I have went in there 3 times in 2 days to get my son's medicine. I herd this pharmacy was a joke but learned my lesson this time. The girl that works register is in a different world. Everytime I walked in there she was on her phone. There were two girls stealing the third time I walked in and the cashier was just on her phone smiling not caring whatsoever.The short hair lady that works in pharmacy is very rude and doesn't care about your issues what so ever! The pharmacist herself Margaret I believe is her name was amazing and super sweet and made sure everything was correct and answered any questions you have.

This pharmacy is an absolute joke. Every time I try to get my prescriptions something is wrong. At one point they told me I didn't even have insurance on file with them yet just a week prior my OB sent in a prescription and I filled it under my insurance. They also refuse to do their job and try to make me be the one to call back and forth between the Dr's office and insurance company. When that is something they should be handling. Considering the insurance even told me the pharmacy has to be the one to call. I will be switching asap and will recommend to everyone I know to either switch theirs if they go there or to just not go there in the first place.

This place is ridiculous. Called and verified they had everything to fill my prescriotions as i was driving 30 miles to get them. Verified insurance and let them know i needed an accurate time fkr pickup was told an hour. Arrived an hour and 10 mins later to be told they hadbt started and it would be 20 mins. Tge overwieght girl had a scowl on her face abd said i can have them in 20 mins. I said ok i will wait. She says i said 20 mins do you want them. I said yes i will wait. I didnt move my car from the drive thru and suddenly my meds were ready in 5 mins.

The cvs app said my prescriptions would be ready at 6:33 pm. When I showed up the pharmacy told me it wasn’t ready. Now the app says tomorrow. Horrible customer experience.

Actually not even worth the one star. I’ve had my medicine here at the Farmington Karsch location for several years and used to love them but here lately the service in the pharmacy sucks. Nobody smiles and very rude. Went in today 10/14/23 to get a flu shot and the pharmacist said I had to make an appointment time and that they were maxed out for the day. There was no other customers there. I’ve never had any issues before walking in for vaccinations. I left and went over to Walgreens and had my flu shot within 5 minutes and even treated with a smile and great service!

They don’t ever have the same pharmacist, my son has been trying to get a antibiotic ear drop for 2 days then today we ask them to transfer it to Walmart so we can get it filled they say they can fill it 4:00 pm and still haven’t filled it at closing time. My son my daughter and myself will not be getting anything filled there anymore.

Call a prescription in to be filled friday on Monday morning. Friday morning rolls around and it still isn't done or it's out of stock. What do these people even do!?

I preface this by saying that the people here are kind humans and they are very short staffed. My first visit a couple weeks ago was fine, even though they didn't have my prescription filled the first time I came by. However, upon subsequent visits I've been very concerned about abnormally long wait times in the drive through, combined with the fact that they will not fill your prescription "on demand." This is really concerning when you're sick and need medication immediately. What's more - they cut off the lines at closing time, no matter how long you've waited. I am grateful in one of these situations they took pity on me. However, in my most recent experience, my doctor called in a prescription at 1 pm. I went to pick it up at 4. I waited in line in the drive through for 40 minutes. After them first telling me it wasn't there, they found it and told me to come back in an hour. At six p.m. I decided to be smart and call to see if the prescription was ready. After fifteen minutes on hold, I decided to drive back to the store. An hour later, still on hold, I got to the drive thru window only to be told they didn't have it. I relayed the whole story and magically they found it. Everyone in my family is sick right now and we all feel awful so all this waiting and multiple trips was really hard.

For the third time, I have been told that my prescription has not been called in when three separate Doctors have told me they sent in. According to CVS, they say this has happened to others. When asked if they have done anything to resolve the issue answer was no. This is inconvenient for customers in so many ways and there is no empathy or attempt to resolve the problem. I will go to Walgreens and would recommend you do the same to save yourself some time and aggravation..

Very rude to their customers. I attempted to pickup my prescriptions 3 days in a row and was asked to drive around the building just to be told come back the next day. After 3 days I requested to transfer my prescriptions to Walmart. The pharmacist at Walmart asked me to contact my doctor because CVS refused to transfer my prescriptions. Very poor customer service.

It is VERY inconvenient that the pharmacy closes at 130pm for lunch. I drove out of my way only for it to be closed. Multiple times now I receive a text that my prescription is ready to get there and it not be. I once used the delivery method...took 3 weeks to get it, I was out of meds for 4 days by then. I am limited where I can get my medicine since it is a specialty drug.

I had two prescriptions to pick up that I watched my doctor send to CVS at approximately 10 a.m. I arrived after 2:30 to pick them up. I get told they don't have them, they never received the order. The tech who acted impatient and flustered went to look in their computer and found one of the prescriptions they missed filling but couldn't find the other and told me they didn't have the second prescription at all go buy it over the counter. I said no I'll call my doctor office, they verified both percriptions had been sent and called the pharmacy. This is the same issue I have EVERYTIME a prescription is sent in to be filled.I will be looking for another pharmacy.

I shopped at CVS in Farmington yesterday. My main goal was to purchase diaper for our annual diaper drive at our Church. I had lots of coupons so I also purchased additional items. It was quite a large order and qualified for additional discounts. I was warmly greated by an amazing young lady, Amber. She took her time and checked each item and she rang them up so that each item that had a coupon or a discount was applied. I hope when I go back to CVS, I am able to have Amber help me again. Thank you, Amber and CVS for hiring this great emplyee.

Getting prescriptions refilled should not be this stressful. My medicine has been incorrectly filled the last 4/4 times. Cashiers in the pharmacy are unhelpful and come off as rude.

I called this store twice to confirm an appointment, and I called corporate once to confirm, and when I showed up they told me they canceled it, didn't tell me why, and didn't let me reschedule, and they just walked away without saying anything else to me. The dark-haired male pharmacist is rude and condescending, and refuses to answer questions. He shouldn't even have a job with his unprofessionalism, but I guess they'll hire anybody nowadays.

Ever since the employees of the old Clarks Pharmacy began working at CVS, the customer service has gone horribly down. Only reason I do business here is I'm forced by my insurance company. Expect to hear, "We're outof that and it'll take four days to get."

I just wanted to say thank you for the convenient and no contact covid testing. That has been a true blessing to me! I've shopped in store several times in the past and it has always been clean and well organized. The staff has always been very pleasant as well.

This is your average pharmacy . The staff are friendly, when you can find them. Never had a prescription filled here because their prices are high . I absolutely hate the cashier setup, because it takes so long. Why do people bring all the coupons to CVS?

Always impeccably clean, the staff is courteous and helpful! There are great sales usually, and the store brand is typically quality items. Only downside is that this CVS is no longer 24 hrs

A drug store isn't a drug store anymore. CVS, and like some of its other competitors, are more like a drug store / convenience store / mini-Walmart. Yes, the usual prices are a bit more expensive, than say for example Walmart, but if you watch the sales and sign up for the CVS Extra Care card, you will receive extra discounts and money saving offers. Also, one thing to always remember about places like CVS, there are many times you will be able to find something there, a little bit different, versus a Walmart.

I've been trying to reach the store for 15 minutes and it keeps disconnecting before I can talk to anyone. My insurance requires I go through them for medication but I have not been impressed.

Website says they have rapid testing of covid and scheduled a visit i got there and was told they don't have rapid testing and the person doing the test is gone for the day. VERY INCONVENIENT.

It is advertised that the pharmacy is open until 10 but they close at 6. Staff is very rude. Will never use this pharmacy again.
