Took away the volume buttons at self checkout and the lady that speaks is so loud on there for no reason 😭 don’t gotta allow us to mute her talking but man it’d b nice to turn it down so I don’t have to hear her yelling or talking. It’s why I use self checkout so I don’t have to hear ANYONE talk to me. Like at least have her volume down so she’s not YELLING at ppl 😭😭😭

Love me a dollar twenty-five tree. If the new big fancy one down the street is out of what you're looking for, run to this one and they'll probably more than likely have what you want. Love the self checkout.

It is so amazing to go to a store where the people working there smile and welcome you! It really made a difference. Steve was helpful, appropriate and even made me laugh. I'm a loyal customer now.

Only needed a few things on thos shopping trip, and luckily they had what we were there to buy. It was nice having a couple of checkout lanes open at the same time. Made our wait to purchase the items a lot shorter. Workers are always friendly when we stop in every couple of months.

Just left and was not happy , next time will pay more at another store just so I don’t have to go in the Farmington Dollar Tree!! Only 2 cashiers on a sat morning and at least 4 people stocking shelves . Went to ask one of them if they could help us with helium balloons and she said we needed to go and wait in the cashiers lines ! Which my daughters had already checked out and I was waiting over in front of the balloons behind another lady! Awful customer service!! If someone ask for help up front and you see there are full lines up front it’s only good customer service to help!!!

Cleanliness knocked it down the 2 stars && the employees are generally clueless of where items are and lack customer service skills. Their item variety and stock levels are decent though.

We've shopped in several Dollar Tree stores, but were shocked at the behavior of the staff in this store and the unorganized, unprofessional manager running this place. We'll keep shopping at the Desloge store, where we are treated decently and the managers know what they're doing.

Very good experience. Cashier was super nice she took time to help the elderly woman in front of me and apologized for the delay. No need, she was doing a super job.

Closed on a Saturday at 6:30pm. All the lights on wi9a sign at the door that clearly reads open to 9pm. This happened on Nov. 2nd 2019.

Allow customers to shop & checkout without a mask. No mask customer getting sympathy cause she left it at home. She's 3 feet behind me & I'm on oxygen w mask. Just wanted to ask if she left her oxygen at home too???

One register open regardless of a dozen people or more in line. Worth driving to Desloge and to be greeted with friendly staff, too.
