Store is very organized. Most organized goodwill I've ever been to. Clothes are by size and tag color so you don't have to look for the sale tag!Kudos!!

Just meh. Somewhat organized, but the cashier that checked us out was just plain rude. Just checked us out, didn't even bag anything, just simply left the register 🙃 😑 😐 😒 won't be coming back. I will be going to a different thrift store

05 years ago....& prior to COVID 19......it was a fun used items shopping adventure tinted withthe mystery of finding a pre-owned item that was DONATED to Goodwill. Now ....name needs to be changed to "Goodluck"....!!!!

Way overpriced, the selection of merchandise has went down tremendously. I visit other Goodwill's all the time and they are never this highly priced, not sure why the Farmington location is over priced this way, not sure if it's the operators of this facility or what.... But it needs to change and become what goodwill was intended for, cheap stuff that people can afford... Ya know since EVERYTHING YOU GET IS DONATED FOR FREE!!!!!!!!!

I have no idea who they have working there but trying to drop off clothes you have to be there 2 hours before close and make it two and a half! They close the doors early and wouldn't take anything. It's a half hour drive for us and I could not believe how rude the woman was who waved at me through the glass even though it was not yet 6:00.

A lot of the items are stained or damaged and are overpriced for the quality they are selling. Small selection of plus sized items and the no longer have a section for these items. In the past I would find many items to buy ,but not anymore. The best buys in the store are the baby clothes, which I buy for my vintage dolls, but you have to watch for stained and very worn items here too.

It's a Goodwill so you should know what to expect. Prices are a bit high in my opinion and selection is hit and miss. If you get lucky and visit at the right time you will be happy.

Pricing is getting outrageous, most of the clothes have stains. They took the dressing rooms out, so you can’t buy any clothes on sale to try on at home or you can’t return them. No more goodwill for me.Edit: Once the prices go up just as high as the item brand new, the store has no business being open. Employees make minimum wage when the owner is a millionaire. You’re scamming people, and like I said when the store actually has a sale where you can find a good deal, your dressing rooms were taken out so we can’t even try a pair of pants on. So if they’re on sale and you get home and they don’t fit, tough luck… you can’t take them back. Right now Walmart has LEVI JEANS FOR $11 on sale. The EXACT SAME PAIR in your store THAT HAS STAINS ON THEM are $10. I’ll spend $1 more and get a brand new pair that I can try on before I buy them. It’s too bad, the thousands I’ve donated even donated to your adult schooling in PoplarBluff, and you try to scam people.Edit: I went in to look for a picture frame. I found a MASON JAR WITHOUT A LID FOR $12. $12!!!!!! They’re at hobby lobby for $4.

The new store is clean and has lots of parking compared to old store. I always find a good some good deals on children’s clothes. My only complaint is that the clothes are organized by color and not by size. I think I would spend more time looking at the clothes if they were organized by size rather than color.

I love resale shops and have been to many Goodwills in other areas. The first time I came here I found the perfect thing at the perfect price. However, since then it's been lacking. Seems bare other than clothing. And prices are definitely too high on many items. I saw the exact same shoes I wear from Walmart for a dollar more than I buy them for brand new! THIS is a problem!

I don't take pride in giving a poor score but it's only because the owner decided to raise prices through the roof!People donate these items and he decides to become a millionaire off it instead of keeping prices manageable. I see online goodwill site is even more expensive!

Entirely too overpriced and its somehow gotten worse. Today was the last straw for me. $17 for used kids shoes, $75 for some small desktop wooden drawers (they had 2, 75 bucks a piece 😂🤣). My favorite was the random baseball cards sitting in a ziploc behind the glass counter, $8 bucks. I figured, maybe there'd be some decent cards in there being the price was $8, but thats what I get for thinking. Opened the ziploc and there were just 9 random nobody players in there, not even worth 50 cents. Its laughable. Whoever makes these prices have zero clue what they are doing. Today was my last trip to this store as I will never, ever waste my time going to this goodwill store ever again.

Love the workers! The new building is extremely nice!I love the organization they have. They treat me like family and always help when needed!I’m never disappointed In The customer service!Retail is not an easy job by any means and these guys are awesome!!!!

I go to Goodwill to shop because I'm on a fixed income, the prices for their vused items are now more than something new from discount stores, which I can't afford and the reason I used to go to Goodwill in the first place. $21.00 for a pair of used jeans? All because it's trendy for people who can afford to shop elsewhere to show off what they brought at Goodwill. I mean, I'm all about finding a bargain and I don't blame the bargain hunters, I blame Goodwill for hiking up the prices so much that the people who used to HAVE to shop there, can't even afford it.Shame on you Goodwill, I thought you were established to help the underprivileged not exploit then!

Place is clean and organized. However the staff is rather rude and mannerless. Everytime I shop here I'm constantly butted in front of by staff stocking shelves, without even an excuse me. Lines at checkout are always backed up while staff roams around. Today staff were trash talking a customer in front of other customers.

Helpful employees. Very clean and well organized. Prices are sometimes a bit wacky. Too high on some things, considering they are used/second-hand goods. But sometimes you will be surprised by how low something is priced. Overall, going to Farmington's Goodwill outlet is usually a good experience.

This location is pretty well maintained, you can tell the workers try to organize it as best they can (clothes go by colors) but customers come in and mix it all up again. Goodwill used to be incredibly cheap but ever since moving into the new location their prices reflect the nicer building. There are cheaper thrift stores around- but they aren't as clean. So you're paying for convenience here.

Compared to other chain stores in the surrounding areas this Goodwill is the most clean, and organized. Staff could be nicer, but overall deserves 3 or 4 stars.I wish they organized kids clothes by SIZE though and NOT COLOR. That would be my only recommendation.

New to the area.. 1st and last time I will visit. The cashier was rude and just scanned and threw my stuff into the cart mumbling something about they will never get out of there. Where I come from they smile and bag the stuff they are scanning. Thankfully I had bags in my car, unthankfully I had my kids with me to witness this lady’s behavior. Made us all very uncomfortable.

I love the store. The people who work there are always so pleasant, they greet you when you walk in the door and will always help with anything you need. The one thing you should know about this store is they no longer provide bags. You have to bring your own totebags.

Good visit. Store is new and clean with good parking.The above was a few months ago. THIS LOCATION WRITES IN MARKER ON THE ACTUAL CLOTHING. Not on the tag or their own tag. I've been scrubbing a collar for several minutes.

I personally think Goodwill pricing is not rightJean's are $3.50 but if they get a brand namePair of Jean's then they Jack up the price to$6 or $ 7 or more. To my knowledge Goodwilldoesn't pay to get anything. To Jack up prices on brand name clothing is not right

Ever since they built the new location, their prices have steadily increased to almost full-blown retail on many items.Many of these corporate thrift shops, and I use the word Thrift Shop lightly and most likely out of context, had become greedy.It's all about seeing how much money they can get out of items I literally think that they're probably in the back room throwing a dart at a dartboard when they price merchandise*edit*Prices are even more out of control seldom go in anymore almost 5 bucks for a used shirt. 😅 prices are higher than the store.

Lots of great bargains! Some things are a little overpriced. The main problem I have with this store is how long it takes to check out. But when you find something awesome for very cheap, it's worth the wait.

They have lots of stuff but are very expensive on certain items for a place to offer work and help out the poor. Some items are like brand new prices for used items.
