Literally the worst parking lot ever. 4 main spots to park in front of the store. If you don't get one of the tiny compact spots you can barely open your doors in, you're walking your happy butt around the store. But wait! That leaves room for like 6 O'Reilly trucks, that makes sense.

Maria was amazing just bought a belt for lawn mower latterly broke shortly after cutting it so I called and she is replacing it. This is why I go to oriellys.. Great service and sweet women working there

The two men working were very helpful when I needed a new battery. They checked it and confirmed my battery needed to be replaced. One started to replace as the other rang me up, I was in and out in no time. I felt so bad as it was raining but they didnt care or grumble and groan about the rain. It was a great experience!

Rude to females. They blatantly refused to help my girl. As soon as I walked in instead literally right after her, they were jumping to help me. She had $100 and the part number ready to go, they only had to pull it for her and checkout.

Store manager has an attitude problem. They don't honor quotes, consistently recommend the wrong parts, and I literally have to go to Richmond because they're the closest proficient store.

Not a bad parts place except for I own a Trailbrazer and when I asked for a oil filter to go with the oil I was changing I noticed when I got home the filter was to big so I looked on receipt and it said Ford F-150. Nothing bad about a Ford except I don't own a ford and didn't say Ford. They did exchange it without a problem which was good but glad I have two vehicles to drive or I would have had to of gotten a ride or walked to get the right one. Other than that I am a regular shopper for about twenty years now.

There site lies they dont deliver to a resident but yet u all deliver to a shop that dont make sense plus do cant seem to take a card over the phone witch is bs also went to.store for socket the people sold.me.to wrong one and wont take it back worst place to do business with

I went there and I hooked up this machine to my car to tell me what was wrong with it and then the guy texted for me which was really awesome with the guy it was one little part that I needed and they had it so I bought it and he put it put it on for me and I was ready to go very nice employees very helpful if you need help go there

Prices are a little high, people are nice, but still lack knowledge. O'Reillys computer program really needs an upgrade and their stores needs something, that really shows they are different.

Always go here. They know parts, and install the small quick ones. Batteries, wiper blades. Test electrical parts also. Plus the personal are easy to talk to about what you are working on
