Went to harps on April 28,2024 at 5:55 pm to pay my electric bill. There was know one at the counter. I asked a cashier and she said that it was closed at 6:00 pm then she said oh I'll call her up here it's not six good employee she can tell time. The person that takes bill money can't tell time she would not do her job and let me pay my bill. The little girl said she would come and do her job that she was getting paid to do. Harps is loosing money by employing people that will not do their job.

Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered a cake and when i went to puck it up the colors and writing was wrong. When i showed them the pucture of what i wanted they lied and repiled that they never saw the cake picture because it was a phone order. I physically went into the store to order this cake, show the picture and offered to send the pictures to anyones phone number and they said no need.

It’s sad to say this store has went down hill since harps bought country mart out. I worked there in 2017 and never had an issue with items on the shelf being expired. Employees always cared about what they was doing daily. Now going in there it’s sad you have to check every single item to see if it’s expired or not. I have thrown so much food/money away because of this issue. They need to get people in that store to actually do their job and cares about their customers. Meat is always horrible goes bad in 2-3 days. This business needs work on their store and needs to think about the ones who spend their money there. Please do better for this town and please take this comment/review into consideration.

Sweet young lady works in the deli was very helpful. She works her butt off! Definitely need to keep her around. Burnette kind of short, youngest working in that department. Loved my visit because of her!

The most courteous staff. Very clean and the convenience of their early Open hours of 6AM is a great help to those of us w. busy schedules. Their Deli is better than the other 2 in the county.

Before I start I went into this establishment a little upset after because I just wanted to go home and beat the heat...The manager on tonight shift Mrs D did everything in her power to make my night as calm and cool as possible and Miss E. that was learning at reg 2 ,took in the learning experience and seem to understand the steps needed to make this an easy situation...the manager was so awesome so when I see you yes I'm going to pay it forward way to go guys idk if y'all believe that God put people in other people's life for a reason good job for tonight and thank you again!!!!

I shop here often and eat at the deli because it's better food and less expensive .The best fresh garlic bread .Meat department is great , I can always find a good deal .Produce is always fresh .Its just a nice place to shop or have lunch .Or grab something already cooked for supper on long work days .

I was very surprised today at the store, with continuing prices going up, out of stock items, so many jobs available and went through the check out and picked the most unfriendly cashier I've had at the store. Rang up everything never smiled, or acknowledge we were even there no thanks, have a nice day, appreciate you coming in, come in again NOTHING.Kind a like pay the bill and get out of my line.This is a first at this store everyone is usually very nice and helpful and butchers are Aces to deal with.Very shocking shopping trip, I believe this is an exception to normal or hope so.

I ordered a complete meal from the deli for 150 people for my mother’s 100th birthday party and was super satisfied with the quality of the food, the quantity of the food and the price was amazing. We ordered a cake and 1/2 and it was wonderful. The food was delivered, so we didn’t have to worry about getting it to the hall we had rented.The staff was so friendly and helpful. Kudos to Lisa in the deli. You made our experience pain free. I don’t remember the young lady’s name that made the cake, but she did an incredible job.Here is a picture of my mom. Thanks so much for helping make my mother’s 💯th memorable.

Nice big clean store but unless you buy items that are on sale or the taxpayers buy your groceries for you, when prices don't matter, prices are VERY expensive, similar to Schnuck's. There are much cheaper alternatives such as Chinamart, Sav a Lot or Aldi. These days, Bidenomics/Bidenflation is hurting a lot of people, especially seniors on a fixed income like me. A measly 3.2% increase in Social Security doesn't even cover the increase in groceries. Lower you prices and you would get more customers.

Good grocery selection, deli, bakery, often has marked down produce, meat, bread, and more. Super friendly staff. Lines are usually short. Great grocery store if you need to run somewhere and grab a quick item missing for dinner. All parking spots are close to building. Only downside is they don't carry any wine, even cooking wine, or alcohol or beer either.

Went to the gas station and the line was insane due to someone buying lots lottery tickets, and only one checker. The line was 6 deep. Also, after paying $1.50 for air it didn't stay on long enough to top off all four tires.

Most of the staff are kind and the others just don't know any better I suppose.. it takes all kinds of kinds tho! I am a regular and a satisfied customer. Bonus they're open till 12 and that is seriously after hours in this town!

Great hometown grocery store. Workers were very friendly and eager to please us as customers. I wish all stores were like this one or atleast followed suit for the most part. It would make all my shopping experiences a pleasant adventure instead of a dreaded one I don't look forward too like most nowadays.

For a smaller local type of grocery store, Country Mart seems to be a pretty good store, and I've been in many of the Country Marts in this area. Their prices are usually pretty reasonable with some things being cheaper than normal, and a few other things being slightly higher than normal, but they also have great sales each week. Kind of like one of their competitors, Schnucks, Country Mart has things that you can't find anywhere else. Country Mart also seems to have some of the cheapest cut fruit and salads, that they package there in-store. An added surprise and or bonus, if you do feel like going around to the various Country Mart stores, you will also find that each and every one of them will have different items in their Bakery, Deli, and Produce sections.

The grocery store is clean but the people are kind of in the snobby side and they're afraid to work especially back at the place where you buy dinners I don't know if they called at the deli or what the heck they call it all I know is it took me 20 minutes to get a meal from him because they all just did around and pretended they didn't see me I think that's kind of ridiculous the meals are good though they have very good food just horrible service

The typical Country Mart. A big selection of anything you would want with a big meat, dairy and frozen food section. Great prices on anything you want to drink and a bread isle that would rival most any grocery store. Also has a fine pharmacy with inside or drive up service. I can say that Country Mart is one store that my family uses very often.

It's a great place to shop.they have a lot's of cheap prices and the store is clean. And there is a lot of room to get around in for people who need the mobile chair's. And very nice & polite employees..I would recommend going there to shop..

I’ve been stopping here quite a bit lately for the food in the deli and have been very satisfied. The fried fish is always extremely good with some tasty selections of sides and deserts.

Well it's the cheapest place for gas and cigarettes in Farmington. They have a great meat department an the best biscuit an gravy around, they have plain an sausage gravy right at the deli.for breakfast hrs only

High priced foods, My DIL has purchased OUT OF DATE items they leave on their shelves and they PRICE GOUGE . Your better off going somewhere else. Below is a picture I took for a box of 5 DOZEN EGGS on 4/2/2020

Keep an eye on expiration dates, if you don't see one on something at country Mart chances are they wiped it off. Or they covered it up with a sticker. I don't shop there often since I learned that
