We are so blessed to have K-9 Clips in Excelsior Springs offering this much needed service for our dogs! We board our Great Pyrenees there when we go out of town and she loves it. They have playtime and there’s a camera where you can check in on them whenever you want. Christina does a great job with grooming, too! Usually fast service for nail trims and they have a "wash your own dog" station I appreciate, but I have yet to be able book a groomer. The times I called they only have availability weeks out that don't work with my schedule.

I am so grateful for K9 clips. We took our previous senior dog to K9 clips. She was super skidish and did not enjoy people but they were SO good and patient with her. Fast forward to our current puppy, who is pretty talkative and dramatic and they are the same way! We tried taking her to Petco and they called me 10 minutes later and said they couldn’t handle her. I called K9 clips and they were able to get her in two weeks later and get her groomed. They were patient with her and got the job done. I should have called them from the start but I was worried they would be booked out several months. I’m so thankful for the people at K9 clips!!!

This is the best groomer I have ever used by far. Your pet will be treated beyond great and the pricing is also great. The owner is very good at her job.You don't have to drop off your pet at 8am and wait for a callback having no clue when they will be ready for pick up. You make an appointment time and that's when she starts on your pet. She will call you when she is done. Personally I just stay and wait because my dog freaks out if I'm not there. The Vet had to sedate my dog to cut his hair. At K-9 Clips he is calm and does not freak out. I am very thankful for K-9 Clips.*These are before and after pics* It only posted the "before" pic. They were friendly to me and my puppy. Got her in without an appointment and she looks so pretty and smells so good! She loved the cookies and got a new toy for trying something new! My cats loved the shrimp treats and a break from puppy 😆 we will be going back

I take my dogs to get kennelled here. I like that they're not stressed out when I get them home. I love the Sunday evening pick up. I also get my dogs toenails clipped here I love that I can bring them in anytime without an appointment.

We and our dogs LOVE K-9 Clips. The service we receive is superb. I left my 3 dogs for the first time last May and I did not worry about them the whole time I was gone. They are up front with their charges, no hidden fees. Kristine does a great job clipping my dogs and Mike keeps me on schedual. We have been customers for several years and will continue for as long as they are in business.

Originally when I first reviewed this place I gave it five stars because the groomer that was working there did a great job. However, now Melissa is the groomer, has an attitude all the time and my great Pyrenees always came home just smelling like a wet dog. When asked if she could blow her out a little better, my husband was given an attitude and said it takes an hour just to clean up after her. My dog does not like her either, we quit going because of Melissa.

We have 2 large dogs. They had a spa day of a bath, grooming, and nail clippings. They looked so pretty! One of the dogs is a black golden retriever. I wanted his mess of hair shaved but give him a lions mane. They did it perfectly!

Love this place! Always nice and clean. Kristina is an absolute doll and my dog loves her. Actually the entire family is so nice and welcoming. The girls are terrific and so is Mike. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a fur baby

They were excellent with my dog. We had to leave him there in a kennel while on vacation. The kennel size wad very large he had a lot of space. They let him go outside and play with other dogs. They were so sweet to my dog you can tell they defects love animals.

Christina was so nice and my Pyrenees looks like a brand new dog! He was a big gross mess and she cleaned him up and did his nails. Many groomers will try to talk you into shaving a double coated dog, even though it’s not good for their coat. Very reasonable prices and I love that her business is so family oriented.

Awesome! Ours dogs have been going here for several years to get their hair cut. They also have daycare and boarding which are awesome as well. We get their food here too. They have treats.....which are puppies love.....and toys.

Amazing job with my pupper he is normally very excited and overwhelmed going into places with other dogs but he did amazing we went in for our nails and was helped immediately after we walked thru the door. Polite and gentle definitely will be going back if not every month but every other now that I'm not going to be paying an arm and a leg to get his nails done. He is no longer in pain she knew what she was doing.

They was so great with my dog. My dog hates everyone and hates his nails being clipped. She took him and clipped him and she was absolutely wonderful. And I was able to just walk in. I didn't have to make an appointment. Very fast and friendly service.

I've taken my dogs there twice to have them kenneled when I'm out of town and have had no issues. They're great with my dogs and the staff is very friendly. They'll also set you up on an app so you can check in on your dogs whenever you want!!
