We have brought our dogs here for years and absolutely have grown to love Melynda and her family. They have always done a great job of working with our dogs. There have been a couple oops moments over the years where our dogs have decided to not cooperate and end up with a short patch and she’s always been honest about what happened. I think it’s awesome how she donates her time to help work with the local shelter to groom pets to help with adoptions too. I feel like they genuinely care about our dogs and trust them to take good care of them. They are busy enough that they may not be able to take new clients or there may be longer wait time for grooming, so heads up if you’re trying to get in on short notice. I feel like that’s just a good sign of how popular this place is!

The wait list long but totally worth it. Plus, once you get in you can schedule your next grooming before you leave so you don't have to worry about your pupper getting overgrown. The staff is amazing and very trustworthy.

Excellent. Our nail trims are excellent! She not only clipped them but filed them soft, best they have ever been.She brushed my Maltese out just because his sweater messed up his hair. She'll be my choice for full service grooming.Clearly she has an eye for excellence. Worth the drive from KC.

The best groomers exsperience we have ever had! So glad i switched to her! My husky and I are in love. Myranda is one of the nicest, most caring people you will meet. Unbelievable fair pricing. I get way more than I pay for especially compared to other places. She is not priced to retire off of every pet she grooms. She does it to support herself and her family because she enjoys it. Of course its always a pleasure to see her cat Truman!

Melynda and her daughters are so amazing! She works with my mastiff Simone, my jack russel Rose, and my cat Noir along with my mother in laws dog's Ripley & Lyza. I could never trust anyone with my animals and much as them. They are always happy when they go in and leave! Thank you for loving my babies!

We recently moved to excelsior and didn't want to have to drive to get our dog groomed. We called my best friends barber and they were able to get him in that day. About an hour later they called he was done. When we went to pick him up he was beautiful and didn't look like a mop anymore. He looked like the pretty little malshi we are used to. The groomer told us that he stood perfectly on the table and let her trim him up with no problems. She seemed very pleased that he was super behaved.

I had an emergency about my cat getting into something very sticky and they didn't care to even try to get my cat in earlier than 5 weeks. The person on the phone didn't even sound like she cared at all.
