Used this pharmacy for YEARS and all of a sudden they went down hill quick. I could go on and on with what happen to me but I’ll keep my long story short…A. This pharmacy does not use the Walgreens app correctly with putting scripts in the correct status, wasting everyone’s time with unnecessary phone calls and waiting on hold! —— B. I have reason to believe they purposely stopped ordering my “ back ordered” script because every other pharmacy has had my script in stock for a while now apparently. I’ve also gotten my script filled 2 months in a row without a hiccup with my new place.- - So I waited and trusted this place to get my prescription just to be treated like I was a fool when I told them what was happening to me with their HORRIBLE system. Kind of boils down to them being lazy and not caring. I am so glad I changed to an entirely new company where I feel wanted and cared for. I am never stepping foot into another Walgreens for as long as I can. If I do, it’s has to be an emergency with no other options, I will use a drug dealer on a random corner before I use a Walgreens pharmacy again.

Pharmacy has Absolutely horrible customer service. Trying to get my mom meds as she is very sick and no other local pharmacies had the medication she needed. I was instructed by the doctors office to call around to other pharmacies to see if they had the medication she needed. When I found one I could then call back and tell the office where to send the rx. This was a 24 hour ordeal as no CVS in St. Louis has her cough medicine. It was at CVS recommendation that I try Walgreens even though her insurance prefers CVS. I digress. At first they told me that they did have it and when I tried to verbally confirm this she very snidely claimed that she never told me yes they did have the medication. Then she asked me for a quantity, how much I needed. I have zero idea what quantity the doctors office would send in. I’m not the MD who would make that decision. So after she rudely told me to hold on she came back and said I’m sorry mam we don’t have any and we can’t help you. Now I work in a cardiology office,(we do not send in cough medicine, hence why I don’t know the quantity they would have sent), I advocate for my patients daily when it comes to medications and speaking to pharmacies. The complete unwillingness to help me was absolutely astounding. I feel bad for people who don’t have medical professionals in their family, at least they have someone to help navigate the health system. The next time someone calls asking for help I implore you to actually see that person as an actual human being and to treat them with respect. Most of these people are sick and are literally at your mercy. I hope that no one ever treats your family members the way we were treated today. As a side note, mobap had the cough medicine she needed and had it ready for me in an hour. If you choose to go to these ginormous corporate pharmacies, do so at your own risk, they do not see you as a patient. They see you as cash. You want to be taken care of, find your local mom and pop, where even their bare minimum is worlds better. Walgreens gives zero craps about your general wellbeing.

The older lady at the front register is so nice and had a line of people and two women One was a manager who told her she needs to stock this and that and was basically rude to her. After they got around the corner they laughed about it. I never see them do anything to help every time I'm there. I feel bad for the lady at the front register because so nice and does her job.

Slow and disinterested in the customers time. Waited 25 minutes past my appointment time, no explanation…they waited until they phad 8 people lined up waiting for vaccinations before they bothered to start working towards actually giving the shots.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Incredibly slow, largely disinterested and unhelpful and the entire Pharmacy staff lacks any desire to improve the customer experience. I left a pharmacy closer to my house because I thought I’d be better taken-care of at Walgreens and couldn’t have been more wrong. I’ve given them chances and the benefit of the doubt time and again but I’ve reached my capacity and will not be returning.They are often completely out of medication and don’t inform you until days later when you arrive to pick up the meds, despite having the text alerts on.They provide you with medication but no way to take it (syringes not included for an injectable-only medication) and didn’t ask if syringes were needed or try in any way to contact the patient or doctor to help remedy the error at drop off and instead waited DAYS to inform me at pick up. They have my fill history in front of them, why would I have those for a first time-fill of this medication? Very thankful my situation wasn’t more immediate, if anyone had medication they need filled promptly, don’t walk, run to literally anywhere else.

Walgreens deserves 0 stars! We went to 3 locations trying to get a prescription filled today only to be super frustrated AGAIN! They either don't have it or they are too busy and say it will be half a day before they can get to it! Last experience we had we foolishly believed them when they said it would be ready later only to find out it was NOT ready. Today was especially interesting at the House Springs location. They couldn't find any evidence that we had had it filled before despite they were holding the box with label, name and script #! Then they FINALLY found a record but said it was "closed"! We told them Wildwood location just called us to say it was time to refill. We took the empty box and left. Amazingly, the phone rang AFTER we grew tired and left and they had found the records and approved the refill. We have already transferred most prescriptions elsewhere and today was our LAST trip to ANY Walgreens!

The Eureka location has the worst Photo and Pharmacy of any Walgreens ever. For over 3 weeks in November, each time I went to pick up a Rx prescription, the customer line was 5-10 deep, so I left empty handed. On the 3rd week I went back again and walked up to the counter only to be told that there was no prescription because they cancelled the order since it had not been previously picked up. It took 30 minutes for the pharmacist to refill a simple order the order while I waited. Then on 12/21/22 I ordered online six personal 12 month photo wall calendars as Christmas gifts for the family, with the SAME DAY pick up option at their photo counter. I went in about 5 pm the following day and was told they would not be ready until AFTER Christmas. Subsequently I went back on New Years Eve at 9:30 pm and was told the order had been cancelled by them because there were out of paper to print the order on. Nobody called or apologized. Lastly, the overall cleanliness and appearance of the store is appalling. The floors do not look like they have been cleaned in weeks.

Mike, the pharmacist helped us today with giving our 4 year-old daughter, my husband, and me our flu vaccine. He went above and beyond, and even though we inconvenienced him—he was nothing but kind and pleasant. He was amazing with our daughter and made her feel so comfortable. That kind of service doesn’t happen often these days and especially with how hard pharmacies got hit with staffing issues both during and post COVID. The pharmacy staff even mentioned how amazing he was before we got there. They were absolutely right. We really appreciate the customer service and are certain Walgreens is lucky to have him as their pharmacist. Thank you, Mike!

They had my prescription for 7 hours today, I've called multiple times and I've only gotten the automated thing saying call back in an hour. I kept doing that. Finally got a hold of a pharmacist and there was an issue with insurance. So why not call and let me know? My child needs the medicine and they delayed the process!! I will never send prescriptions there again.

Went to pick up my prescription that I've been getting filled here for 2 years and was told, randomly, for the first time ever today, that they cannot run 2 cards for one location. I wanted to run my HSA and then finish the balance with my debit card. It was mostly annoying because I've done this so many times before and it's never been an issue. The part that really caused an issue for me was how rude the staff member was about it. "Well, I checked and we can't do 2 cards." No apology, not an ounce of customer service. I've been in customer service my entire life, I hire customer service reps, and I can tell you the differance an "I apologize" or "I'm sorry" and "Have a good day" will make to a customer, and you won't find it at this pharmacy. I didn't throw a fit about it, I just said "Okay" and drove away. Between my last pick up, where the male older gentleman that was working (who may be the pharmacist?) was exceedingly rude when checking me out and this experience, I'll find somewhere else to fill my prescriptions.

The staff are always friendly & helpful. The store is clean and typically, well stocked. The pharmacy is VERY busy most days, but every time I am there the staff are friendly and fill orders as quickly as they can!

I was on the phone for 25 minutes waiting to get through to the Pharmacy & the line disconnected on their end. Called back and list my place in line. Decided to call the next lady & the woman that answered in Pharmacy was very rude the entire phone call. She wasn’t even able to answer my question. My prescription ended up being ready when the pharmacist can back from her lunch, but by that time I had already called CVS to ask if they accept my insurance & what to do to transfer pharmacies! CVS was very nice, so after I pick up my last prescription from Walgreens I’m switching to CVS!

ON THREE separate incidents this pharmacy has lost 3 E Scriped prescriptions. They just won't have them even though MyChart and my doctors office confirmed it was sent. My doctor even re e sent the script and they some how never got it. I had to harass my doctors office to physically call them to get the script filled. Absolutely abysmal service. If you have a busy life this is not the pharmacy for you. They should be embarrassed. How do you just loose someone's medication/prescription 3 times in less than 6 months.

Very rude pharmacy staff! I picked up my prescription and got home to find that they shorted my quantity of pills. I called up there, after a run around they informed me that they shorted me because they ran out of this medication. Did I get a phone call to let me know this when my prescription was filled? Nope. How about telling me when I went to pick up the prescription? Also nope. The only way they could fix this was for me to drive 20 mins back up there for them to “return” it so I can pick it up at a different location. I go up there, the store manager (who was the nicest thing about this whole process) gives me my refund. I ask the pharmacist how long it takes for me to be able to submit another refill. A pharmacy tech tells me , very rudely, I can do it right away but I need to call them first because they’re closing. (The Walgreens I was going to was a 24 hour one? Sooo no, they aren’t closing) I call after I’m already on my way to another location only for that pharmacist to tell me they can’t refill it because it wasn’t returned on the system. So I call BACK to Eureka to have them submit this, the pharmacist hangs up on me. HANGS UP ON ME!!!!! Unbelievably rude and unprofessional. So now I’m here, about to leave for a 10 day vacation in 7 hours....with no medication. Awesome! Thanks guys!

Stopped by with a prescription, and was told 10-15 minutes, and they would page me. After 15 minutes, I went to sit in the pharmacy area. After another 15 minutes, I told them I needed to leave. At which point they said they had already paged me. They did NOT. Also, you don't ignore a customer who has been sitting in your waiting area without asking if you can help them! I obviously was not waiting for a bus! Disappointed, Walgreens.

I called when leaving my doctor’s office at 4:10 and the recording said my medication would be ready after 6pm. I got to the pharmacy at 6:45 and was told their timed released safe wouldn’t open for another 5 minutes so my prescription wouldn’t be ready. I explained that the recording I got at 4:10 said it would be ready at 6pm. They didn’t care. I had to get 4 trigger point injections around my shoulder earlier that day after being in crying pain at work all day. I usually call when I leave my doctor and make sure it will be ready in 20 minutes. Guess Ill have to go back to doing that!

If you are a couponer, plan on being discriminated against at this store. I called district manager from my first experience here, she assured me the problems would be dealt with. I had the same horrible experience on my second trip. I will never go to this location again, and I'm considering switching all my shopping to CVS, they know how to appreciate their customers.

The staff here are extremely uneducated. They’re like chickens running with their heads cut off. This is probably the 100th time I’ve come through the pharmacy drive thru and have been ‘takin care of’ by idiots. We just pulled up the the drive thru, sat for maybe 15-20 minutes and then a car pulls up next to us and this large blonde woman helps the other person first 😂😂😂 I wanted to jump through the window and choke her. They never get my insurance right, they’re extremely slow and every time I call I have to wait forEVER. There’s not that many people in Eureka. I’ve been to MANY other Walgreens on a regular basis and have never been treated the way I do at eureka. GET IT TOGETHER

I have been going to this store for 6 years. I have had a problem until now. I have never met ruder staff in a pharmacy in my life. I WILL DRIVE FARTHER BEFORE EVER COMING HERE AGAIN. This staff had the audacity to lie to my face. They told me they where on hold, after telling me that they were waiting for a call back from the manufacture's coupon company. I had called the company myself after a 15 minute wait. I went up and asked them about calling while on the phone with the company. They told me they were on hold as I talked to the person from the company. She told me there was no way. I gave them the same number I used. There was NO WAIT OR CALL Back. They lied and then never apologized. I can NOT believe this store. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN.

Joyce in the photo department is FABULOUS and has the patience of a saint! I was in in a Saturday and as time went by the photo department got busier and busier. Joyce handled everyone with great attitude. All by herself. With the holiday season they really should have more than one person in photo Joyce needed the help. But she handled everyone with a great attitude!

Joyce as the photo counter was so helpful and sweet. She showed me how to use the photo kiosk and was very knowledgeable on the different items offered. Definitely would recommend her to anyone!
