy return in front of me, and sent everyone to other registers but me. She told me to wait for just a minute. Everytime I went to leave for a different register, the person behind me would go insteadIt seems so small, but watching everyone being taken care of after waiting for 25 minutes was pretty frustrating, especially since everyone else waited no more than 3 minutes. And the manager didn't even try to let me know how long it would be. Just horrible service, really

This store is very dangerous for me. Dangerous for my wallet that is. Lol. I usually find the best things in here. They are a bit pricey on most things but they're really great things. 😄 If you can't find something you like in this store, chances are you're not the creative type. 🤣 Just sayin'.

Sometimes I go into Hobby Lobby not knowing exactly what I need. But I will find it there. On my last trip I needed a shelf for a specific item. I walked the aisles and there it was. $4.99. My Starlink router has a new home.

Difficult to get what I was there for.Finding something I'd gotten before was impossible. I asked for assistance & the young lady didn't understand plastic molding beads, heat them in water & you can mold it into whatever & they're in or were in a round container.She stated there were many re-sets in the prior months & called someone else to ask if they knew what I was talking about and if so do they know where it is.Apparently not much help because they said to look in floral for it, it may be there.Help was no help.But the four stars are because they have some cool stuff in there.

Kinda upset with hobby lobby right now. Supposed to be a hobby place. A place where you can get supplies for your crafting. But for some unknown reason they stopped selling refills for Diamond art. The sell the diamond art picture but no refills. I don’t like going there anymore. I have to order them off line now. If they’d start to carry them again I would go back

Came here on a lunch break while in town for training for work. I desperately needed reading glasses because our training packets were printed rather small and the lighting was poor. My current readers were bit strong enough for the conditions. When I asked the first employee where their reading glasses were, she looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language. When I repeated myself, she still looked perplexed. An older employee asked what I needed. I told her. She said, “We used to carry them, but we no longer have them.” I replied, “Oh darn, I really need them.” They both just turned around and didn’t offer any suggestions. I had 15 minutes to return to my class at this point, so I pretended like I could see what I was reading and muddled through he rest of the day, not able to learn a lot because I couldn’t see.

Customer service is friendly & fast! So many things to choose from. There's bound to be something that will grab your attention. I'm into crocheting & I absolutely love the yarn selection. I can't go inside without buying yarn and/or something pertaining to crocheting.

You have to be very careful with some of their outdoor, decorative items (paint peels and flakes if you don't seal it). Also, make sure you always shop on the sales price day. Otherwise, this place is one of my favorites!!

I wanted a nativity set but couldn't get to the store for a few days. Their associate, Debbie, told me to call each day and have them put it up front to hold for me because they had to put it back on the shelf each evening. I did as Debbie advised and got the nativity set I so badly wanted. Debbie went above and beyond the call of duty to explain to me the store's policies and I want to acknowledge her here so her employer knows what an asset she is to their company. They have a little bit for a lot of crafts, but for most things the quality and variety seems to be for infrequent hobbyists and someone looking to try a craft for the first time. I always have to go online for quality and wider selection. I suppose that's to be expected with a store with limited space that's trying to appeal to a wide customer base though.
