Usually has what I want or need my favorite thing is the racks before you check out, awesome little do-dads and doohickeys, whatchamacallits, just Awesome little gifts, stocking stuffers, home warming gifts, these are practical things anyone can use and cheap enough if you lose it or break it your not out much, I enjoy the tool tables, tool bins, discount section, clearance, I have Always loved Harbor Freight

I just went to Harbor Freight Tools in Farmington, mo. I experienced a rude cashier lady with long curly brown hair, when I first went to check out, because even though I was ready to check out,and ask her if she could check me out? She said yes, then no because she already had a lady stuff up there to check out mean while the lady went to go get something else. So I went to a second cashier , a guy named Christian,who was nice to me, and check me out. He was friendly and very helpful. So if you go to this store then make sure that you have cashier Christian wait on you, not the the tall lady cashier with the long curly brown hair, because she was rude, and not helpful.

We were super excited when we no longer had to drive 30 miles north or south to get to a Harbor Freight. To ensure they do well we visit often. Okay, we visit because we need things and they support the DIYer. Awesome store. Friendly staff. Love giving them our business.

The place has a lot of low quality tools. The Icon tools are great. I visited the store yesterday. Was told what I needed by their employee. Actually cost me money when item flew apart because it was incomplete. I even asked if I needed something else. No. Now I am stuck with the rest of the incomplete products and had to order the right stuff off Amazon. Called store. A waste of time. I said can you check on what I told you and call me back? Nope we don't do call backs. Well if your employees don't know what they are talking about they do NOT need to ask you if you need help. $30 wasted. I was asked to describe the employee. I did. No one here fits that description. Really. He just helped, (cost me money), me 30 minutes earlier... They have been trying to get me to buy their Icon tools by bashing my Craftsman and Sears tools. I had been considering it, but yesterday blew that. I'm just sorry that the guy got involved. I had all the right items in my hands. He said you don't need these 2. Well I did. I should have just said no when he asked to help

I am pleased with Harbor Freight and their stores mostly because the are ran with a decent amount of efficiency. Despite not having multiple registers open they are always friendly and welcome to help find whatever you may need. There isn't a lot of traffic during the times I've gone so multiple registers aren't a necessity, just puts a strain on time if you were to be in a hurry. The store is clean and items are organized in an efficient manner. Would recommend visiting.

My mom bought a greenhouse for $1200, six months later it was falling apart. She tore it down and built one to replace it, and then took the old one back to harbor freight and was refused a refund despite a 100% guarantee. They said she could exchange it instead.If this is the kind of customer service they provide they're not worth spending any money there. I will never buy there again. They lost at least 6 good customers so far, and if I can help it many more will also boycott this store. Shame on you. Scamming people for that kind of money. Disgusting!!!

Absolutely one of the best Harbour Freights we have ever visited! Very organized, clean and friendly people on the floor! The teenagers at the registers could use a few tips on how to handle customers but they won't stop me from coming again and laying down some cash! Keep it up! So glad we finally have one close to home!

Well I normally am pleased with them, but not this time. Looked up a impact driver and online showed that they had several instock. After driving over 40 miles one way they didn't have any instock. So they just lost the sale on a $289.00 tool. Went to Lowe's and bought a Dewalt for a few dollars more and more foot pressure. Sorry about your loss of a sale, but your site needs to be better updated.

I can only rate it a 4 star because I don't have any experience with their hand or power tools. The customer service is excellent. The Hardy 9 mil nitrile disposable gloves are great, I have not torn one yet working on cars or generally messy stuff.

I love this store! Great prooducts, even better prices. Always having great sales. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I would recommend checking this place for any tool needs before going anywhere else, it's probably cheaper here

A person can save a lot of money on tools here indeed! The service over the phone was bad. They made up for it in person when I visited the store and made it right with a discount and the counter person was more than outgoing. Best to look up what you need online and have your item number ready before any inquiries on the phone. If you aren't into that, go in person and you'll get great service.

This place is great if you're in a pinch and you don't have a whole lot of money to spend and you need to do it a car repair or house repair and you don't have a whole lot of money for tools you can go there and get everything you need for a reasonable price and still be cheaper than hiring someone.

Many of their things aren't worth the price, but so much is a great deal! The only upsetting thing about this place, for me, is the layout of the store the door versus checkout. Be careful not to make the attempt of walking through the window. Lol.

If I was still welding for a living I would stay away but I'm retired now and most of the stuff they sell works just fine for a home owner. I bought a palm sander two cordless drills I love the wooden machinist tool chest I bought wood chisels and a bunch more I say try them out
